Negative experience: READ THE REVIEWS - SCAM This is a scam company. They left my 75 year old parents stranded in a foreign country, and after thousands of pounds spent to get them home, they then tried to scam them on their credit cards. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Negative experience: PLEASE, STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRAUDSTERS. I BOOK A TICKET FROM THIS PEOPLE FOR MY WIFE AND MY SON. NOT KNOWING TICKETS WAS ISSUED TO SOME ONE TO TRAVEL TO VANCOUVER.I CAME HOME WITH MY FAMILY AND BORROWED MONEY FOR ANOTHER TICKETS. THERE IS A GUY CALL MIKE. HE IS A WICKED PERSON. HE WILL NEVER END WELL IN THIS LIFE.

Negative experience: Scammers. All over the news for scamming people. The 5* reviews are from relatives and friends involved in the fraud.

Fantastic experience: This was the first time that I have booked through Northern Holidays. The price of my hotel was the lowest and delivered great value for money and a fantastic experience. Communication prior to check in was both timely and helpful. The Victoria & Alfred Hotel in Cape Town was just wonderful in every way - for location, warm welcome, extremely comfortable rooms, great breakfasts on the terrace and the most friendly staff at all times of day and night. I would definitely use Northern Holidays in the future.

Negative experience: Scam scam scam They scamed money from us, we had booked flights from uk to Thailand they had given tickets copy but when we entered airport we found the tickets were fake and some how managed to call the northern holidays team they acted as if they never committed a mistake and they promised to return back the amount but playing smartly asking for cvv number, trying to loot even more from my account blocked my phone number. They don't have a existing company located at the address which is mentioned in the official page.

Negative experience: A company based on FRAUD. Stole nearly 6k off my family. Never made the full booking and left us waiting till this day. Do not ever book with them, they will lie and fill you with empty promises, and then take your money without sorting it. Disgusting people and company.

Negative experience: It is a total scam, fake ticket booking ,they take your bank details and make multiple attempts to steal money from you. So professionally fraud expert that you wouldn’t know until you are at airport and find out there wasn’t any ticket booking. On top of this the Indian work force or staff is so trained in committing frauds and keep threatening you that they will not refund money of the cancelled flight unless you give them your bank details…. Just you all should report them to police if they commit to book you a holiday

Negative experience: Such a fraud company. I booked Tickets through them for 4 passengers travelling to India. They given me the ticket for 4 printed on it and send me the email. Once i checked the PNR number it is booked for 3 passengers only. when I tried calling them they do not even answer. Interesting thing is that they have an under cover employee ( Vicky Kapoor) who work for Air Vistra & Air India security at gate. As I work at airport as well I meet him on airport. He said I will get your tickets booked and than he is the one who contacted them over the watsapp and send me link on email to pay for it. I am so crazy that I booked it through it. Once booked northern holidays employee send me an email with booking confirmation. Now When I went back to him on heathrow Airport he said he can not help as he helped me only to book. No help from any one. GUYS PLEASE DO NOT GET INTO TRAP ITS A FRAUD COMPANY.

Negative experience: Took the money and didn't tell us the flight was cancelled, wasted a lot of money traveling and staying at Heathrow just to be turned back after waiting to board flight for over 4 hours. They don't even pick up phone calls or emails. Don't book with them, quite possibly the worst travel agency in the world.

Negative experience: SCAM! Booked a flight with them. When not responding to the fake reference numbers they have given, we called Virgin themselves. Told us our flight was suspended and they cant do anything about it. Please dont ever book with this travel agent. We have not got our money back and probably wont. Thousands of pounds wasted. Im not sure why this company hasnt been sued yet. I wouldve gave 0 stars if possible. All of these reviews are fake.

They stole my money and didn’t book me a flight or my hotel room. I am opening up a police enquiry into these fraudsters and taking them to court. Do not book a holiday unless it’s done online not over the phone! If a package seems to good to be true it most likely is! Stay well clear of these frauds and keep safe.

Negative experience: Please don’t book with them. Our booking was missing loads of people from the airline flights. They didn’t help at all and advised to just turn up at airport. The Air Lines confirmed the missing passengers are not on their manifest and flight is fully booked. They will try but time with fake promises etc etc…. Please don’t book with them. They also promised a refund that never came through. Contact your bank and ABTA asap if you already booked. Hope this helps … be safe

I bought flight ticket from them , a fake flight ticket was generated for me. I called my airline to confirm and l was told l have no bookings with the reference number on my flight ticket. Ki have send series of messages to this company , they keep ignoring my messages. I called them, they declined my calls. This company must be shut down!!! They are fraud!! I have the details of the lady who attended to me and am giving it to the police right away! Please don't fall victim like myself!

They do not have an office it’s has been shut down so they are taking peoples money. I went to the office in Middleton it’s empty no one there. All the reviews you read here are fake about the good customer service and them booking tickets. Do not book with this website they are scams

Negative experience: Do not trust this company - terrible service and run by con men! sold my family tickets to Canada and produced fraudulent booking confirmation documents - Arrived at airport to discover we had been sold completely different tickets and were forced to pay extra at check in to be able to board flights. Contacted agents before boarding flight and were told we would receive refund for extra costs upon our return. When we returned they said that staff member who booked our tickets had since left and they were not accountable for his mistakes anymore. We persisted and finally they agreed to refund but instead of refunding, they fraudulently attempted to withdraw large sums of money from my account which thankfully the bank blocked. Would not trust this agency at all and more worryingly they only operate via Whatsapp. Stay well clear of them!

Negative experience: DON'T BELIEVE THIS WEBSITE!! They're going to scam you, I booked a return trip ticket with them and they gave me the opportunity to change the day of my flight, they seem very kind but when then they blocked all the numbers and emails so that I couldn't contact them anymore. They didn't return my money. It's a rubbish!

Negative experience: You guys need to refund me my money, you refuse to respond to my email and also blocked my no, you told me I will receive my refund of £767 by 26th October 2022, however you did not refund and when ever I call you blocked me off.

Negative experience: This is a FRAUDULENT COMPANY. DO NOT BE DECIEVED BY THE FAKE REVIEWS AND PICTURES THEY PUT UP. They provide you with fake booking confirmation of holidays, take your money and ruin your holiday, cancelling everything a couple of days before your flight. They need to be shut down to stop them defrauding other people. They claim to be a member of ABTA and they are not. They claim to be affliated with onthebeach and they are not. They pretend until they have all your money then constantly lie and resort to abuse. They are the worst people I ever dealt with, they are not professional and have no care for anyone.

Negative experience: Hi everyone I recently used Northern Holidays (False representative for On The Beach) to book a holiday from London to Dubai. I had the most horrific, appalling experience with this company. We booked our holiday four months in advance with the option to pay it off in monthly instalments which was paid off early but when we were about to check in online the flights and reservation for hotel was completely different to what we originally confirmed to receive. The person who processed our booking on the phone did not sound competent and was the one who gave me incorrect and misleading information. The manager in charge showed no remorse and kept telling us to manage the faults made by them and “just go” we made it very clear due to medical and our circumstances it’s near enough impossible to do so. So many arrangements and hard work was put in to making this holiday and unfortunately we have all been let down massively. The company admitted there faults however they refused to compensate us. Legally we are entitled to receive some kind of compensation. I have never spoken to a company so heartless, inconsiderate and impolite. I warn all people against using Northern Holidays and strongly advise you don't book through them and save yourself from being ripped off and wasting your time. I thought it would be safe and trustworthy because I always go through travel agents, research products and services before I purchase them but it seems that this website has somehow covered up any bad reviews on them.
