Negative experience: Possible scammers - they offer a discount if you only pay a deposit and then pay the balance in a few days time - the discount is big, in my case over £500. I asked what they get out of it and they could not answer. Looking at other reviews they are operating under different business names, but they are all ticket lord and when you phone up to pay the balance, they say the tickets have sold out at this price and the price has gone up and you need to pay the higher price. Note they own and run another company called Flight and Tickets

Positive experience: I have issues with the return tickets because the airline cancelled them whilst I had already booked but the tickets agents managed to book us on another plane.

Negative experience: PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS TRAVEL AGENCY!! I REPEAT DO NOT GO THROUGH!! They are scammers and they robbed me £510 of deposit money. When I went to pay for the rest of the ticket they suddenly said we had to change the whole booking and asking me around £3000 which I refused. Now they block my number and stole my money. Can someone advise as I’m going to the police to report them.

Negative experience: I wish I had read the reviews before hand. I was given a price and told to pay deposit and then pay the remaining 3 days later. I paid the deposit and still had a gut feeling the day after paying the deposit so I rang back and Ayan assured me everything is fine. Anyways I rang up 3 days later to complete the payment and was told the fare had dramatically gone up. And if I didn't book will loose my deposit. So what do you do. Get a booking with another airline than what they had quoted me fo. Obviously that was still higher. Had no choice but to proceed. I think it's all a gimmick. Wouldn't recommend this company.

Negative experience: I almost fell for there SCAM I cant believe it they lie soo conveniently, but my gut kept saying it cant be true if the flights on skyscanner are soo much higher how can it be £625 on there website doesnt make sense busiest time of the year and there tickets soo low. I am soo glad I read all the reviews and I believe every person that has mentioned it. Just doesnt make sense July busiest time of the year and there tickets around £625 only pay deposit pay rest later. I now know why they take deposits one day before searching came to £707 suddenly when I said I want it cheaper he asked if you are flexible told him one day flexible and mentioned about seeing online prices on your website at £645 and he conveniently dropped the price to £625 I know for sure there is no flight at that price! Negative experience: My advice to others who haven't been defrauded yet by this fraudulent team called 'Ticket Lords' is to beware of them and use other reputable companies who will process your travelling ticket without hassles. TicketLords would take your deposit, and at the date and time of your payment balance, they would tell you to pay an additional payment that your booking expired or the airline has just increased their fare. I am writing this because I was a victim of their fraudulent act on 31/01/2025. Despite the fact I called them even before my payment time, they told me that my booking had expired and that the airline had decided to increase their fare. However, reading other victims' reviews, this has also been their response to customers, deliberately defrauding people. I am using this medium to advise the general public who have not had this ugly experience with them and should be extremely careful not to do business with them. They are HAVEN OF FRAUD!

Negative experience: I can as well attest that truely Ticket Lords is a pure scam, I also fell victim of their fraudulaent act today. I was supposed to pay my ticket balance today and after calling them, they told me that my ticket fare has just been increased by 181pounds. This is not a company to patronise, everything about the negative reviews about them is absolutely confirmed. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

They will trick innocent customers to make deposit for ticket that they never booked for a lower price and will present a different amount to the same ticket when you call to make the balance payment. Negative experience: This company is a scam stay away agent asked to pay a deposit to secure the place next time they called to say the ticket price has increased and asked for more money When I confronted them the agent name mustafa and sienna are scamers very rude and unprofessional . They find a way to take deposit after few days they will ask you more money toward the original booking. Also I agree with some if reviews below which I am one of them victim but thanks god I discovered their trick of scamming people and I didn't pay deposit.

Negative experience: If you want to be scammed like me, then you can book with them. I saw the bad reviews and somehow I thought my case will be different. Also note that the good reviews you see are all fake. These people are scammers. They will take your money, increase the flight of the fare even more than what the airline site charges and refuse to return the deposit. They are liars and scammers. And it’s sad to see how many people they are scamming. I had the full money for my ticket, my trip date was certain. Just in case you bring up the bad reviews to them, they will tell you that everyone who complained did not know their travel date. I am an example of someone who had the full money to pay and was certain of my travel date, yet I was scammed. I reached out to ticket lords to book an international flight. I was given a price for the ticket (591 pounds). I offered to pay in full but they insisted I pay a deposit first and pay the remainder within 48 hrs. They said the deposit was to reserve the seat. I asked if I could pay the full about, but they refused. I paid the deposit of 70 pounds on 15/10/2024. I received a confirmation email stating that I could pay the balance by 17/10/2024. I called them and again offered to pay the full amount that same day, yet they refused. Today, 17/10/2024, I called in to pay the balance l, but was told the fare had increased because I was supposed to make the remaining part of the payment by 16/10/2024. I confronted them and sent a screenshot of the email they sent to me stating the balance was to be made by 17/10/2024. Having been caught in their own lies, they then said the airline has increased the flight fare to 869 pounds. I was shocked and asked why, they wouldn’t give me any reason. I asked for a refund, and they refused threatening that I would lose my deposit if I didn’t send the remainder of over 740 pounds. I have emails to back all of this up. Much later, I was contacted by another travel lord agent, who apparently didn’t know I had already paid a deposit. He told me that the flight with same details was 691 pounds as of today. I have the recording. I will attach the email I was sent on. 15/10/2024 and the email I received on 17/10/2024 as proof of their scam. They have refused to refund my money, so this is the best I can do, to warn anyone who may want to do business with them. You can see that on 15/10/2024, they told me the ticket price was 591 pounds, I paid 70 and they asked me to pay the balance on 17/10/2024. However you can see that on 17/10/2024, they upped the fair to 863 pounds. Like I said, use them if you want to be scammed.

Negative experience: **Beware of ticketlords.co.uk - Untrustworthy Practices** I recently had a terrible experience with this company. They initially quoted a ticket price of £890 and asked for a £100 payment to reserve the ticket. I was told that once I paid the £100, I wouldn’t need to pay anything more beyond the original price. However, the next day, they informed me that the ticket price had increased to over £1,200, despite their earlier promise. When I confronted their sales agent, they were extremely rude and unprofessional, insisting that the £100 is non-refundable, even though I was misled. I told them that this felt like a scam and that I would write a bad review, but their response was shockingly dismissive. The agent simply said, "Do whatever you want to." Their behavior was unacceptable, and I strongly advise against doing business with them. They don't honor their agreements and have poor customer service. Stay away from ticketlords.co.uk

Negative experience: I had to give at least 1 star just to be able to give a review otherwise it would have been no stars this company give you a fantastic price to get you in take £100 deposit from you and tell you you need to pay the balance the next day only to keep delaying the payment to then tell you the price is no longer available at the same price in my case about £350 the woman is very very rude, do yourself a favour and book elsewhere
