Fantastic experience: Fabulous chalet. We had a week in Summer '26. Team always on hand if required. Half way through the week towel change etc really helpful. Lots of room and rooms in the Chalet to eat, sit, sleep and enjoy.

Fantastic experience: Excellent chalet, over delivered on listing and a great company to deal with. Paul (owner), Lucy and Didi (resort manager) were all fantastic providing recommendations, guidance and treats for the kids. Would very much recommend them to anyone!

Fantastic experience: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ZEMS Lodge exceeded every expectation and gave us one of the best family vacations we’ve ever had. We spent an incredible week there with friends and family, and every single detail was absolutely perfect. The location is unbeatable, with breathtaking mountain views in every direction and easy access to everything Morzine has to offer. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with everything we needed to cook and enjoy meals together, which made traveling with a large group so easy. The pool was an amazing bonus and the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring the mountains. What truly made our stay unforgettable, though, were the hosts. They were warm, welcoming, incredibly responsive, and clearly take enormous pride in creating an exceptional experience for their guests. If you’re looking for the perfect place to stay in Morzine, look no further. We can’t recommend ZEMS Lodge highly enough and are already talking about when we can come back!

Fantastic experience: To the Boutique team, thank you for facilitating our fantastic family holiday in Morzine. We adored our time in the Three Bears more than we can say. It was not only beautifully fitted out with stunning views every single day, but had plenty of space for 7 of us and so close to the centre of town. Morzine was such a beautiful town to explore. The perfect size for us and most people willing to speak to me in French!! And snow in town on Christmas Day! It was just magical. Thank you for all your help and advice getting everything sorted incl. ski lessons, gear and passes and other activities over the two weeks. I definitely could not have organised everything on my own so I am really very grateful for your timely communication throughout the year. I am absolutely hoping to return to Morzine again in the future.

Fantastic experience: We had a wonderful week in Les Gets, the Chalet was wonderful and the boutique chalet company assisted us with Skihire, Chefs and more. We had a very easy and enjoyable time.

Fantastic experience: Fabulous holiday, amazing food and service! The Boutique Chalet Company team helped us with everything ahead of time, including booking ski classes, massages, restaurants etc., so all we had to do was show up and enjoy the holiday. Once there, the house was lovely, the team at the chalet couldn't have been nicer, the food was incredible... We wouldn't hesitate to go back!

Fantastic experience: We had a great time at ZEMS lodge. The chalet provided everything we wanted for 8 of us and our mountain bikes. The team at The Boutique Chalet Company could not have been more helpful. They were always there to answer any questions and help out with advice about Morzine/Les Gets. Fantastic experience: We rented Goldilocks chalet in Morzine in July 2025 through The Boutique Chalet Company. The property was beautiful, spacious and immaculately presented and convenient for all the facilities of the town. The booking process was very smooth and we received great support from the team in terms of pre-arrival info and recommendations for restaurants, activities, etc. We wouldn't hesitate to use the BCC again for our next trip to the Alps!

Fantastic experience: We had a wonderful holiday at Chalet Sapphire organized by The Boutique Chalet Company. As a family, we had a great time with excellent, comprehensive service. The team on site, as well as the chalet itself, met all our expectations. Morzine itself was also a fantastic place that we would love to return to. The scenery is beautiful, and the people are welcoming and happy to have guests. All in all, it was a fantastic time!

Fantastic experience: We stayed at Chalet Sapphire in Morzine for a corporate trip and had an exceptional experience. The chalet is stunning with all en suite rooms, perfect for a group of 14, spacious dining area and kitchen. There is a games room / pool table / bar that is perfect for a few drinks, indoor pool, sauna, and jacuzzi were a real highlight. The staff were fantastic and looked after us incredibly well throughout our stay. Highly recommend and will definitely return.

Fantastic experience: We stayed in chalet M in March and had a brilliant week. Such a spectacular chalet. We were on a self catered package but had meals delivered and these were delicious. It was a great option for us as we didn’t want chalet staff but didn’t want to cook for ourselves either. Thanks to the team, we’ll be back.

Negative experience: We were excited to return to this company after a fantastic first experience, but sadly, our second stay was a major disappointment. The service was far below what we expected for a luxury Chalet—while the staff were kind, they were untrained and unable to meet the level of service we paid for. The Chef's meals were underwhelming, and the overall experience lacked the professionalism we enjoyed previously. Despite bringing up these concerns, the company dismissed our feedback, which has left us with no intention of returning. We cannot recommend this company based on the poor service we received.

Negative experience: We have booked our ski vacation with the boutique chalet company, and we were disappointed from the level of the service, the meals were very basic and we served in a delay every day. The level of cleanliness was very poor.

Negative experience: The level of service did not meet the cost. The chef was not cooperative with simple requests and the overall level of dining was quite low. No creativity, lots of frozen ingredients. We will certainly not come back.

Negative experience: We paid a lot of money for an imitation of a luxury holiday. Frozen heated products for "chef meals", lack of staff for a full sercice experience, and a low maintained facility.

Fantastic experience: We have booked our ski holidays with the Boutique Chalet Company for the last 4 years and each and every time the team have been fantastic from booking the perfect chalet and organising all the elements of our trip. Great system for booking, which ensured an easy and enjoyable stay with everything covered from ski hire to ensuring the paths were cleared around the chalet after heavy snow!

Fantastic experience: The team at the Boutique chalet company were excellent. The wrap around service makes the trip, from booking to organisation (help with ski passes, lessons, transfers etc) to help whilst you are staying, it’s all professional and comprehensive. The chalet itself (Chalet M) was beautiful. It’s up in the hills, on one icy day the 15 minute walk to town was a little hairy. We’d hired a car which I’d recommend for anyone who either doesn’t want to rely on taxis or busses. You can walk to the ski lifts but it would be a hell of a trek in your boots. Overall, brilliant experience.

Fantastic experience: Here is the I wonderful review. Penthouse Mathilde is a perfect choice and very well equipped for a family. It had everything we could ask for. The kitchen is very well set up for good family dining and covers all appliances for family living with wonderful views . The wifi accesss excellent. The apartment is secure and safe. The views of the mountains ️ are charming and beautiful to watch sunrise and sunset. For the family there so much to do for all tastes from hiking to biking to swimming outdoors. There is a very wide choice of food and restaurants to suit all palates. The supermarkets are so handy and one of us popped in to grab local and healthy food. The patisserie’s are mouth watering. It was lovely to see the locals walking to get fresh bread/ cakes early mornings Definitely recommend visiting lac Montford for relaxing or some water boating. I couldn’t rate the property high enough. We had Elodie who was our support person for any questions or support and incredibly supportive for our special request. Thank you for accommodating us. I haven’t stopped thinking about the Chalet or Morzine since I got back. So much so that I’m tempted to go back and stay there .

Fantastic experience: We stayed at one of the properties managed by the Boutique Chalet company in Morzine during the summer of 2024. The whole process was well managed from start to finish. Paul helped with local information and with a flexible start date. The booking process was really smooth. The local team - Elodie and Andy - really helped us when we were there with some shopping, a great hamper of food to get us going and our random requests (a clothes airer) while we were there. 100% recommend.
