Negative experience: If I could give 0* I would. My partner came to visit this branch today to speak to someone. As we were looking to book a little break for our family of 6 in the next few weeks. Thinking it would be quicker than doing it online. We thought wrong. He was told to take a brochure and go. Waste of journey.

Negative experience: Asked for two rooms exactly the same so we could be next door to family members on our holiday but you booked us two different rooms which one was worth around £25 more a night when you told us they were the same rooms

Fantastic experience: Amazing experience! Just went to this branch to book a holiday and the staff was really helpful. We spoke with Pedro, who was very friendly and knowledgeable. He helped us to choose the best hotel for us, and also provided information about the best places to visit and how long we should spend at certain locations. We certainly will use this service again.

Special thank you to Pedro for being friendly and easily approachable, made the experience fun and made us even more excited about our family trip away. Despite the mishap of giving the wrong name on booking after it being booked :s, he was so patient and relaxed and reassuring. Fantastic experience: The best service for some time from a travel company. I was twice helped by Dominique who booked me two flights and gave me all the info needed for future timings within a few minutes. Excellent and easier than online. Picking up the phone to this branch will in future be my first port of call. Also very happy to have direct flights from Tui, Bristol to Mexico, making life between the SW and getting to Central America much easier and quicker instead of having to connect through hideous London. Hurrah!

Negative experience: Never again, complete disaster, would not trust these people to run a tap. Holiday ruined before we even took off, Customer Service absolutely useless - the App chat employees hide behind a screen of anonymity and can literally send you anywhere. Virgin every time from here on.

Negative experience: What a joke Bristol Broadmead!! Went into the shop to book an excursion!!! We are in Cancun & the travel agent booked us for the Dominican Republic!!! She had our booking up in front of her. She even double checked with another agent who said “I’m going out on your return flight & staying in the hotel next to you” £600.00 on a trip & the agents couldn’t even book me for the correct country for the trip!!! We were told we had no rep in our hotel but don’t worry download the TUI app & we are there to answer your questions 24 hours of the day!!! Oh no they are not!!! You send your complaint or query & the reply is we will get back to you in 30 minutes!!! I don’t think they know what 30 minutes is. I was told by TUI Broadmead to confirm my pick up. This took them 48 hours to confirm & then to make matters worse they didn’t even notice I am in Cancun & not the Dominican!!! It was our 20th anniversary trip & we took the family & TUI have made this unenjoyable & stressful!!

Fantastic experience: Me and my partner came here to book our very first holiday together. We were greeted and seen to very quickly once we had made an appointment ! The staff were so friendly and made us feel really comfortable! Our consultant was carys who was lovely and so helpful but Mel and the manager were also amazing and a great help ! They didn't mind that I was indecisive and that it took over 2 hours to actually book the holiday! I couldn't recommend them enough to anyone looking to book a decent priced holiday !
