Fantastic experience: Booked through Shad Tours numerous times and have always received the best service from him. Brother Naveed is always willing to answer any enquiries and books flights for the best price. His Umrah packages are great too with nearby hotels to the Mosque in Makkah and Madina which is very convenient. Been Pakistan and Dubai through him and had been arranged a great hotel there. 100% recommend booking through him as he is the best, reliable travel agent out there. I always book through him.

Negative experience: I only write honest reviews. I cannot comment on the actual cost/ efficiency of booking which may be reliable and fast. This rating is based on my own interaction with Shad Tours. Been trying to contact a member of the team for over a week now. He has not returned any of my messages. I have left a message through his colleague who informs me he is not around and will call back. The travel agent has not been at the office every time I have called and his timings are not fixed. It seems extremely unreliable. Not a pleasant experience when you are needing a flight change. This rating may change if I manage to get a hold of him.
