She also let me read the information off the computer so i could follow along with her. She double checked all my details were correct before completing my insurance. Overall i am very happy with the Tui services, how they approach you on the door, and how they explain everything you need to know if you are unsure and have any questions.

Fantastic experience: We went into TUI to get some prices for our next USA trip, we booked it there and then. We had made an appointment with Sarah as she had been sorting our trips out for more years than i can remember. We have done 39 states upto now, and need to get the other 11 done. Sarah was on the phone with Goldmedal for well over an hour to see what options we had got to get Hawaii into our next trip. We can't speak highly enough of Sarah, she has always been so helpful. Fantastic experience: I have a holiday booked with TUI for June and I’ve had a sudden injury to my discs in my lower back. I booked through the call centre originally almost a year ago but I was directed to this store when calling to see if there was any way I could amend my dates to a later date in the year to give my back time to heal. Sadly I was just outside the window and I have no choice but to keep my dates. Tracey at the store advised me of an option of adding airport assistance which I didn’t even know about and took the time to go through the process to add it on to my booking for me, ensuring I’ll have a wheelchair waiting for me on arrival and staff that will help us with check in and boarding. Whilst this isn’t the outcome I was hoping for, I do feel that it will help me have the most painless and stress free experience possible, with the options available with just 60 days to departure. She also gave the direct number to her store, so should I have any more concerns I can reach her directly without having to suffer the endless loop of the automated call centre lines. I can’t thank her enough for her thoughtful, reliable and caring customer service. She should be recognised for this. Thank you Tracey.

Fantastic experience: Millie at Mansfield was very helpful, she had to find the TUI booking numbers for five separate bookings from a different branch, before having to process five separate payments. Her patience and help in making it quicker for everyone the next time we go to pay something was truly appreciated. Millie was very pleasant and it was a pleasure to deal with her.

Two days ago TUI moved the people we are holidaying with into a different hotel due to a refurbishment but because we are travelling a day later and the hotel is going to be opening on the day we arrive we weren't eligible to be moved without without losing the full price of our holiday and paying again. My sister in law and I have had 2 incredibly stressful days dealing with multiple representatives from the online & social customer service departments who left us feeling unheard, unfairly treated and who seem to have no issue with that fact they have completely ruined our holiday 2 weeks before we go! I finally had the pleasure of speaking with Rachel at the Mansfield branch and finally my issue has been resolved! Rachel was genuinely empathetic and listened carefully, acknowledged the challenges I had faced, and took immediate, effective action to resolve my concerns. Their calm demeanor, clear communication, and commitment to finding a solution made all the difference. In a situation where I felt like giving up, Rachel restored my faith in customer service. They turned a negative experience into a positive one. I am truly grateful for their professionalism and kindness and am now looking forward to my holiday again. Fantastic experience: We had a major holiday change involving two separate bookings and were getting nowhere with customer service or the live chat. We went into the Mansfield branch and were lucky enough to be helped by a lovely lady named Rachel. She was absolutely amazing — friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. Fantastic experience: What a fabulous place this is and a saviour for us with our holiday booked through TUI online and the hotel was not opening in time and we were almost left stranded with no holiday last minute or simply a refund or exchange to a different hotel which was not the standard we booked at all . THANKFULLY I called this branch as a last resort and got the lovely Racheal who went above and beyond to help us and absolutely restored our faith in this company . Racheal and the manager Dan managed to sort out our complicated case , ensuring discounts etc were applied and just making the whole mess into a fabulous holiday booking in a lovely hotel which we are looking forward to immensely .
