Negative experience: Very disappointed with absolute cabs. Booked well advance for the Races on Saturday St Ledger , 12.30pm was supposed to be our pick up it turned up at 1-20pm . We booked it for 12-30 to give us plenty of time to get sorted before the first race. As it was because of the lateness of the taxi we got stuck in traffic this lead us rushing into the race course missing the first race. Not a good start to the day :( won’t be using again

Negative experience: DO NOT USE. We booked a cab a few days before the day and it was all confirmed. We had a notification to say it was on its way but from the tracking it was just say parked up on a street. We call the incredibly rude staff at the office 15 minutes later, to which we were merely told “he’s on in way”… 10 minutes after the booking time he is still not here. Negative experience: My wife has just got a taxi home from Doncaster centre. She was advised by the lady on reception, that she didn’t need to take cash out of the ATM as the driver would take card. Negative experience: What a joke this firm is !! Ordered a taxi for 5:30pm and let them know we had an electric wheelchair . A normal size car came , the wheelchair folded down into a suitcase size , fitted into the boot no problem. Charged £9.40 . Return journey booked a taxi for 9:50pm , a people carrier came and the jobs worth who was driving it said he couldn’t fit the wheelchair in ! Then he dropped the back seats and we got the wheelchair in . The charge was £14:40 . When I asked why the price had increased by £5 he said because it was a bigger car ?? Never again !!!!

Negative experience: We booked a taxi from Leeds Bradford Airport for 6 adults with 6 cases (obviously hand luggage too) they sent a silver London style cab. As you can see from the photos it was a shambles. Having to pile 6 heavy suitcases on us all and left totally unsafe. Couldn't fasten seatbealts. No room to move whatsoever. I am partially blind and unfortunately l couldn't find my glasses then the cab came at 1525 which is the agreed time. I looked for the glasses and couldn't find it. Negative experience: Terrible service. Agreed a pickup from Leeds festival, paid in advance, driver couldn’t be bothered to wait in a queue and just went home. If he’d waited 10 mins longer we’d have all been going back to Doncaster together. Office tried to help but couldn’t do be anything really. Time comes for pick up and car not showing despatched so rang to see if problem - advised they wouldn’t despatch car until paid for! We had a train to catch! Was advised they would despatch as soon as paid but wouldn’t say where from & gave the stock answer of 10 mins! Negative experience: This is absolutely ridiculous every single time I have booked a taxi HOURS in advance they have been at least 20 minutes late, the busses in my area are on strike therefore I have to get a taxi, I have been late to work 3 times now and when I call no one answers! I have never posted a review on anything but this is terrible and I do not recommend using their service!

Negative experience: the worst most over price serviced i have ever used over £8 a mile. booked a cab to the airport for my wife.my wife asked how she could pay the office told her card is good. the driver demanded cash asked my wife what would happen if the machine didnt work. she told him thts your problem not mine. silver Passat we where told the driver was to ignorant and lazy to get out of his car to knock on the door to let us know he had arrived charged over £8 a mile to the airport refused to let my wife book a return . just call he says. because he cant be bothered to do the job. my wife calls when she lands. they cant be bothered to answer the phone. at 60years old i have to walk to the airport to carry her bags home. Highway robbery was outlawed years ago these LAZY MONEY GRABBING PEOPLE SHOULD NOT BE TRADING AWFUL SERVICE AVOID THEM we will be making a trading standards complaint. rude demanding awful service DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE

Negative experience: I placed a call at 12pm for a 5pm booking. They didn’t turn up and I needed to get to my sons nursery.. called and was told it was on the way. 15 minutes later, still a no show so I decided to walk. Anyway the taxi eventually came but was 35mins late. I tried talking to the staff but they lady who answered hung up on me. Lol, customer service is a joke. If the taxi is late or there are no drivers just say beforehand… don’t keep customers waiting in suspense over whether the driver will or won’t show up. That will be the last time I ever use them.
