I spoke with Kelly a few days ago about booking our next trip, she was so helpful and looked at multiple options with everything we wanted in mind! We took a few days to have a think and decide and Kelly made sure she was avaliable on the day and time we wanted to come back and book! So tiday we booked with Kelly and once again she was on point for everything, making sure we were happy with everything and had all the things we wanted or needed! Kelly even booked my airport parking! So happy and can’t wait for my next trip!

Fantastic experience: We booked a holiday to Lanzarote but sadly the hotel was having maintenance carried out during our stay. We were given the opportunity to amend our booking. As anyone can imagine this was a bit of a nightmare but I can’t thank the staff at tui longwell green enough for their kindness, time and help. All the staff there are polite and friendly. I spent multiple hours with them which my 1 year old daughter was not impressed with, the ladies went above and beyond to help entertain her so I could concentrate as we had multiple restrictions and preferences but their patience and knowledge on alternative locations and hotels were very helpful and provided us with lots of alternatives. A special thankyou to Ellie, Carrie-Ann, Emma and Melanie for all your help as I know we were not the easiest of customers but you patience and time were appreciated can’t recommend you guys enough!

Fantastic experience: Just sat in the airport Dubai lounge coming back from a week’s cruise around Dubai. One of our group was an employee from Longwell Green “Donna , we’ve had the best time visiting all around the Middle East. We purchased tui tickets in store enjoying the Burj khalifa, miracle gardens and then checking into the plaza airport lounge before flying home. All trips were amazing and made our trip special. Highly recommend for anyone looking to travel this side of the world.

She helped to find the Lalila Blue Suites hotel which covered all our needs including being all inclusive as well as close to all local amenities in Marmaris. Fantastic experience: Well we popped in the shop yesterday on our way out of Asda buying food for our camping trip next week. The weather is wet and isn't looking good next week so me and my daughter spoke to a lady called Sarah she was soo helpful and advised us on some different locations and the best hotel and facilities for the two of us. Fantastic experience: Was due to travle to Lanzarote on the 20th sep hotel wasnt opening so decided ti call and change our holiday. Spoke to a lady called Molly well what can i say we knew were we wanted ti amaend too so she did everything over the phone. She amended our insurance thro axa which we had to waitforanew quote. Fair play shehas kept in contact with me and explained everything i gelt confidenet with the information she has relayed to us. Also privessed my refund which i recieved less than 24 hrs. Fantastic experience: Went in yesterday for some advice on a holiday, was greeted by Lacey who suggested a few things and found a place we didn't even think of - lloret de mar - managed to get a nice hotel at a reasonable price, better than what online had to offer (on other websites etc) came in today and went for it! Waited to be served by Lacey as experience was good enough the first time so we wanted to see her again. She set us up with the holiday and answered all our questions too. Will definitely comeback to tui again in the near future. Thanks.
