Negative experience: SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! We are 1 day away from flying and no tickets!! When you try and call they will answer and then put you on hold. We have called 500 times in the last week and been abused by this scam company. When we reported them to the action fraud and Amex they send us one leg of the flight. Please save your sanity and your money and avoid this scam company.

Negative experience: I booked a trip to Tenerife in May, the company took over £800 and then cancelled my booking. I received an e mail saying my money will be refunded back to my account. To date I have not received any money back despite sending 3 e mails requested this be done. I have called the number but no one answers. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I will be taking this further.
