Negative experience: I would never travel with this company again. We used this company for our ‘luxury’ honeymoon and ended up in a terrible resort in Mexico. Whilst we understand that they can’t control the standard of the resort they can control their response to this and when tbey knew the extent of our issues very early in our trip they simply weren’t interested. After months of slow responses and eventually getting ABTA involved we finally got an insulting amount of money back after they got their legal teams to review their approach. We simply wanted a meaningful apology for our ruined honeymoon and fair compensation so we could plan another trip.

Fantastic experience: I am aware how many bad reviews this company has and was very very skeptical booking a trip with them. I saw that most of the reviews were to do with Covid refunds and I think a lot of companies struggled then, so I decided to risk it. And I am glad I did! We were a company of 8 who booked a trip to America (NY, San Francisco, Las Vegas) for a suspiciously super low price. Everything was super smooth and amazing, the hotels were great and in prime locations, I deffinately would not be able to afford them or this trip if it wasn't part of the deal. Travelpack was quick to reply to my questions and sent me all of my travel documents promptly. Thank you to Allen who was the main contact for us. It was truly an amazing trip and it would cost us at least x2 times more if it was all booked individually. I will surely consider booking with them again.

Fantastic experience: I’m a travel agent and use Travelpack to book my clients’ travels worldwide. Over the years the staff have been helpful and polite and I know I’m in good hands with any enquiries I send them. Today I was helped once again to get two long-standing clients a Penthouse cabin on a new cruise liner departing in 2026. I sent over the request and it was answered efficiently and with helpful comments. The clients said yes and the booking confirmed straight away. I have nothing to complain about, but have not looked to do so either.

When I was ready to book the flight I had a stressful situation, where they told me my voucher only had my initial payment and my payment over £120 was missing. I would call customer service everyday and sometimes multiple times a day speaking to new staff with little to no help. They would not resolve the issue on time and would never call back. Negative experience: Do not book with this agency. Following a cancelled booking to Cuba I was told I could only have a voucher not a refund despite this being illegal at the time. I was then contacted with an option of a refund in December which I accepted. (With them taking £25 admin fee) I have emailed Travelpack repeatedly and they are blaming KLM airlines for the delay. I received full refunds from my other flights I booked in 2020. My last email to Travelpack went unacknowledged and unanswered. As of January 2020 have repeatedly asked for a refund but get the same copy and paste response: "We apologise for the delay in processing these refunds. Negative experience: A bunch of LIARS. Booked a flight with them in January for travel in April. I couldn't travel due Covid. Contacted them and they said I will get a voucher "that can used any time within the next year." I agreed to it then in November I contacted them and was told Kenya Airways was not flying to my destination. I check on the Kenya Airways website and got the flights to my destination on the dates that I had proposed to TravelPack. So TravelPack LIED to me. I took a screenshot and send to them and they then said oh yes the flights are available but I now had to pay ~£600. The screenshot that I had sent them showed a price of £600. So the voucher was valued at £0. I then asked for a refund and they have refused to give me an answer. Send so many emails and many have not be responded to. Anyone who books with them in the future should be prepared to lose their money and still not fly. Spoke to a consultant called Nishi who sounded so rude. A bit of customer services would help. Negative experience: DO NOT USE THIS COMPNAY! Worse company I've ever had to deal with at getting a refund for cancelled flights. Promised with 10-12 weeks (already a very long time to wait) and it still never came, so went to the card supplier and and explained the situation who placed a charge back on them.... and they then had the cheek to contest it! If you are struggling for a refund I suggest ringing up the bank or card supplier because that seems to be the only way we was ever going to get out money back. Not worth the hassle of booking through a 3rd party, may as well have booked direct seeing as other operators have been provided full refunds, and this lot wanted to take a £150 per person admin fee which is a joke!

Unfortunately like all recent reviews here mine is a similar story, cancelled flights due to Covid then dozens of emails back & forth promising my money but it never appearing. Eventually I went through small claims court to get the money back, which they refunded within a day of my going down the court route! If you are still waiting for money from them I would try this route, you do have to pay a fee £30-100 depending on how much they owe you but the process is easy and you will hopefully get your full refund.

Negative experience: My flight to Japan was cancelled by British Airways a week before I was supposed to fly on March 12th, first told I could only have a voucher but then later told I would receive my money back.. even told by Travelpack they had received my money back from BA but for some reason are withholding my money as well as many other people's it seems. I tried my best to give them the benefit of doubt with all whats going on first giving me 8-10 weeks which was august/September then told October 2nd and finally told November 7th. Someone with authority needs to investigate this company and bring us patient paying customers to justice. Please someone help us. *update* After posting on their Facebook as a last ditched effort I got a reply from the admin of the page and received my refund 2 days later.

Negative experience: No refund nearly 6 months passed My travel dates for 2 tickets: 9th April 2020 and 16th April 2020. Both tickets were cancelled due to the pandemic. Initially Travelpack refused to give a refund and then the refund was finally initiated on 26th May 2020 saying I will be refunded in 10 to 12 weeks. When I ask for the status these are the reply given by them 18th August: Prioritizing the refund 24th August: Refund will be done next week 3rd September: Prioritizing the refund 15th September: Refund will be done by 20th Sept. 22nd September: Refund will be done today or latest by tomorrow 24th September: Refund will be done on October 7th. 8th October: Refund will be done on November 7th. I don't trust them anymore. Clearly, there is some fraud going on in this company. Its been nearly 6 months I been waiting for my refund. I am struggling financially due to the pandemic and need this refund urgently. All my friends have received their refunds with other companies. Please never book tickets from this company.

Negative experience: The company is the most irresponsible one in the market. After 7 months of the cancelation of my flight, and despite the fact that I asked several times that I am happy with a voucher rather than a refund given the tough conditions all airlines are going through, and after many follow ups, they finally send me an email last week that: "we have processed the refund of £ 211.80 for booking U87819. You should see this in your account within the next 2-3 working days." However, after four days or more I received £186.80 and when asked them about the difference I got this: "GBP 25 is the admin fee. We charge an admin fee as advised in the online booking conditions, as we did not cancel the flight, but are tasked with administering the booking for passenger and airline when we act in the legal capacity of only an agent on behalf of the airline (as advised in our online booking conditions, that were ticked as read and accepted)." You can see in order to return you own money after nine months and seven months passed the cancelation date, they charge you an admin fee (for the cancelation of your flight!). You would now understand why they do not ask for vouchers from the airlines because how they can pick your pockets once more if the airlines offer vouchers for cancelation. Very unethical company ... avoid them at all costs!

Negative experience: DO NOT purchase from Travelpack!! My flight got cancelled in June due to Covid 19. Since this date, I repeatedly chased the company numerous times to seek my money back. I was told four different dates that I would get my money back and each time this passed, no money was received - DESPITE the company telling me via phone that they had received the money from the airline. I raised a dispute with my bank as the only way to get my money back, NOT from the company themselves. Prior to Covid there were also large fees required for luggage on each flight and for each passenger - complicated due to the 24 and 3 leg journey.

Negative experience: Been waiting for my 22 weeks now, was initially told it would be the 14.08 at latest, and then was told to wait another few weeks and nothing came. I have had to constantly message them and they clearly show no remorse. When I emailed again at the beginning of this month I was told the money will be in my account by the 21.10, guess what it was not. No surprise there. Also have been made aware by BA that my money was refunded a very long time ago. So now I will be taking legal action as they have had ample amount of time and are clearly just taking the mick. Negative experience: My flight was cancelled 5.5 months ago by the airline and I am yet to receive a refund. I only receive generic response from Travelpack and am told that my refund is 'in the queue'. They are also charging £25 for each refund, so they're making money from the process. I understand that operating as a travel agency is tough right now, but the consumer shouldn't have to suffer as a result. They are withholding the refunds due to many individuals who could probably all really do with their cash right now and are well within their rights to receive it. Complained to ABTA and would never book with Travelpack again.

Negative experience: I booked a flight in January to go to Bali in September. My flight was cancelled in July by Travelpack/the airline. I was told I would have a refund, it’s October and I’m still waiting. I booked with my partner and he received his last month. I email the company daily and receive the same basically automated response saying they will get back to me tomorrow, or the following day. For anyone thinking about booking with this website in the current Covid situation I would say absolutely do not. 0/10 for service. Negative experience: Do YOURSELF a favour and AVOID booking via this travel agent. I would give 0 STARS if I could. I booked flights back in December 2019 to go Thailand in May 2020. This was cancelled due to Covid-19 and was entitled to a refund for the flights. I then called BA and requested a refund and they processed this in MAY 2020 and the money has been sitting with TravelPack since then. I have called them on numerous occasions and sent them over 15 emails asking for an update nicely. IT IS NOW 6 MONTHS AND STILL NO REFUND!!!!!!

Negative experience: Garbage company. I booked flights with them as they were the cheapest. My flight was in March to Argentina from London - the flight went ahead but I chose not to travel, as I would have had to quarantine for the full length of my stay. It was impossible to contact them throughout the time when I was trying to decide whether to travel or not, which was extremely stressful. Spent many hours trying to get through without luck They have been useless when trying to get a refund for my ticket. I recommend you do not book with this company. It's worth to pay extra to deal directly with an airline who will treat you fairly.

Negative experience: I get that it takes a long time to provide refunds at this time. I didn’t mind waiting longer, as indeed I’m still waiting for a refund I would otherwise have received in May. I don’t mind, I get it - everyone’s been royally screwed by covid, especially in travel. 7-8 weeks for a refund wasn’t realistic. What I mind is being told, when I follow up four months down the line, that my refund ‘will be paid today’ and it isn’t. Twice now. The customer service would not be too bad if it were honest. I shouldn’t be still be having to chase for this. I can get through on the phone, but I’m told untruths, and I don’t appreciate that at all.

Positive experience: 3 stars may be high but I thought I'd share my honest experience. I booked flights to America through Travelpack and was caught in the heavily delayed refund process. My reasoning for 3 stars is I did get my money and largely within the time period specified. However, it required persistent chasing from me and they did miss the deadline by 3 days. Some tips that seemed to work. All my correspondence was polite, whether by email or by phone (yes, that was difficult especially after spending 1 hour on hold). I sent weekly emails and advised them a week nine they had one week left. At 10 week plus one day I got I touch again and my refund was processed that day. I asked for a receipt to prove the payment had been made, which I was given. I then received a further email advising of the refund and the money hit my credit card within 48 hours. I don't believe the admin charges they remove are right. However in a choice between £100 v several £1000s I decided to pick my battles. The travel industry has been hit hard. I don't believe travel pack has performed well and hopefully they will review their behaviour because it has caused anxiety and frustration to its customers.

Negative experience: Echoing all the other reviews, Travelpack owes me an £800 refund for a cancelled flight but I have received nothing from them and it has now been 5 months. I do not think they have any intention of refunding my money. I have reported them to ABTA, the Trading Standards Office and the Competition and Markets Authority. I have also contacted my bank to issue a chargeback. Reading all the other reviews, it’s clear Travelpack has decided to take advantage of the COVID situation and scam their customers out of money. Given this appalling and immoral behavior, I have contacted a solicitor. I would advise every other customer to do all of the above. Travelpack should not be allowed to get away with this.

Negative experience: I booked a flight for July this was cancelled due to COVID-19 I then rebooked through British Airways for August. This again was cancelled due to the current pandemic. I requested a refund through travel pack on 24th June they said it would take 8 weeks. I called and they said they had not recieved any form of refund and it was still with the airline. When speaking to British Airways today they told me the full refund was issued on 30th July. I called again to travelpack and the agent hung up on me because he said I was abusing him. i don't see how asking why they are witholding my money and asking when they will refund me as abuse. What they are doing to customers is abuse. I then called back and Shervin said he would take it up with the refunds department. I made sure he sent me a email whilst I was on call to him to confirm this. Which I have for legal purposes. However my flight cost £549.70 and they are taking a £29.50 admin fee and when speaking to British Airways they requested a refund or £568 to they are also scamming the airlines. Absolute joke I have also raised a dispute with my bank and have enough evidence to file a complaint to trading standards. I hope I and everyone else gets their refunds and in future avoid this travel agency like the plague. Says based in Wimbeldon London but call centre is clearly in India!!! UPDATE: After 9 weeks I finally got my money back. I suggest everyone raises a dispute with their bank and inform travelpack and investigation has been raised against them by your bank to add pressure on them.

Negative experience: Booked flights, and they called to say they weren’t booked and that the prices had gone up. Went ahead and booked but since covid was told the cancelled flight would be refunded between 8-10 weeks. It has now been 4 months and they keep telling me they are refunding it but there are delays, which is now an obvious lie. They are still trying to charge me administration fees despite their but administration and even worse service.

Negative experience: AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE! Travelpack like to fob their customers off with unrealistic times frames, poor communications, false promises, and the list goes on when it comes to actually receiving a refund. Numerous calls and emails to the "customer service" are pointless as they do not actually log any of the issues or complaints, so you are starting a new conversion each time you call up. I have been disconnected several times when on a call and "callbacks" have never been returned. Bad training and lack of competence sums up the customer service team! 4 months in of starting the refund process, and I am still awaiting a refund. From it going from 10 weeks, to 12 weeks to now 16 weeks who knows when this company will actually pay out. I am a patient individual who has given lean way due to the current situation but there is only so much b******t one will take. Legal proceedings will now start to obtain what is legally mine.

We had to apply for a chargeback via American express to finally see our money back. Still no word from Travelpack. I have since complained to authorities about this.
