Fantastic experience: Had a coach last week from CTT for our coffee morning group trip to Llandudno, and the feedback from everyone was the same,we all thoroughly enjoy the trip, the coach was clean and comfortable, the driver Pauline was truly a credit to the company , she was polite, courteous and a really confident driver, the day was damp and overcast but Pauline still made it feel like a great day out, would highly recommend

Negative experience: Horrendous break to Carol's with the stars 17th December! It took 6hours to go to London,also on the way back! Picking up all over the country! Wouldn't disclose itinery before or after booking! The journey was GRUELLING! everyone on the coach felt the same .Never again!! Will we book with this company(opinion of most on the coach) finally dropped off in Walsall 8.15pm from 2.30pm set off! VerRy little time in London on Sunday, Royal Albert Hall concert was great as was hotel Sheraton,Heathrow,long way out from central London though no time to eat for a lot of the elderly travellers.An expensive break not worth the cost!!!+

Fantastic experience: Hi there, went with coach tours and travel to Pontins "on the busses" day out yesterday 27\09\15, must say had fab day, i am a driver myself and a nervous passenger but out driver was great , stopped off in wales to take photos and services which was ideal for coffee fix, this is second time travelling with this company and I will be booking again, first class driving and service, and films on board was excellent ,well done Coach Tours and Travel 5 star service.

Negative experience: Ok price wise if you can

Fantastic experience: Bowlers On Tour would like to thank our amazing driver James who drove us on our private bowls tour to Weston Super Mare on August 22nd to the 26th. We played at 5 different bowls clubs and mostly the roads were tight and tricky to drive through. However, James managed to get through with no problems. He was a humorous and funny man and Bailey (aged 12) and Evie (aged 9) had a laugh or two with him. We will definitely use CTT again for our future tours. Positive experience: Thanks for the reply and the explanation. Indeed the main driver was very good. It did make the first half the day very rushed. Increased to 4* a well informed reply, the good main driver (who did change the radio and didnt mind the singing) and the coach was new and comfy. Day trip on these coaches. Went 45 mins out the way to swap drivers when they could have done it at our planned stop. And yes the radio was blasting some rubbish station. More worried about themselves than the customer. On the other hand the coach was quite nice.

Fantastic experience: Just came back from Belgium on a my sons team Rugby Club tour we had a brand new coach with all the amenities we would need our driver was Norman and what a professional driver he is and a thouroughly pleasant respectful gentleman who took the time out to help us all young and old and went above and beyond what a credit he is to your company you get 5 stars just for him I won’t forget the service we had and look forward to using you’re company again and hopefully we will have Norman again - Thanks all the best Jim

Negative experience: Wouldn't let my dog travel with this company with the driving I have just witnessed .

Positive experience: professionel service apart from having continual radio music the whole trip which is fine if you enjoy that station and that choice of music we did not. the ipod and phone are now used for this and we could not hear our own music most annoying for 6hrs + rtn journey i ask that in future either keep it in the cab or off, we have travelled with most coach operators and never had this nuisance uk or euro or stateside, Tall Ships 2017,

Fantastic experience: I'm the wife of the above named and in my capacity as a Mum / Rainbow Leader within the Girlguiding Association we always use CTT when we have days out and, I wouldn't trust another coach company with my girls as I recommend CTT highly . CTT make sure all the girls and leaders are safe and happy at all times and are professional at all times both when driving and parked up. We are currently planning our next district adventure and will be hiring 7 coaches .

Fantastic experience: On an arranged private trip to Weston Super Mare on Sunday 26 July. Apart from the weather, we had a very enjoyable day out. Our driver Paul was very friendly and courteous, the coach was very comfortable and clean.
