Kuoni at John Lewis

Negative experience: Kuoni cardiff very expensive shop around git a far better deal on high street, Hays travel were brillant, staff were fab had a bargain considering what kuoni wanted for same holiday. Kuoni used to be regarded as the one to go to for exotic holiday experiences but Hays, beats them hand down

Negative experience: I go on holiday next week. They are telling my travel agents that they sent the tickets and documents straight to me, yet they are telling me they sent the tickets to the travel agents. So 5 days before I'm supposed to leave, I haven't been able to book my bus tickets to the airport, I have no confirmation, no idea of how much luggage I can take. Absolutely f**k all.

Fantastic experience: Nothing is too much for Kuoni. We've booked 3 holidays with Jess at John Lewis in Cardiff, she's lovely. I highly recommend her x x
