Negative experience: Not great rates to exchange USD. It was $0.07 lower per £ which resulted in some loss. I only needed a few notes for urgent cash matters as I was traveling early morning and not wanting to queue up at the airport exchange desks. Wouldn’t recommend unless urgently needed.

I am sorry you feel this way Nick. In comparison to other retailers on the high street our rates are very competitive. We also do not charge any service fee as they usually would at the airport.

Negative experience: Would do if the shop was open staff working from home this is bad for business when you want to book a holiday

I am sorry that you felt this way. The store was closed at the time as the ceiling had collapsed. It was therefore unsafe for us to work inside the building. We were working from home to enable us to still service our customers whilst the repairs were taking place. Our shiny new store located in the shopping centre has now been up and running since February 2022 if you would like to come in and see us :)
