This client book a "life drawing at your venue" activity in Albufeira, however her location was actually ALVOR which she didnt inform us of prior to booking, she also did not provide a time or date or location when paying her deposit. When it came to collect the remaining balance and confirm the details with her, she informed us her location was ALVOR not Albufeira, 40km from our advertised location. It clearly states on our website Albufeira, it clearly states Albufeira on our marketing material prior to the client making the booking, it clearly states Life Drawing Albufeira on the invoice we sent to the client. We cannot be held responsible for the client not checking that her location was acceptable prior to booking and it clearly states on our website booking fees are non refundable. It is the responsibility of the client to confirm her location of Alvor was possible prior to her booking, she didnt do this. We tried our best to accommodate the life drawing in Alvor however the client was never happy with the times that were available. The emails were not abusive, they simply informed the client of her mistake. Should customers be located in other areas of the Algarve we do our best to accommodate their request and we will confirm prior to booking if this is possible. However the client booked a life drawing class in Albufeira which we were able to perform at the time she wanted, we were unable to perform the life drawing in Alvor due to the 80km return travel distance and the added 60 to 90 minutes travel time she expected the model to make unpaid.

This person made a provisional booking with our sister company. The karting was not confirmed within the 7 day time frame where we can hold the provisional payment with our payment gateway company. The payment was then released, due to the timeframe being exceeded. He then became rude because the booking was released and we asked him politely to book with another company. We do not accept disrespect from customers. The fact that he lied above about the 3 week time frame highlights his lack of honesty. He made the provisional booking on the 24th April, we have proof of this.
