A newlyweds it was quite a daunting experience as we knew it would be a trip of a lifetime but with different likes and interests. First I tried on line as usual, only this time was different as had a voucher to add so needed to go in store which I'm always reluctant as I thought online pricing was cheaper online, But today I found out I was wrong. I spoke with Rachel at length she provided various options and tailored a package holiday to meet my requirements. As a result I booked a Celebrity Cruise holiday for 2024. Her knowledge and attention to detail were second to non. I cannot fault the first class service I received and will now book all my holidays through Rachel.
