Fantastic experience: I went in to book for Mt. Kinbalu climb in Borneo next spring. Isobel dealt with me and calm and calculated on itenary. She got me the best deal. Just have to wait for permit to climb as the place very busy. Happy with their e mails back also. Well done.

Negative experience: I have previously used the flight centre to book a safari and had a good experience. Unfortunately this time I called several times to different offices and left several messages asking for call backs but never got a reply so have booked my trip through a different operator.
