Fantastic experience: Our group just came back from a wonderful 5 days trip in Scotland. The comunication with Mr.Stewart Robertson was very profesional, he has helped us to organize the route, ferry tickets to Island Mull and Iona, entrance tickets to Rosslyn Chapel. Also has changed the program little bit in the last minute, before the start of the trip...Mr.Stewart Robertson has sent us detailed itineary what helped the tour leader to organize the program for the whole group. Everything was great! The driver Willie was extremely kind, friendly and always did he best to satisfy all demands of our group. The group felt very safe. The bus was clean and comfortable and the group couldn't wish for a better service. Go for it !!!!!!

Fantastic experience: Another great experience with Go Travel. This is the third year out dementia group, Memory Lane have used Go travel for their annual trip and I can't praise Stuart and his team and their drivers enough they go above and beyond to cater for the needs of the group which can be complex. Negative experience: Coach driver could observe car turning in from main road in Largs however rather than actually wait on the side of the road he should have been on to allow the driver who had right of way to pass . He continued to proceed , driving on the opposite side of road towards oncoming traffic mouthing obscenities .Clearly as a professional driver he needs to retake his public driving licence. Couldn’t reverse either seemingly ….all this poor driving skills and behaviour to park on the main road on double yellow lines and sleep in from 10.20 onwards …still there after 4pm. This kind of driving is hardly safe for other road users or potential passengers that would be transported nor a good advertisement for company

Negative experience: Called to book a taxi and was hung up on twice with no explanation. If youre busy just say but that was just rude. Second time there has been an issue, very unprofessional and won’t use again and will advise others of the same

Fantastic experience: I would 100% recommend Go Travel for mini bus hire. From first contact they were brilliant as it was a hen weekend. small concern on the day about luggage but I was assured all would be fine and it certainly was. Our driver was Scott and he went above and beyond to help us. Thanks to Go Travel.

Negative experience: If I could give zero i would. I have called multiple times for a taxi. when I tell them I'm only going to or from the train station they tell me there is no one available regardless of the time. They are only interested in taking you longer journeys to make money. The service is absolutely shocking from my experience I wouldn not recommend it.
