Fantastic experience: We’ve used Kieran at Magical Traveller to book our next cruise with Virgin. This is the first time we’re using a TA rather than booking direct, Kieran has taken all the stress out of arranging flights, hotel, and the cruise plus given extra sailor loot making it an even better deal. Really speedy communication, great recommendations and a fantastic service, we won’t be going back to DIY bookings any time soon

Fantastic experience: Kieran was brilliant. Really helpful, put together 2 potential cruise deals for me and went though all the options. The website is really good for budget planning as you can estimate how much to set aside for your bar tab (it’s not your doctor so you can be truthful about the amount you plan on drinking!). After looking at my options and working out a budget I let Kieran know and he selected a brilliant cabin and held it for me while I sorted out my deposit. Really friendly and really helpful. Booking holidays should be this easy all the time.

Fantastic experience: We had the most amazing holiday in Gran Canaria and it's all thanks to Kieran and Phil. We had a very challenging brief with 4 kids and very narrow parameters for what we were looking for. Normally I face the holiday hunt with a huge sense of dread but this year was very different. Fantastic experience: Kieran arranged our honeymoon for us and I honestly cannot recommend him enough. He took care of everything for us and made the entire process a breeze. I asked him a million and one questions and compared a bunch of resorts and flight options and he was always able to answer them quickly and correctly and we really felt like he got us the best of everything. When we got to the hotel it had been advanced that we were on our honeymoon and the staff had put a few little extras in the room which was a super nice touch. I would highly recommend getting in touch with Kieran and the team, they really put the magic into Magical Traveller.

Fantastic experience: Can't recommend Kieran and Phil enough. They sorted our 2021 UK Staycation Disney Cruise when we were completely new to the cruise type of holiday. They sorted our Virgin Cruise out, for our second journey. Recently we cruised on Disney from Port Canaveral and all our flights, accomodation before and after, and transfers were sorted by them. Everything went really smoothly, pickups really smooth from very professional transfer companies. Already planning our next cruise (and flights/accomodation) and will trust Kieran and Phil to sort it all out once again...

Fantastic experience: We recently got back from a fabulous holiday in Lanzarote. All I said to Kieran and Phil was - we want somewhere warm for a week in a nice hotel leaving in 2 weeks. Within a couple of days we had some choices and went with the H10 White Suites Hotel in Playa Blanca which was gorgeous. Kieran and Phil were very professional and nothing was too much trouble. Fantastic experience: My partner & I booked our Christmas holiday with NJT. Kieran & Phill chatted to us about where we have traveled before, what did we like & what type of holiday were we looking for. They also spent a lot of time talking to us about their travels & experiences. I found that we had a more personal experience booking through them than going to a travel agent, where I have felt rushed & they seem to just show you only what is coming up on their travel sites. Fantastic experience: I’ve booked twice in quick succession with Kieran, for an MSC cruise, and a Royal Caribbean one - which the latter was for a whole bunch of family! On the RC one Kieran navigated complicated requests and a large booking excellently, and I’m so glad we booked via Magical Traveller! So easy to get all the paperwork through already organised for us. For our MSC one it was super last minute as we were so pleased with how the RC booking went. We got it *way* cheaper than if we’d gone via MSC themselves, and everything again has been sorted with us, with plenty of updates as we’ve gone along. I’ll probably always do my bookings through Kieran now, I can’t imagine booking direct anymore.

Fantastic experience: Just getting ideas and prices of holidays from Phil is superb. It comes through on your phone (if you want that), full of options, links, prices and photos and makes it difficult to ignore. My daughter went away skiing during Pandemic and sings Phil's praises for guidance through the rules, forms and tests required so they could get on with the business of enjoying their holiday. We're hoping for the same, should we need it, when we go skiing shortly. Via Phil, of course! Highly recommended!
