Fantastic experience: Just got back from another trip with JustGo Holidays and was excellent from booking to returning home. Had Hogmanay in Scotland, hotel was lovely, clean and great friendly and helpful staff, food was great. Our driver Luke was amazing and made our holiday special. Have been with JustGo holidays on many occasions and will definitely be booking for another trip soon. Excellent value for money and met some lovely people during our stay. Thank you for another lovely break and for making our New Year 2025 special. Diane and Paul.

Negative experience: Went lloret de mar for Christmas too much travelling 8 day holiday ended up a 4 day holiday the other 4 days was travelling. Never ever again the hotel was okay but very noisy. Tho the rooms were lovely and clean. No forthcoming information unless we asked. Home far too late 8.38pm nowhere near home yet. The passenger in front had his seat reclined for the whole holiday which made the back seat very costaphobic. We will never travel again with just go.

Fantastic experience: We have just spent our first Christmas away staying at The Britannia Hotel in Bolton. What a great decision. Comfortable, warm, clean hotel with good food and company. We have made new friends and met all the friendly staff at the hotel. Thanks to everyone involved. Special mention for Rebecca the coach driver. She was professional, helpful, funny and kind, with excellent customer service skills and driver. Thanks Justgo we will be back!

Fantastic experience: Just come back from France and Belgium christmas markets with Just Go,though I wasn't very keen on the early morning pick up I risked it but if I had known about the 20mins walk just to get into Bruge I might have changed my mind but having said that I enjoyed the holiday,the hotel was lovely and the coach driver was brilliant, he drove for Maynard Travel. All in all it was a very enjoyable weekend.

Fantastic experience: Just returning from a trip to see André Rieu in Maastricht....absolutely excellent from start to finish ( can't wait to go again ) our Drivers Michael & Martin did a fabulous job getting us there and then chauffeuring us around and providing great company during our evenings in the hotel , finally getting us all safely home - a huge thankyou to you both ☺️ The hotel was great , lovely breakfast ,clean rooms & friendly staff. Not forgetting that we were given vouchers for our ferry across . Providing us with a meal & a drink .... Excellent value !

Negative experience: Rang to book a 5 day break to Scarborough, Whitby,York advertised in our local paper at £229 pick up Gainsborough, only to find there was a £30 each supplement for local pick up. Don’t advertise the lower rate without stating the cost of supplement. Found this very annoying and did not book

Negative experience: Booked for Bath Christmas market for Sat 7th Dec, the trip is unbelievably going ahead although close to a red weather warning, I phoned to confirm if trip going ahead, the staff lied to me and told me the venue had confirmed the market was on but when I checked on their website it has been cancelled because of safety concerns.......Of course it has been cancelled!! I called back to be told that although the market wasn't running the shops should be open.......Why would anyone want to sit on a coach all day to go to another shopping centre....unbelievable. They are so tight, just cancel the trip and pay people back.....The trip is just for Bath Christmas Market and it isn't on, you cannot justify running the trip, it is stupid and dangerous and you deserve to lose many customers, I hope you do. Do not give them a penny or your money they don't deserve it. IMPORTANT: We take the safety of the public, stall holders and our staff seriously with this in mind and the Met Office forecast of winds exceeding 70mph from Storm Darragh we have taken the decision not to open Bath Christmas Market tomorrow, Saturday 7 December. This is to avoid any potential damage to people and property from the temporary market infrastructure. We are sorry for any inconvenience this causes but safety as to be our first priority – we look forward to seeing everyone back when we reopen. Please check here and on our social media for updates.

Fantastic experience: Friends & I shared a Just Go holiday experience to Norton Grange, IOW. November 2024. We had a most exhilarating 5 days, enjoying comfortable accommodation, Entertainment & exceptionally high standard of food & service. The grounds are beautifully decorated in a Christmas Theme & we cannot fault the staff looking after us - all went above & beyond our expectations!

Negative experience: Don't book unless you like being ripped off and not getting what you pay for. I've booked a coach trip to Bath Christmas markets in early December with some other ladies. At the time of booking we were told that the hotel allocation would be made nearer the time but we're given the impression it would be in Bath or close by. We've been allocated a hotel in Cheltenham - a 90 minute drive away from Bath, and this information only came through in the last few days. These shysters tell us we can't cancel and we can't change hotel. GO ELSEWHERE, THEY CANNOT BE TRUSTED WITH YOUR SHORT BREAK.

Negative experience: Our coach driver in a trip to Bournemouth spoiled our holiday.The journey both ways were a nightmare.By saving costs we spent half our journey with others going to Torquay.We had an independent minibus to take us to our first change,after. A long wait( outside anyone's control) we were transferred to a coach bound for Torquay, both those drivers were efficient and polite.Whwn we got to Membury Services our problems began.Two coaches.were bound for Bournemouth, we unfortunately were on coach two.Coach ones driver again was polite and in control. Ours however was rude, had no idea what was happening and because someone who thought they should have been on our coach swore at him. He threatened to abandon us at Membury Services.They were on the other coach but he still took it out on us. He was miserable the whole holiday. Such a disappointment, it was our third Just Go holiday in less than a year and the only rude one. My Son summed him up, he was a good driver but would've better driving lorries. Obviously I wouldn't risk another holiday with them.

Negative experience: Returned on Friday evening from Scotland's Beautiful Banffshire. Good holiday, great value for money, but marred by some issues. 5-25am pick up from Chester, then huge detour to Preston because the feeder coach driver didn't know the route! 3 hours late leaving Preston, didn't arrive at hotel in Peterhead until 19-35. Straight in for our evening meal. Hotel very good, helpful and friendly, but too cramped at long tables for meals. Food always hot and tasty, rooms clean, comfy and warm. Bit of a hike to reach our lodge. Enjoyable excursions with our driver Martin, but unaware that onboard toilet only to be used when stationary. What's the point of having the toilet? Made some journeys very uncomfortable. Would think twice about booking again.

Negative experience: I booked a London Theatre break back in April for my husband's 60th birthday. When our final confirmation came, the tickets were for the stalls though I had specifically asked for dress circle and paid an £80 supplement. I rang and adked why I had not received the correct tickets and was told it was a request not a guarantee. I was not offered a refund. The driver was 30 minutes late picking us up. We were given no information about where the theatres were; the driver just moaned about hating driving in London and shouted abuse at other drivers. When we got to the theatre we ordered interval drinks from the stalls bar and went to our seats, only to find they were already occupied. I spoke to an usher and then a supervisor who checked and verified that the seats had been double booked. I have osteoarthritis in my knee and there was a lot of standing around. With 5 minutes to spare we were taken to the box office. The gentleman there was very helpful and managed to find that my seats had been changed to the dress circle as first requested but this had not been communicated to me by JustGo nor had the updated tickets been sent to me. It made what should have been a lovely evening very stressful and painful, as we then had to go up and down 3 flights of stairs at the interval to get our pre-paid drinks. The hotel was an hours drive out of London with no-one there to check us in. No timings about breakfast or departure time for driving back in to London. It was obviously the cheapest they could possibly find. we could even see a runway and planes from our room. Noisy, all through the night! Appalling! We were left feeling stressed and tired. On the journey home, we were subjected to moreeroad rage from our driver towards other drivers including "I'm a chuffing bus...where do you want me to go?!" Inapproriate! I spoke to the company on our return and have sent an email of complaint. Still waiting for a response. Customer care and comfort is definitely NOT their priority. I will not use nor recommend this company in future. Sandra H

Negative experience: Skipton and Emmerdale tour,terrible experience from start to finish, spent more time on the coach than the actual places we were visiting, hotel Mercure in Bradford looked liked like a derelict building although the bedroom was clean, the food was cheap and bland and the vegetarian option was disgusting, it was like feeding time at the zoo.We were given no details about anything from the coach driver about times we were been picked up for Emmerdale. The Emmerdale tour was rushed with no time to eat or drink, the tour guide Rob was nice and informative but while people were taking photos he had moved on to another area so a lot of people missed what he was saying. My main gripe with this company was my husband was poorly a few days before we were due to go so I rang them and spoke to a very rude customer service lady to see if we could cancel or change to another holiday and was told no, we could not have a refund and was told to go on my own or find someone else to go with ( therefore leaving my husband on his own at home) disgusting. The only good part was the gentleman who drove us on the feeder coach, he was very kind and helpful. Never will I book with them again.

Fantastic experience: Returned yesterday from the Grand tour of Ireland, firstly I would like to thank Tony an excellent and friendly driver, also David the tour guide, his knowledge of Ireland is second to none and his recall of history unbelievable. The tour is full on and absolutely flew by, we had a great coach full of people and many laughs along the way. The tours of different places, by David, were very interesting and thorough, Belfast, Derry walls, Galway, Limerick, Dublin. We investigated the Titanic museum, Giants Causeway, Donegal, Sligo by ourselves. The Ring of Kerry was lovely, Tony had a day off and joined us for the trip, Irish coffee at 10am set you up for the day! Hotels and food were very good, you could be picky about a few things but overall excellent. We flew to Belfast, only an hour, the coach took 14 hours from the Cambridge area with only nine on board so be prepared if going that way. We met many people from all over the UK which was refreshing as many airports are available to join the tour. Dublin airport was a nightmare yesterday apparently they had a power cut early morning and delays checking in meant it took us two hours queuing outside the building before the bag drop luckily we were picked up early from the hotel. I would recommend this trip if you haven’t seen Ireland before, beautiful scenery and extra friendly people. Well done Just go !

Negative experience: DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY! My mum and 80 year old disabled nan booked a holiday with them and was told that they had a twin room booked with a walk in shower. When they arrrived at the hotel they went to there room to discover only one bed with a walk in shower, when they went down to discuss this with the hotel staff they were told they only have a twin room with a bath/shower available! They had no rooms with a walk in shower and twin beds. My mother then got in contact with Just Go! Holidays and spoke to someone named Arron who is the manager he was SO UNHELPFUL AND VERY RUDE. He told them that the room they thought they had booked was only requested with the hotel and that they could not guarantee that they would get it, bearing in mind this was NEVER discussed with my mother and nan as they would not have booked this holiday if they was aware of this! This has forced them to leave the hotel and book another one as the only option was for my mother to sleep on two chairs which is not acceptable! DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!

Positive experience: I’ve just come back from the Coronation Street Experience and what a great weekend me and my daughter had. Tony our driver was excellent also. The only bad experience was the Britannia Hotel Bolton. We changed rooms within 10 minutes of arriving. All I will say is if this is the standard of accommodation used on your trips I won’t be using your company again. This is the first time using Just Go.

Fantastic experience: I had a lovely 5 day break on the Isle of Wight on the new JG Explorer. We stayed at Holliers Hotel in Shanklin. She is 200 years old in 2024 and, while you can definitely tell her age, the welcoming owners are currently refurbishing the hotel to bring her back to her former glory. Our room was quite a nice place to be but there was mold in the bathroom which should have really been removed, also the toilet seat moved when you sat on it which was quite uncomfortable. The coach had great amenities including Wi-Fi, a kitchen, USB ports and access to a portal with entertainment. Our skilful driver, Ben, was chatty and friendly and made sure we were all having a good holiday. The excursions: Steam Railway and Osborne House were excellent, although I wish I had more time at the various towns and villages we went to. Overall, I would highly recommend going with Just Go. I had a great time and I thought it represented good value for money.

Negative experience: Please do not book if you are going solo this company left my mother in law for a couple of hours on her own and then tried blaming the driver who had already shown her and another gentleman that they wasn't on the list. When I was calling to see what was happened was informed it would be there in 15min over a hour later the coach arrived. Their response to our complaint was very flippant they did not care at all please be aware!!!!

Negative experience: I did the holiday titled Little Trains of the Rhine. Due to a feeder coach driver not knowing where to pick up in Rotherham we were running 1 hour late. I was on that coach for 15hours. This meant a later ferry and a overnight in Lillie. We missed the first train journey and spent 5 and a half hours on the coach for a 2 hour stop in Boppard. What a disastrous holiday. I put in a complaint and their answer was 8 euro's compensation for the train journey we missed. No words

Negative experience: Went on a coach tour of Isle of Wight. Coach was a nightmare with broken seats and broken air conditioning. The lack of air conditioning combined with the fact the coach had no opening windows meant that a great number of the people who booked the optional tour of the island didn’t actually take the trip. The information from the driver /tour representative was non existent. Definitely never doing a coach trip from this company again.

Positive experience: Just returned from a coach trip from Wales abroad the waverly steam boat and Liverpool with my aunt of 90. I can't recommend them enough the private taxi from nottingham to Derby our feeder was late and they took us to a another destination saving us waiting. Our driver was amazing very knowledgeable about the area we stop and could tell us about other landmarks as we drive. The coach was luxury Mercedes benz model. Only downside was no USB port to charge my phone. The hotel was OK basic but 3 course diner every evening and couldn't fault food. Recommend this for any age maybe not so if have walking problems my aunt struggled. But everyone was more the patient with her so thankyou for a wonderful trip we will deffently book again

Fantastic experience: Just returned from a 5day break to Weson super Mare, Bath & surrounding area, with my partner. The driver Martin was very professional, and a credit to your company. The hotel was a bit dated but could be overlooked by the quality of the home made food, it was fantastic & enough for the best of appetites. The staff & entertainment were also amazing. Positive experience: We went to Isle of Wight for our holiday earlier this month using "Just Go" coach holidays The price of our 5 day holiday for 2 was a bargain so did not expect anything special. We stayed at Medehamstede Hotel at Shanklin, and were impressed with the general service of the hotel. The food was very good.They offered freshly cooked full English breakfast as well as cereals and juices of our choice with a freshly brewed pot of tea or coffee. The evening meals were freshly cooked and the portions more than adequate followed by their home made dessert selection.The evening entertainment was good and bar prices were reasonable. Our everyday sightseeing was good, the places we visited being carefully chosen for everyone to enjoy. I have to mention our driver "Justin" from Southend. He was a very good driver, very helpful and polite. The final day for our trips was a little disappointing as we had insufficient time to see the "Needles," which most people looked forward to seeing. The time spent stopping in less interesting places could have been better arranged to ensure a much longer visit at the Needles. I would suggest to allow more time to visit the more interesting places rather than sqeeze in too many places with little time to enjoy any of them. We give a 4 star rating for our overall enjoyment and will certainly book for another venue in the future.

Fantastic experience: Just got back from a lovely 3 day break to Northumberland and Durham. First time traveling with Just Go. We had a modern, clean coach. The hotel was ok, the food was a little disappointing, small portions and cold. But the room was spacious and had a bath tub which I requested Many thanks to our excellent driver Alistair for taking us all the way up to Newcastle from Bristol. He was kind and professional. Looking forward to our next trip in June, thank you

Negative experience: Really disappointing with this company Just Go Holidays as my mum cannot take her overnight trip due to being critical in hospital. The company are not being very helpful, no refund, zero flexibility, will not change dates or pick up location for someone else to take the trip in her place. No compassion whatsoever but good enough to take an elderly vulnerable persons money should be ashamed and I find this inhumane behaviour!

Positive experience: Returned from lovely 3 night break to Cornwall. Hotel chosen was reasonable , with reasonable quality room ,but pay extra and have sea view. Building work going on by side of some rooms. Had small inside and outside pool just ok for splash about, with changing area. Hotel well placed for Newquay about 6-7 mins away and just over the road down a steep drive access to main beach, good bracing walk into town. Excursion to Truro,had plenty of shops and Cathedral worth a look around. Spent approximately 4 hours here , just enough. Other excursion to Padstow well worth it. View from monument well worth trek! Padstow has plenty of small shops and working, quaint fishing harbour with a ferry over Camel,to Rock. Entertainment was provided nightly some good,some poor dependant on taste! Only gripes,were a stop for us being picked up from Bromsgrove after one hour, then stopping at Bristol for pickup then a further 4 ish hours to Newquay although toilet on board very awkward to get up down steps to it. Coach stopped at Exeter, on way back,could have done better doing this going down. Apart from that coach driver Phil was excellent. You need to be fairly active to get best from trip. Staff at Kilbirnie hotel first class.

Negative experience: I am very disappointed with my coach trip I paid £70 supplement for being single and I paid for a sea view when I arrived the room was small the bed was dirty the Seaview was a small square window and the view was a roof I asked to be changed was given a twin room with a seaview which was ok. The room was very dated the toilet flush didn’t flush there was enough Pugh milk to make one cup of tea and the sugar sachets had been there so long the sugar had gone hard. The dinner food was stone cold the salad lettuce was limp to say the least the food was atrocious so I decided to dine out. The breakfast I found eggs and toast which was edible. I have no idea why I paid an extra £70 the experience was awful. I will never go on another coach tour with just go holidays as they clearly do not checkout the hotels they allocate. Shame on you just go holidays I was appalled

Negative experience: We have recently come back from a short stay at warners nornton grange isle of white which was booked through just go holidays. After quite a long conversation with a very rude customer service chap called Simon at just go holidays who more or less told me that I shouldn’t complain about anything as we booked in January and what do you expect to get and if you don’t make sure that what you should have in your room is there and don’t tell the reception don’t complain about it. I’m very upset and feel that Simon thought that I was not worth talking to. On the whole don’t bother to pay extra for an upgraded room because others that didn’t pay will get the same room with the same two bottles of water two packs of crisps two packs of biscuits and two soft drinks without paying an extra £70 and if you don’t get what you think you should get please do not bother to ring customer service they are not interested in helping you

Negative experience: Sold a hotel holiday (with payment) for a 3-4 stars. Three days before the departure date, the hotel name was released and it was a 1-2 star hotel (being sold on their website as such). Shambles and customer service truly shocking. Never use!

Negative experience: I booked a coach trip to Wales especially to visit Portmeirion. They told me the hotel I would stay in and I would spend the morning at Portmeirion. Just before departure I was told my hotel couldn’t accommodate me, even though I had booked 8 months prior! The hotel we were put in was a disgrace and the service and food not much better. The day of the excursion to Portmeirion came. Instead of the morning, I had 90 minutes in the afternoon. Complaints were sent and Just Go holidays thought they had nothing to answer to! I’ve given 1 star as I couldn’t post this review without it!

Positive experience: Just returned from Italy, brilliant tour guide David pleasant, helpful and friendly the same could not be said of the receptionist at our first hotel no food (apart from breakfast)or bar. We arrived 7pm ish asked him if there was anywhere nearby to eat and he told me to "use google". Found a small Trattoria a few hundred yards from the hotels secondary entrance. The lighting at this side of the hotel was not good neither was the road outside. This hotel was more used to weddings and functions that caterers were brought in for not for holidaymakers. Better planning needed!!

Fantastic experience: Just back from the Craic & culture coach tour of Ireland. Start with the culture, fantastic all of the tour we had a brilliant experience from Titanic to the Guinness storehouse brewery. The Craic, our tour guide Suzanne and our driver Paul were fantastic, each of them had so many stories to tell and they worked so well together. Can definitely recommend this tour you will not be disappointed.

Negative experience: We've used this company several times without complaint, but we recently took a mini-break to Windsor which was essentially ruined by an incompetent driver. Frankly this person was incapable of doing the job. They failed to communicate with passengers adequately at any stage - made no general announcements about arrival and departure times, no check-in or transfer information, and no information or apologies to passengers for seating issues caused by having to swap coaches. Passengers had to track the driver down individually for information, which on several occasions was wrong and needed to be revised (one example is the departure time from Windsor, initially given as 4.30, subsequently revised to 8pm (following a bad tempered exchange with passengers). One significant consequence of the poor (nonexistent) management was that 6 passengers were abandoned in Windsor due to a timing problem of the driver's own making. Fortunately I wasn't one of them (or Just Go would be hearing from my solicitor). As the driver left Windsor they even joked about leaving the 6 passengers behind, which many of us thought profoundly tasteless. In general, confusion reigned, with passengers left to their own devices, unsettled, frustrated, and often furious at the driver's incompetence. Questions were met with surliness, eyerolls, and a tendency to blame the company or the passengers for the driver's own shortcomings. The driver needs to undergo proper training if they're to continue in this line of work, for without it they'll lose Just Go business .

Negative experience: Currently on our way to stoke on Trent from Manchester . We’ve been on the coach for two hours already and are just leaving altrincham. We are staying at a hotel in stoke on Trent to go to a concert in Liverpool Living in Manchester. Currently going in the opposite direction. When I got the itinerary I rang ‘just go’ customer services and I asked why our hotel was in stoke when I live in Manchester and are going to a concert in Liverpool. I was told that a team of experts work out the logistics and this is the most appropriate itinerary. I questioned the logic and was told that my t’s and c’s state that we will stay at a hotel in the UK! So I have to be grateful that we’re not at a hotel in Torquay. The customer service rep was quite defensive. I was very polite and was taking it in a light hearted way. I suggested that Liverpool is 50 minutes on the motorway for me and had I known that I had to go to stoke I would not have booked. He would only concede that ‘maybe there should be more clarity! Still on the coach . On the way to Lymm services now after 2and half hours: everyone on this coach say they won’t be booking with ‘just go’ again. Driver is lovely:

Negative experience: I paid a single room supplement for a tiny, barely clean room shabbily furnished and a bed with an ancient uncomfortable mattress. A cupboard sized en-suite had a tiny sink that was difficult to access due to a poorly placed glass shelf over it. Why are solo travellers treated so badly by this company? And why a single supplement for a single room? You don’t hear of paying a double supplement for a double room! Also the complaints form online is designed to encourage you NOT to complain.

Negative experience: Just come back from Germany on JustGo,s romantic road don’t call driving on motorways Romantic as 90% of our trip was,not a company I would go with again to many other people involved with feeder coach companies our coach turned up two and a half hour late due to Skills coaches poor organisation of not sending a continental coach fit for touring abroad so it had to be changed so we missed our ferry time coming home the driver could not be bothered to refill the toilet so it stunk all the way home,this is typical of what happens when small companies amalgamate with others causing very poor organisation and 1 hiccup throws a spanner in the whole works,will stick to Harry Shaw from Coventry as we usually travel with on coach holidays in future So Just Go Holidays Cheerio never again ,the hotel was ok as the food and good value but expected to see more of the scenery instead of motorways the holiday listing did not reflect on what we expected to see Lake Constance was the best day out of all the trips

Positive experience: We recently did the Scarborough and North Yorkhire Moors trip. We stayed at the Royal Hotel Scarborough. Our room was clean, beds comfortable and food plentiful. Unfortunately the weather was cold (12°/13° in June) and overcast but our wonderful driver Andy did all he could to make our visit enjoyable. He is an excellent driver and is very caring, informative and humerous. He got us all home safely after a long journey due to numerous traffic jams through the midlands. Thanks Andy.

Negative experience: An absolute disaster from start to finish. Booked an overnight trip from Cleethorpes to Oxenhope (Keithley & Worth Valley Railway) to ride on the Flying Scotsman 100 yr anniversary tour. Could not seem to get an itinerary and they did send an electronic one after phone calls, which I could not open. I got details of pick up time and location plus where we were staying and arrival time at the station verbally from a pleasant chap a couple of days before travel. We were on the coach 7.5 hours, picking up in West Yorkshire via Barnsley, Wakefield and Dewsbury! One 45min stop on services to grab a drink and loo and bite to eat. On arrival at Oxenhope it was organised chaos with 3 coaches trying to park, about 12 already there and cars trying to both leave and enter through it all . Eventually a Just Go rep came onto the coach. Very unprofessional and talked about what a time she had on the motorway that morning. It turned out we had to alight from the coach and go into the museum part to get our tickets. To say it was 2 days of queuing is an understatement. So along with all the others on coaches we had to queue for almost an hour. Why oh why were the tickets not given out on the coach? We barely had time to buy a takeaway drink etc before the train left (later than it should). The journey was fine. On leaving the train back to the coach and onward to the Holiday Inn Express in Bradford. Nothing wrong with HIE but this one had no access for a coach, the driver having to turn the bus and go up a one way street and park at a red traffic light to let us alight. A walk round 2 sides of the hotel and another queue. Reception was on the 2nd floor with 2 small lifts for 4 persons each, all with luggage. On eventual arrival at 2nd floor, yes you guessed it, another queue to check in. Dinner had already been set back and was supposed to be at 1930 but we weren't even checked in by then, although those who had been first in, were already seated. Dinner was a disaster and served haphazardly. The kitchen obviously were struggling to cope with a group of around 53. It was about 2130 when I and my partner were finished. An early morning start and off to Harrogate for 3 hours which was very nice. Then a reverse of the trip up. We managed to save 30 mins somewhere on the way home as we were on the coach for 7 hours. Why were the Yorkshire element either in their own bus, or in a feeder to our coach? I doubt I will ever book with this company again and I was not the only one saying this and also not the only one who had no idea of this itinerary. We assumed like the return journey we would be stopping off somewhere for a few hours on the way over to the station. This was a trip spent queuing most of the time . The saving grace was the coach driver who did everything in his power to help the situation with expert driving on some quite narrow roads to get to the station.

In my opinion David the guide would be better as a university lecturer. So much knowledge and so much to say but heavy going when on holiday. Negative experience: Please please read the small print, which is very small! Before you book with this company. We were expecting a Christmas break in Cheshire. Only to be advised that we were going to a hotel in the middle of Manchester, which also happens at be one of the worst rated hotels in the country. We were told it was to late to cancel, and under no circumstances could we have the money transferred to another break. Never again, is all I can say. And apart from one lady I spoke to, communication was very poor. That said we have had good breaks with them in the past. Disappointed ☹️

Negative experience: I have used several coach companies for holidays and this is by far the worst one I have ever used. I rang the company prior to booking our Tower of London tour and asked if there would be between four to five hours’ time allocated to visit the Tower and was told yes so I proceeded to book. I didn’t receive an itinerary and assumed that everyone on our coach was for the same tour, ie free time in London on Saturday and a day at the Tower on Sunday. When the driver began to discuss drop off points on Saturday, myself and most of the other passengers on the coach were confused – we all thought that we were on the same tour, not essentially on a bus dropping groups off on a busy Saturday in the capital. We were running late anyway and none of the theatregoers reached their destinations in time so every one of them missed the shows that they had booked. When we were dropped off for our time in London we were asked to be back on the coach in two hours, nowhere near enough time for the afternoon of sightseeing and shopping that we had planned. When I booked I informed the company that I am vegan. However on arriving at our hotel, running late again, (15 minutes before dinner so there was no time to shower or change) there was no vegan option. I spoke to the restaurant manager who had not received any notification regarding this. The chef was able to prepare a vegan burger and fries but I couldn’t have a starter as the soup contained dairy so I had a two course meal rather than three courses and I had to wait for it to be prepared so my husband had finished his meal by the time it arrived. When we boarded the coach on Sunday for our day at the Tower of London I was dismayed to hear that the time allocated around the Tower was three hours and not the four to five hours that I had enquired about prior to booking. Once again we arrived late. We had barely two and a half hours at the Tower and had to leave part way through a tour. All in all, over the two days, our time around London and the Tower amounted to four and a half hours in total. I asked for a refund and was offered £30 off our next booking. Needless to say there will be no next booking. The company refused to give us any other compensation option.

Negative experience: 5 of us have recently been on a trip to Scarborough, York & Whitby, to say we where disappointed would be an understatement! It seems we spent far more time on the coach than actually at places visited, in particular BEVERLEY, 2hrs 30mins to get there, same to return, only 2 hours there! As for Whitby, all coach drivers were taking their passengers up to the Abbey, ours dropped us at Bus Station, knowing in November there was no way of getting to the Abbey, on hearing the others saying their drivers had driven them up there we were more than a little upset. The Tour Buses finished weeks ago or we would have used those. I should also mention, that no one wants to hear that you can only do a No1 on the Coach not a No2, as the toilet wouldn't get emptied until Friday, it was then Monday! We had to listen to that on numerous occasions at the different pick ups. We have travelled many times by coach but never, ever experienced that! On our return, we had to do something of a detour in order for the Drivers to swap over, which added even more time to the tedious long journey home.....you will be hearing from other disgruntled passengers I'm sure. It was absolute mayhem when we actually arrived at The Grand Hotel, no directions and no help, there were many incapitated people queueing to get on to the only 2 lifts in the hotel, very stressful indeed. I have reviewed the hotel on Tripadvsor. We all agreed we needed a holiday to get over that particular trip!!!

Positive experience: We went to Ireland, but as we went by air we were not on the coach seating plan at all, like we were non exitant, which landed with us having to sit in seats that we didn't book and would not have taken a coach tour due to the restricted views, and seats were so cramped which was not good for my mother. Very disappointed with just go holidays, we also never got air tickets till just days before, adding to the stress of whether we would be going on holiday at all. The actual tour guide did everything she could to try and sort it out with the seats but that meant she had to move others around, so others also had to be inconvenienced in the process. Will probably not book again didn't get what we expected from just go.

Positive experience: Make sure you ask if you can pay the £5 to secure your seat on the coach. We didn't and found we, as a party of 3, had been split up and couldn't travel together. The reason for this apparently was because someone who booked late wanted to sit together so they moved one of our party 6 or 7 rows further back to accommodate them. We had been booked since March. Not good practice I think.

Fantastic experience: What a fantastic holiday we had to Edinburgh Tattoo and Loch Lomond in August 2022 with Just Go Holidays, (Two adults and our 20 year old daughter) It was well organised, we had a fantastically friendly driver (Tony) and the holiday was great value for money. Negative experience: I have given one star for my post, but would award no stars if possible. After booking a short break with this company my experience went very sour. Booked a trip two months before date of travel. No paperwork for trip detailing time of travel, which hotel, nor which coach company would be used for the break. I was advised on booking paperwork would be emailed twenty one days before travel. Eleven days before travel and no such information being received, I rang to find out why. I was informed I should have received a call telling me our pick up point was changed. On further enquiry, we had "been missed off the list" for such a call. I had received no such call. The change of pick up point would incur taxi fares of double what we would have paid to the original pick up point. The duration of our trip was shorter and the hotel next to a motorway, was two hours away from our first excursion. I had no confidence whatsoever in the company on being told all of this and therefore felt minded to cancel. I sent a letter of complaint, was contacted by phone and informed them I wanted to cancel after all. I was informed I would receive a response in writing to my letter fourteen days later. I received no letter. Two further weeks went by and I received a call in response instead as it was more personal. No, I wish to receive a letter in response and your manner of dealing is unprofessional and impersonal. Some two weeks after that call, I have received no response. No surprise. I would not recommend the use of this unprofessional and shoddy attitude business. Don't bother Travel is a more accurate description.

Negative experience: The reason why I marked so low is because I was miss informed regarding pick up point. When I booked the break I asked 3 times and the admin agreed that we would be picked up the point as stated on website, only to be informed just before departure date that we had to travel a further 5 miles at extra cost of taxis to be picked up. And we were not the only one's that were asked to do so. Also the excursions were very tiring because we were dropped off on 2 separate days at shopping centres each time for 4 hour's. Regarding the hotel, it was OK apart from evening main meal that was disgusting. This is the first time we have used this company (Just go) and to be honest I not sure we will use them again.

Negative experience: Holiday Inn express preston south. The room we had was fine could not fault it. However when it came to your evening meal that was another matter. We were given the menu for Friday and Saturday. No choice we were having what it said on the menu and thatbwas that. The receptionist was no help what so ever we should have been told by our tour operator that it was a fixed menu. Which we had not been given this information It was chicken for Friday and fish for Saturday. I pointed out that I did not like fish it was made clear that their was no alternative so tough.luck. I have never been to a 3star hotel before that did not have a choice of menu it was not a cheap holiday. The vegetables and potatoes were served in cereal bowls no tureen. Our meal took so long to be served on Saturday night that every plate from our table and that was 10 plates had to be taken back to be rewarmed in the microwave along with the veg and potatoes. It was disgusting the manger came out in the end to apologise he said the chef was stressed I pointed out that we were stressed as we were not getting what we had paid for. The dishwasher was broken so everything was being washed by hand and not dried. The manager sent some bottles of wine out but the tables that had not complained did not receive any.

Positive experience: Market bosworth and rutland water just got back, lovely old hotel clean room and friendly staff plenty of food although the day we arrived Friday the 19th of August was very chaotic in the restaurant with a mile long queue and after a long coach journey it was not what we expected. The next day was more relaxed and the restaurant staff were lovely. All in all a nice trip and our coach driver codrew a young Romanian man was absolutely great wicked sence of humour and polite at all times even when he made the odd mistake a memorable short break and worth every penny.

Negative experience: I found a trip to Maastricht in December to see Andre Rieu Christmas Concert impossible to book as it excluded my friend with mobility issues. She is able to get on and off a coach, but would need a hotel that was accessablep, ground floor facilities or a lift. The venue of Andre's concert could have accomadated her disability, but just to go coaches couldn't

Negative experience: Absolute jokers. Cancelled my UK holiday with just under a month to go due to the hotel being overbooked. Wouldn't risk another booking with them. Utter clowns!
