Negative experience: Terrible store and customer service. Ordered a tui money card was told by email that any friend or family could put money onto it. Zoe store manager argued they could not. So whilst there rang tui customer service who confirmed it's this branches computer. No apology whatsoever . Then argued that to get the card to begin with you only had to pay £30. Try it online tui money card minimum required is £100 for us dollars. Refused to look into this for me called me a liar extremely rudely near on shouting at me, said I'm arguing when clearly she was shouting and knew it all and then demanded I leave the store! Zoe has a holier than tho attitude was sneering throughout even when i was on the call. No apology no customer service. I will never use TUI kingswood again whilst Zoe remains there. Official complaint raised. Disgraceful (screenshot attached) Update: i have since had email and call responses from Card Services head office confirming that a friend or family can top up a card on someones behalf. This has been confirmed and fed back to Kingswood branch. Also as per their response i have emailed the screenshot proving that the minimum amount for dollars is £100. To date i have not received any apology from Zoe (who responded).

Fantastic experience: Maddie found us a perfect hotel for our winter break in January. We would definitely use TUI again as it was very easy to book and maddie was very helpful with any questions we had. Our hotel was stunning and exceeded expectations!

Fantastic experience: I would like to thank the young Lady Maddie Dyer at TUI Kingswood who help me out to sort out a summer holiday this year to Turkey, it was a really good experience as I did not really know where I wanted to go, her help and knowledge was excellent and best of all she got me a very good deal which the whole family were very please with. Thank You Maddie I will be back to see you for my next Holiday in 2024.

She recommended multiple excursion and attractions in the area which I found very helpful. Danni even ensured that I had my travel insurance sorted. Fantastic experience: We went in the Kingswood stop where we were helped by Cassie. We told her we wanted to be near a harbour with bars and resturants. Cassie listerned to what we wanted and she booked us into a hotel in Makarska in Croatia. The hotel was lovely and we had a full harbour view from our room. The resort was very nice with plenty of bars and resturants. We had everything we asked for. Big thankyou Cassie we will be back.

Fantastic experience: Kingswood High Street Branch. I am not prone to give compliments, but on this occasion, I highly recommend Cassie, Anna, Danni, and Anya are passionate about customer service and pride themselves in maintaining the highest level of standards. Also, they work as a team creating amazing value for me as a customer, Cassie, Anna, Danni, and Anya have proven great experience in their role in a fast-moving environment. As individuals, they encourage and supported me as a customer and delivered at a fast pace, and welcomed my business so I purchased the great attraction deal that I had. Unfortunately on arrival at the attraction in Paris, the service was disappointing, but the Cassis dealt with it after I return from my holiday and gave me a full refund. On a scale, I would say, Cassie, Anna, Danni, and Anya would be over 10 and they would be better if more people were like them. All four of them are incredible humans with individual skills.

Fantastic experience: Came into Tui this afternoon to book a suprise holiday for my mum. As soon as I walked in, all of the staff were super attentive and welcoming and a special shout-out to Cassie who booked the whole trip for me. She found exactly what I was looking for and more. Fantastic experience: I came into the Kingswood branch to change some money up and was served by Danni who was one of the most friendly bubbly and welcoming person I’ve been served by. She asked me all about my holiday and recommended some places to go whilst I was there. The whole branch was chatty and friendly. 10/10 service

Fantastic experience: We had a bad experience from another TUI store and was given false information about a holiday which we have just come back from. We are going on another holiday (cruise) soon and decided to go to the Kingswood branch to check that everything was ok and if there was anything that we had to do or had forgotten. I'm so so glad we did. I was met by a cheerful member of staff by the name of Cassii who was the most helpful TUI person (along with the other two members of staff that were working in the store) I have ever come across. I told her about my previous experience with TUI and that if I hadn't already booked and paid for this coming holiday I certainly wouldn't be booking /travelling with TUI again. Cassii went through everything with me and even booked me and my wife in at Lloyd's chemist for a Covid check for the day before we go on the cruise. It was a 40 minute experience that was sadly lacking from my previous experience with TUI. Cassii went a long way to restoring my faith in TUI.(well the TUI Store in Kingswood anyway) If ever I go on holiday with TUI again I will definitely go back to the Kingswood branch to book it. Well done Cassii and thank you.
