Happy Days Holidays

Positive experience: Booked a holiday, three nights in the Isle of Wight. Travelled from Cheshire, very good safe journey, arrived in time for evening meal. We spoke to the driver about what time should we meet next morning. we were told like us he had no itinerary. None of us had any itinerary. He was asking passengers that had been before if they could suggest places to visit! He then told us he had never been to the Island before. After suggestions he took us to various places, some were a waste of time. He was an excellent driver, very safe and courteous. Hotel was average, needed updating,

Fantastic experience: It was my very first trip with happy days holidays and absolutely over the moon with our driver Andy an absolute star the man is fantastic jolly happy and very helpful and always a smile on his face. The break was amazing think it could of been better to be one more day to have a day relaxing before travelling home but apart from that it was great smashing firm wonderful hotel will do it again with you. Negative experience: not the first time i have been to this hotel bu t this timethe meals were not up to standard

Fantastic experience: I booked this holiday to Llandudno to give my eldery mum a break - it was more than we could've imagined. Coach driver Paul welcomed us with arms and guided us through a lovely 5 days in such a pretty Welsh seaside town. All staff at the hotel were warm and attentive, food was delicious, room comfortable, quaint delightful swimming pool and great entertainment. All days out were eagerly and clearly directed by Paul without encroaching on quality time. I would recommend this holiday to anyone. Thank you so much

Positive experience: Having travelled with Happy Days holidays last August I can honestly say we had a great experience from the friendly booking staff, the coach and driver and we stayed at the lovely Chatsworth House hotel. Looking forward to repeating this again on the 9th June this year.

Positive experience: The holiday was good value for the price, the appearance of the whole interior was very pleasing. However on arriving at reception, we and many others were asked if we would like to upgrade, which was a difficult decision as we had not even seen the room which we had been allocated, but we were made to feel that an upgrade was in our interest so we paid an extra £40 but people who declined to pay extra still got an upgrade F.O.C…..VERY ANNOYING !!! After paying for an upgrade we we directed to the “new room” which was the far end of the south wing, where we had to climb many stairs and being in our mid 70’s age group was not very easy. Little things like having to pay for coffee after the evening meal was a bit of a gripe and we had to ask for extra complimentary milk cartons for the room, and were told we had already had them in the morning, but we were reluctantly given some.
