Fantastic experience: Shout out to Clare for an amazing experience. She helped to find a great holiday with some excellent savings. Can't wait to get to our destination. Nothing was too much trouble and Clare went above and beyond to find a holiday that would suit us and our requirements for a relaxing holiday. She searched for the best options and gave us plenty to chose from, and then helped to get the booking completed. Totally recommend The Holiday Shop and Clare for a brilliant service and all with a smile.

Negative experience: Came into the shop for the first time at 4.30pm a week day, we knew the shop was closing at 5pm but we could have been spending alot of money with them! We were looking for advice mainly and to book a last minute holiday to go within the next 6 weeks. Walked in the shop to two girls sat at desks looking at us like what do you want. When we sat down all for 5 mins with Carly asked what our budget was and got a look as if to laugh at us. Bear in mind not a cheap budget! Didn't feel welcome only saving grace 2 days later got an email with some hotels and prices... Bear in mind I could have found all these hotels and packages online with jet2 which also came up cheaper with my online jet2 discount. We came as the shop was recommended on Facebook next time won't bother if that's the greeting we get.

Fantastic experience: Great customer service. Recently booked to take my mum to Benalmadena for Easter. Toni understood what we needed and recommended a lovely hotel in the marina. We all had a great time and would definitely go back. Have since used them to book other holidays too.

Negative experience: Owner very rude and tried to overcharge me. And when it was pointed out her attitude was unbelievable. Told me to get out and not accuse her of diddling me. Which I wasn't I just point out she totalled one aspect twice. Then I walked out . Avoid like the disgrace it is or should I say she is.

Fantastic experience: Wrote a review before about the holiday shop, my September holiday of this year has been changed to September 2025 due to me having to have knee surgery, Marina and the team are so obliging and changed my holiday without any any fuss. The holiday shop is outstanding, so obliging, so friendly goes that extra mile to make sure that their customers are sorted out with every detail covered.
