Negative experience: The staff are very friendly but their policies could be better. You need to bring your own bed linen, pillow covers, duvet cover and towels if you dont want to pay CHF 25 per bed per night. Plus the entirety of your stay you have to worry about cleaning the entire place. We dont make a mess at any place anyway, but we were told to vacuum and clean everything to get our CHF 100 deposit back. If the manager has to do anything they will not refund the deposit. So, we vacuumed the place at night, then again in the morning before check out, cleaned the toilets, sweeped the floor, took out the trash and changed the bin liner but they were still not satisfied and charged us chf50. So I would rather pay the entire costs upfront and stay at a more expensive place than have the headache. Anyways this place wasn't cheap to begin with.
