Fantastic experience: Excellent service first they help us rebook our original holiday which they did in store rather they me doing it on line .then though circumstances out of our control we had to cancel which again was done in store and a great help to us highly recommend

Fantastic experience: I booked my holiday at the new knowle store, the shop is looking very modern and has a very welcoming vibe. We were served by their manager Sacha Garland. I must say she went above and beyond to find me and my husband a great holiday, she was very informative on the 3 destinations we had in mind to book and was full of knowledge on the hotels for us. I feel we had every bit of information on flights, hotels and packages so we could decide what was best for us. Thank you Sacha for all your help, we can not wait for our holiday.

Fantastic experience: Received a fantastic service from the lovely Emma at the Knowle branch in Bristol. I booked a family holiday over the phone and she helped me get the best possible deal and her commitment in ensuring I was kept up to date with communication was outstanding. I felt so valued as a customer and her friendly approach meant I would definitely use the Bristol branch again. In fact the service I received has been fair more superior then at my local Poole branch. Thank you so much for all your help and putting your customers needs first as your priority. It’s been a pleasure booking with the Knowle branch and the TUI hotel was first class too.

Fantastic experience: Emma booked my recent holiday in the knowle branch, this was a cruise which was just amazing. Emma is super knowledgeable and you just always feel at ease knowing your in safe hands with her wealth of knowledge and experience Whenever I need a holiday, or if someone I know needs a holiday I’ll always recommend Emma. Fantastic experience: We visited tui on 06/01/2023 to book our summer holiday for 2023. We were greeted and acknowledged at the shop by all of the staff. We spent alot of time that day with Mel as we had to find a holiday that suited the needs of all 10 of us. Mel was really knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble for her. She searched numerous holidays for us and researched all of the resorts to help find the holiday best suited to us. We booked a break to Cyprus and cannot wait for our holiday. All of the staff were very welcoming and friendly. Special thanks to Mel for her time, patience, expertise and kindness. She made the process really easy for us and we will definitely be booking our next holiday with her too.

Fantastic experience: We visited Mel to book our Jamaica holiday and every single thing was perfect, we received a warm welcome in the shop and Mel was super helpful. When we arrived at our hotel in Jamaica we had everything we were promised. Cannot fault her and her staff at all! Thanks Mel!

Fantastic experience: We visited Nicola to look at booking a family holiday with a range of dates to work with and looking for advice. Nicola was so informative and provided us with a variety of destination recommendations. We were undecided and didn’t feel any pressure to book on the spot so we went away and had a think . I rang Nicola back with a few questions and she went above and beyond and was super helpful. We have now booked the Holiday and would highly recommend the store all staff were very welcoming

Fantastic experience: Thank you to tui store for helping us today to change our insurance over to our new holiday. Unfortunately we was unable to travel due to my partner being ill in hospital. Luckily tui was extremely helpful changed our holiday to July at little extra cost. Today at the tui store Emily helped us to change our insurance over to our new holiday dates at no extra cost. This has made a very stressful experience a lot let stressful. Thank you all so much. Grate experience 5 star customer service

Fantastic experience: I want to shout from the rooftops how amazing John is at this store. COVID complications had left my daughter in a real holiday predicament due to test results not arriving in time. I was surprised how little support was available on a bank holiday from Tui and, in desperation, called various Tui shops to get some advice. Most were closed, but thankfully for us John answered our call at this branch. Although our issue was literally nothing to do with him, we are miles away from Bristol, he went above and beyond for us. Calling us back, and giving us guidance that we could not get from anywhere else. He is a total star and deserves recognition from Tui for being amazing. Please make sure that the important people in Tui see this review and know that John saved the day for my daughter, who is now re booked. Thank you John.

Negative experience: I been there few times for WesternUnion and the customer service is very bad few time they said to come after 1hr very and after I came back they said I don’t have anyone to do ur money transfer no manors

Negative experience: Put “U” In the middle of Crossing the T’s and dotting the I’s what a load of rubbish! My son involved in a car crash having to have an operation and won’t be able to travel - 16 days before holiday and request if we can change the holiday date, told NO you will lose 99% of your money. They will then sell on this holiday again and make double profit from our sons accident! How can this be right???

Fantastic experience: Recently chnaged their name from Thompson to TUI. They are very friendly, helpful and will go above and beyond to get you the information you need. They explain everything you need to know in great detail. If you want to pop in and ask a quixk question, They are always happy to help, or if you want to discuss an upcoming holiday with them, or plan a new one, They help and advise you, and get you the best deal they can, They talk through all the different options to get the best holiday for your needs. Always have smiles on their faces, and they have plenty of staff, so you aren't waiting long to be served. Can't wait to go in and book my next holiday with them!
