They scammed my friend out of £512, and for over a year—since August last year—they’ve been stringing her along with empty promises of a refund that never comes. They are nothing but a shameless, money-hungry operation preying on hardworking people. They lie, deceive, and when you demand accountability, they cut off all contact—blocking numbers, dodging calls, and ignoring every attempt to resolve the issue. Their behavior is beyond unacceptable. Customers deserve to know the truth: this company operates without integrity, without respect, and without a shred of honesty. Be wary of anton and Danielle. Stay far away.

Negative experience: I would give 0 stars, negative even. When we called to let them know they had got a name on the flight wrong we were informed that they would sort it. Come to pay the last of the balance and they’ve told us we cannot compete it as the name on the passport is not what they have on the ticket, even though we were told they were sorting it. Instead of just changing the name, at cost whatever, they wouldn’t and instead offered to move the flight to another date at an additional cost of about £500 or a partial refund. Despite us telling them MULTIPLE TIMES that they’ve got the name wrong they never changed it and instead tried to blame us for it. Never again will I be using this company, shocking customer service

I booked and paid for Bizz class tickets to Oz through Qatar Air but somewhere Alexa Travel became involved. I had paid back in Feb 24 but Alexa said I still owed £1270 which had to be paid. I was told by ARRON at Alexa we would receive a refund a week ago but nothing has appeared. DO NOT USE ALEXA and one look at all the “5 star reviews” it’s easy to see they are fake. I have contacted ACTION FRAUD in regard to ALEXA TRAVE & TIMES TRAVEL . For accurate/not fake reviews check out Trustpilot.
