Negative experience: I had booked my flight to Mumbai with Air India via Lycafly, six months before my scheduled departure. Unfortunately, the COVID-19 pandemic occurred just before my flight date, and I contacted Lycafly to find out about my options. The representative informed me that my flight had not been cancelled yet, and if it was cancelled, I wouldn't be entitled to a refund. They advised me to cancel my flight to receive a partial refund for the flight tax. However, I later found out that this advice was wrong. Had I not cancelled my flight and AI cancelled it, I would have been entitled to a full refund. The flight was eventually cancelled by Air India, which Lycafly had expected. I only received a part of the partial refund that I was promised by Lycafly, and I have been chasing payment of £117.27 for the remaining amount. I have sent at least six emails and made countless calls to follow up, but I have not received any response from Lycafly. The last person I spoke to was Mark Jones, also known as Dushyant Mudgal. He promised to get back to me in 10 working days, but it has been six months since then, and I have not received any response, even after CC'ing him on emails. It is important to note that Lycafly did not cancel my flight, and they received a full refund, but only gave me a part of the partial refund that I was promised. I have posted a review on trustpilot and await their response.

Negative experience: I Wouldnt even give these people a rating of 1 Star. I am disgusted with the way this company runs !!! They dont know how to EARN their right but they love to CON people from their own money. A Salesman called ROHIT . We spoke to and he recieved calls from constantly over the week as we made a mistake of asking for rates to travel. My mum dont know much about these con companies but when i spoke to this man i knew it was a CON . This idiot then rang my mum behind my back and took her into confidence and said look ill CONFIRM the ticket and then you can pay. You dont need to pay first. My mum fell for it and asked me to make the payment for her. The ticket rate that was given to us was £700 but the amount my mum was getting charged for was £900 . Luckilyyy the bank always sends you a text message to notify you this certain company or person are trying to take out this amount. Can i also mention if people take a closer look. The salesman we speak to over the phone are indians. If you look at the positive reviews on here . Their mostly indians too . Its their own people. They just make fake accounts and put reviews up . I REQUEST EVERYONE NOT TO BOOK FROM THIS FRAUD COMPANY. i will be leaving reviews for this company on EVERY SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNT. I will make sure they lose customers. Thats if they have any. These people think it's a joke. People work hard to earn £800/£1000 and to think these people rob people of it. Its disgusting . You should be ashamed. How do you earn your wage and take that money home to feed your families which you deprived your customers off. If any one does fall for their emotional trap always tell the person you are speaking to that you are recording this call for your safety and theirs. You will know straight away if they give you straight answers or hesitate. JUST A TIP FOR EVERYONE .

Negative experience: Company is a scam - does not work as per the UK government guidelines. Charges the customer an exorbitant amount of fees for changes/cancellation. I will be taking up with the the customer court separately.

Negative experience: Lycafly provide the worst service one could ever have. During covid times when there were direct flights and they had to cancel it, they called to say that the change of fare would cost per person £40 which is some tax but it was actually their commission. We asked for a written email confirming the same which they could not send us as there was no such tax. They are big time liars with very poor service. A total scam. Would request people never to book from this scamters.

Negative experience: I booked tickets, due to covid the flights were cancelled. Lycafly deducted £1500 from me by giving excuses. They refunded the money back after 8 months of only £1300 out of £2800. They are not refunding the full money back to me. I am very disappointed. As per the rules of Airlines, if airlines cancel the flights because of covid customers should get the full refund. I will be making the further complain to the relavant body. Do not ever book with Lycafly as you will definetly loose your money. The staff are very rude. When i asked for my refund, i was pushed to agree on their terms via email as threatned me that they will not pay any refund if i do not agree on their terms. They were not agreeing to refund me even £1300 even if i do not agree the terms via email.

Negative experience: I booked and paid for a flight in June 2020 which was cancelled due to covid after numerous phone calls and emails i have still not received a refund.this is Despite them stating on their website that all payments are held in trust until you complete your trip.i would not recommend this company.customer service is awful.update 03/08/2020 I have still not had a refund or any updates or contact from this company 18 months on.DO Not USE THIS COMPANY. Update. 05/10/2021 I have still not been refunded, they have used every excuse in the book not to refund me, worse travel company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with, customer service is appalling.Warning. Do not use this ripoff outfit.

Negative experience: Listen up, I'll try to help you'll out. Similar to many of your situations I too had booked air fares prior to the pandemic. Basically Demi Robinson who only replies via email and that too 10 mins before closing on a Friday failed to follow directions from my bank following a charge back request. I kept an audit and always cc'd my bank so they could see my struggles. Gather evidence to show you are willing to fly but the government of India has banned all flights from the UK I had paid via means of a bank transfer. Also ring the bank for an update weekly. The situation humbled me and I'll now always book via the airline and buy travel insurance. Also I rang the airline who confirmed in writing they had refunded lycafly in full as soon as the pandemic kicked in and when gov of India closed its borders to the UK. All the best.

Negative experience: Rude customer service they don't know how to talk with customers I would never recommend anyone to book from lycafly if they flight get cancelled or anything they won't give your refund back as they airlines gives you full refund but this company chests u and charge double for cancellation fees even you your flight was cancelled due to covid 19 I don't know whether I will receive my money back but I request other customers don't fall in trouble you will lose your money so think twice before you book it...

Negative experience: Lycafly is not trustworthy, I have booked my flights in Jan 2020, flight date May 2020, my booking was cancelled due to covid-19 travel restrictions to India from UK. I have been chasing Lycafly more than 1 year for my refund and still my refund is not been processed. I only get assurances but the refund is not processed. Do not book tickets with Lycafly is a fake agency where they charge cancellation fees and then refund amount which should had been refunded is being held. Airlines have refunded full refunds to their agents and Lycafly is making money out of peoples undue circumstances of Covid-19 scenario. I would not even give 1 star. Unfortunately Google should been having system of under rating as well.

Negative experience: So disappointed with the service from LycaFly, My return flight was cancelled by the Airlines back in March 2020 and I'm still sending continuous emails for a refund, they keep giving me a date and it always falls short. Ive always booked my flight tickets from LycaFly but unfortunately I would be reporting this on Trustpilot as well :(

I had booked my Tickets from Heathrow airport to Ahmedabad Airport on 31 December 2020 but due to Covid-19 the airline cancelled all the flights and i applied for my full refund amount but still I haven’t received my money back . Its an request please refund my money as soon as possible and let me know what is the status of my refund. Here we are facing financial problem and in India there was some medical issues that was the reason we booked tickets. Due to this covid we lost our job and in this pandemic situation we don't have money to get enough food , and due to that only we are asking about our money to refund. This Airindia is such a heartless people are working there , they are not answering call even don't replying on email nor they are not refunding money. They just digested our money. If the airline is stopped It’s not my fault they say their company is insured but it’s not I booked the ticket 5 months ago and the airline stopped operating a week after but there is no sign of my refund and if I ask them about my refund they give me bad words

Positive experience: They are generally busy and if you're queueing up their shop be prepared to wait for atleast 10 mins. They're open till 8 PM so that's nice. They do offer the best rates so it's well worth the visit (and wait).

Negative experience: Really really bad service I am only giving one start because I have too. They messed up my booking big time I waster my 5 hours on the phone speaking to them. Istill have to call back tomorrow my credit card company said two payment has gone out of my account and lycafly can only see one payment gone out. First they said ticket for me is not booked declined card three times and next min I received an email saying my ticket is booked under my husbands flying dates. My husbands payment is gone through and they are saying no payment is gone out for him. When I sent lycafly the screenshot of the receipt the guy who was helping said ” looks like this is edited” like we have nothing better to do apart from editing their pdf DO NOT TRUST THIS WEBSITE

Negative experience: The worst services you will get. NEVER BOOK WITH THEM. I made the biggest mistake booking with them. They took my money for the ticket and then when it came to the time to book a seat for a disabled traveller, the man names "amit" told me that he had made the changes, only to go and see on the flight website that he made no changes to which he responded, "i have done my job to tell you to go online and that is it..you can do it yourself so do it yourself". He is clearly not fond with the services customers deserve. This company is run by scam artits who actually have fake reviews left by their own staff. Pay the extra but do not book with these cons.

Negative experience: I've had the worst experience with Lycafly (Wembley). The staff are not friendly at all. There was a person named faizaan who was very rude, his behaviour was not acceptable at all. He booked wrong timing on my return ticket. So I called him up and told him to change the timing and was also ready to pay the difference he told me to call up in 15 mins. But when I called him up he didn't answer the call so I sent someone (my friend) to his office but he didn't open the door. Because of this I had to stay in Lisbon and had to buy a new ticket. In future, I will not book any flights from them and suggest people to not buy tickets from there.

Negative experience: before you book any ticket with lyca fly think ten times. because of my experience. first of all their staff has no telephone manners and they are not customer friendly.I booked a ticket to india with lyca fly and they charged me fifty pounds extra money for the same airline compared to other agency and also gave me 10kgs less baggage allowance than other ticketing agency for the same flight. so please any one booking with lyca fly be very careful. mariano dias
