Fantastic experience: Brilliant staff really know their stuff.

Positive experience: Went in originally in March just to get ideas as I have a big birthday happening in November this year for me. Never booked a holiday aboard before so didn't know what to expect. Debbie King was available and invited me to her desk. She listened to what I was after and even made suggestions based on what I wanted for my holiday. I had two ideas 1 was somewhere warmer than the UK in November and the other was someplace where I might be able to see the Northern Lights on my Birthday. From these I have now booked a birthday holiday away to Iceland to see the Northern Lights after a month of communication and decision making. Can't wait to celebrate my birthday in Iceland this year and Debbie was amazing with me. Thank you for being so patient with me even with me taking so long to make my decision.

Fantastic experience: Called in to book holiday for March using selected dates. Kate Fellows was brilliant. Not only did she help find me a hotel near to all the attractions but has got me thinking about going on a trip of a lifetime!! Planning to visit branch again soon!!
