Fantastic experience: Alhamdulillah completed the journey with ease and was updated throughout the whole journey. As always will use again on my next travels, in shaa allah.

Fantastic experience: Booked an umrah trip alhamdulillah excellent customer service and help with flights, visa, transport from Sada e madina tour operator. We didn't go with the group as the dates weren't available. However we still got the relevant help and support. Although I believe going with a group especially if going with elderly people it's better. The Swiss hotel in makkah was exceptional as its 5 star mashaAllah tabarkAllah. It has in house medical hospital that I used and was so greatful. Be mindful of the waiting for the lifts especially busy during salah times and leave early. The taxi was clean and driver professional. Any questions are quickly answered both through sada e madina and the local tour operator which sends reminders about hotel reservation/ taxi car reg and driver name/ etc. Still halfway through the umrah trip and a very positive experience so far mashaAllah tabarkAllah.

Positive experience: We had a safe and pleasant journey to Saudi and back. The hotels chosen by Sada were on point my parents independently visited mecca masjid and madina masjid. Jazak Allah.

They provide you with the best possible flights ✈ which is directly there and back (no stop overs) and depending on your budget they gave us very good hotels where the distance was close especially in Madinah (seconds away from Masjid Al Nabwi) and the hotels had very good customer services. I went for umrah on the 19th of december for 12 days with my wife and two boys. 5 days in Makkah and 5 days in Madinah. we had the best experience with sada e madinah. very well organised very professional. everything was absolutely fantastic from the start to finish. the travel the hotel the breakfast and the whole experience. They were very helpful in any questions and support that we needed so i want to say JAZAKALLAH KHAIR. Fantastic experience: Had an amazing time Alhamdulillah. The group was very well organised, service was exceptional and food choice was brilliant. The hotels were basic but it was expected. Locations were good and not much waiting around for lifts especially in comparison to the experience some people we know had in certain 5 star hotels. It took us less time to get to the masjid even though others were much closer. Wanted a clean hotel, insect free, decent food and decent location and we believe we got that Alhamdulillah. Overall very happy with Sada e Madina. Would definitely recommend them to others. Special mention to Ismail Bhai Simjee for his communication throughout. Very thorough, no sugar coating and always available. Also usama for his behind the scenes organisation, and also Sheikh Mansur for his khidmat.(Especially during the 5 days of Hajj). The people we had in the group were amazing too and made this journey that extra bit special. Will not ever forget this experience. Jzk to all that made this journey unforgettable. Fantastic experience: Hajj 2019, Alhumdullilah what an amazing experience. I have nothing but positive words to describe this group. I will begin with the Management team, what an absolute fantastic bunch of individuals that have all the characteristics that a management team member will have, strong personalities, calm, great communicators, honest, fantastic decision making in critical/ decisive situations, understanding, empathetic and humble. If I have to single out any individual member of the management team it will have to be Brother Usama, I would describe him as the “glue” & “brains” behind all operations. Overall Sada E Medina provided a Class Hajj Service from start to finish, before Hajj, the wassap group assisted a lot in regards to preparations & meeting expectations. The Hajj seminar was fantastically organised & presented, along with all the goodies the group provided. Whilst during Hajj, the availability, advice given during pre & post hajj days were impressive, from facilities provided in Mina, Arafat & Muzdalifah to hotel facilities in Makkah & Medina, advice on cargo services, pharmacies, laundry, general geographical advice in Makkah & Medina were very useful. Things that impressed me the most was the logistics, communication & organisation provided from the group whilst in Makkah & Medina were outstanding. This was the first time visiting Makkah & Medina for me & my wife, Firstly I thank our Almighty Allah for making our Hajj Journey a fantastic one, secondly I have to thank everyone associated with Sada E Medina for their fantastic efforts. The memories , spiritual highs & the purification of ones heart & soul whilst on this journey along with the services provided my Osama & his team will remain forever. I pray to our Almighty Allah, that he showers his blessings upon every single member of the Sada E Medina group, he grants them all long & healthy lives & enables these amazing individuals to continue to do the fantastic work on a yearly basis to fellow Muslims going for Hajj & Umrah, AMEEN.

Positive experience: Alhamdulillah we had the opportunity to go for the Hajj pilgrimage with Sada-e-Madinah this year. The group was very organized from the moment we booked, with ATOL certificates and other paperwork being given in a timely manner. The hotel in Makkah was very basic but a very short walking distance from the Haram Sharif. The process of transferring from Makkah to Mina was smoothly handled, with the organization from the management being evident. The Qurbani which was done on the 10th Zul Hijjah, was personally overseen by a member of the management team, this is one of the main aspects of the Hajj pilgrimage, and many groups outsource this responsibility. Although, there had been a delay of around 12 hours due to unforeseen circumstances this year, we are grateful to the group for personally taking the responsibility to oversee the Qurbani, and ensure it has been completed, before anyone releases themselves from the state of Ihram. The only downside to the group was that I felt that the management had essentially disappeared on the 11th Zul Hijjah, leaving Hujjaj confused as to what the group stoning times were. The situation was further exasperated due to the rain. The transfer from Makkah to Madinah was very smooth, the organization was again evident. The Hotel in Madinah was of a higher standard than described. The walk to the Haram was no longer than 3-4 minutes. One additional benefit is that the group take a British Group Doctor with them. The Doctor was available throughout the day, giving invaluable advice and ensuring any medical conditions were managed before they progressed. Clinics are available in all locations, however the queues can be very long, and there can be a language barrier. The group doctor was indispensable and I would personally thank Dr Afridi for his service. Overall, the group is very well organized and it is clear the group is very experienced at running Hajj tours. The food was freshly made and was varied throughout the journey. The group provide a cooked breakfast, as well as lunch and an evening meal. I would definitely travel with Sada-E-Madinah again. May Allah reward the team and accept all their efforts.

Positive experience: We were lucky enough to go to hajj this year. We chose sada e madina as they were recommended to us by a friend. The overall experience was very good. The management team offered a lot of support both before and during the trip. They held a seminar before travelling which was really informative and gave everyone goody bags with a side bag, rucksack, trolley bag, sun umbrella and ihram for men and a scarf for women. We were promised two meals per day but were given three. The quality of food was really good especially the chicken biryani. Soft drinks and tea and coffee were provided at meal times. The only disappointment was the hotel in Mecca (Loulouh Hotel). The rooms were really small and some rooms had a bad smell. Some bed sheets were dirty on arrival and generally the hotel is in desperate need of renovation. I would have given 5 stars if it wasnt for this hotel. I would happily travel with sada e madina again providing they use a different hotel in mecca. Jazakallah to the whole team for all their efforts.

Positive experience: Alhumdolilah we performed our hajj this year in 2019 and went with Sada e Madina. Our overall experience was very good and we are pleased with the services SM and their team has provided to the hujjaj. Whatever was in their control they managed it very well. There is always room for improvement and feedback was provided to the management on those areas while we were still in Saudi. JazakaAllah for all the efforts you have put in place to make our hajj stress free. This allowed us to concentrate solely on our Ibaadah and make best use of out time in the holy land. Positive experience: Alhumdulillah the trip was really good well organised and lovely people The only slight downside was the rooms in makkah were slightly small and i was slightly dissapointed at the lack of leadership on 11th zul hijjah after the slight problem with the qurbani. This doesn't mean i am unhappy at the service sada e madinah gave and i completly understand the process of the qurbani i just felt that the hujjaj wanted a person from the management team to explain what happened. The expalanation i felt came too late when some hujjaj already made their own versions. The food was great and everything else went perfectly well. I will deffo travel with sada e madina again and i would highly recommend to anybody that would be travelling to hajj. The only reason why i gave 4* is the issue i mentioned about the lack of leadership on just 1 day. I am sure the management will reflect an rectify this mistake.

Fantastic experience: Journey of life time and most spiritual significant farz HAJJ, Alhamdulillah we been blessed to perform Hajj with Sada-e-Madina. Very well organized and experienced management with excellent Muftis. Hotel in Makkah 5 to 7 mins away from Haram (non-shifting) make ease to pray at Haram. Full board, hot buffet served with desi food. Excellent services during 5 days of hajj. Excellent commute facilities (Makkah hotel to Mina -> to Arfat -> to Mudhilfah -> to Mina). VVIP tents in Mina and Arfat. Again 3 time food through out 5 days, packed hot boxes served. Drinks (cold and hot) available 24/7. During all days, supervised by top Muftis who motivate us and preach us and guide us in every step of Hajj. I would class Mina tent and facilities they provided are 5-star. Very comfy sofa-bed with extra air-con split on top of normal Govt provided AC. Day of Arfaat, while praying in HOT weather outside VIP tent, owner Hafiz Muneer served COLD LASSI and ROH AFZA (top of usual meal). Hospitality of all Sada-e-madina is top class. I have no wrods to thanks all management. May Allah give Jaza-e-khair to all management. If Allah give me chance again, will surely go with them again. Highly recommended Sada-e-madina

It was immense pleasure to travel with SM group for the spritiual journey (invitation only by ALLAH) a life time journey Allah has choosen SM management group for helping hujja's ONLY becuase of their sincerity and fair dealing in their business. We are very greatful to each individual of SM. I would like to say a few words for each of them. --Hafiz Munir uncle MashaALLAH what a splendid personality, a down to earth, very puntual. Day and night he has trutly serve the hujja's from bottom of his heart inspite of his sever illness, I have seen him serving from the time we land in Jeddha until we return to Manchester. May ALLAH accept his work and bless him with kamil shifa and a barakth in his life. --Hafiz Mansur uncle MashaAllah a great and humble person in dealing, when i first met Mansur uncle then i realise this group is very honest and NOT commercial in business. He has spent so many hours in slaughter house to fulfill the fardh (Qurbani) according to Shariah. May Allah accept all his effort and give him 'The Best' from his treasures in this world and hereafter. --Ismayeel uncle, SubhanAllah another versatile person, well in compiling the message to the group, sharing the knowledge and providing the information before hand, explaining the process of haj, very well complie the messages. Very humble well organize and well manageable.. Dealing and fulfilling each individual request. Very attentive and always supportive. The complete journey before haj, 5 days in Mina and after haj was awesome. InshaAllah in future we definitely book for haj through SM group. Fantastic experience: Alhamdulillah, an amazing journey by the Grace of Allah swt. Excellent companionship and very well organised. From the beginning to the end we were well looked after. Hafis Mansoor and Hafis Munir are excellent leaders and we had immense help from Usaamah, Ismail, Sh. Adam and others.There were different flights for the different packages (2 week, 3 week etc) but each one of them was meticulously planned and all of us were really looked after and accommodated. Although there were many of us from various backgrounds, all were made to feel welcome. Hotels were decent and very close to both of the Harams, and we had access to our Makkah hotel throughout the days of Hajj. Three square meals per day (like home cooked) which was good because how many takeaways can you really eat? Food and drink in Arafat, Mina etc was plenty. Lots of small details were taken care of which made our journey comfortable so that we could perform our duties with ease. There was enough Islamic guidance but not too overpowering which gave us the flexibility and freedom for each of us to perform the rituals in accordance to what we are used to. Shaikh Adam was always on hand alongside others. All in all - well organised, fantastic service, good value for money and would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: Me and my husband went for hajj this year 2018 with Sada E Madina . Alhamdulillah from the da we booked till we came back to UK everything was perfect. Starting with the Seminar in Manchester we got to meet the management team and other hujjaj that were going in our group. The venue, the food and information given on hajj Was of high standard. The welcoming of Us at hotel in makkah was also great with gifts. The hotel was close to Haram shareef 2 min walk. The hotel makkah and was like 3-4 * star jazakallah to the staff they were so helpful.The hotel in madina was also 3-4* Food was delicious too. We had full board meals even on the 5 days of hajj. jazakallah to Sadiq bhai and his team for all the effort and hard work they did for providing meals on time. Jazakallah to uncle munir for all the work he did considering he wasn't well, may Allah grant him shifaa and ease all his pain and suffering in shaa Allah. (Aameen ) Jazakallah to uncle ismail for booking us in since the day we booked till we got back home all the information he gave and looking after us there ensuring we had everything we needed. Jazakallah to brother mansoor for being busy all day sorting out our qurbani and looking after us and asking if we needed anything any time. After researching many companies around Leeds/Bradford area we decided to book this company & Alhamdulillah we have been more than pleased from the minute we booked till we landed back in the UK and would not hesitate to use them again for future Inshahllah. - The booking process was very easy, Usaamah was very professional & helpful and dealt with all our queries since jan 2018 when we booked. - The seminar in Manchester was very informative where we met the management team and fellow hujjaj, the content of the day was highly informative and excellent practical advice was given. - Excellent WhatsApp group before and throughout the trip to communicate with the team 24/7 and ask any questions no matter how big/small and questions were always answered in the most professional manner, all members very approachable. - Hotels were of a good standard (don’t expect 5*) especially the close distance to the haram which was the main + plus factor for us & well priced for a non-shifting package so we could read our prayers in the haram with ease. - Excellent logistical organisation throughout makkah and madinah - we got to all the locations in very good time with ease. - Food was fine and it is complimentary and if it’s not to your taste there are infinite places to eat around the hotel and around the haram. - Excellent VIP tents in Mina which exceeded our expectations with comfortable sofa beds, duvets, hot and cold drinks available 24/7, AC 24/7. - Even in Arafat the tents & facilities were of a very high standard.In Arafat, maybe in future it would be helpful to provide some sort of additional talks/bayaan/lecture/dua’s on the importance/significance of Arafat to help/guide people throughout the day (lots of whom were simply chatting for hours+) so we all make maximum effort on this blessed day. - The trolley bags filled with lots of essential items that were of a superior quality & were utilised throughout the journey ! - Sada-e-madinah provided a 100% professional, honest, value for money & transparent service and took care of our every needs. If anything I would say they actually should promote their services much MORE as they are definitely on a par with the TOP hajj providers in the U.K and exceeded our expectations. They have many years of experience which shows when traveling with them. - Finally, Thank you Sada-e-madina and jazakallah to all the management team for guiding and facilitating us through our first Hajj - would highly recommend and book again without a second thought!

Fantastic experience: Hajj 2017 experience was one which i would describe as truly amazing and Sada-E-Madina provided the necessary support throughout the journey. What ever was briefed in the pre hajj seminar subsequently materialized throughout. So the transport, hotel, food etc was all as they promised. Hajj is all about exercising patience and sacrifices, with that in mind and the service Sada-E-Madina provided i would highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I have used Sada e Madina many times over the years, and they have in my experience always offered very competitive prices, but what stands out is the great customer service. I had such high esteem for them that I also organised for my elderly parents to go Hajj with them in 2014. Every step along the way from booking, attending seminars, customer service, providing information and meeting expectations, and to the journey itself was unbelievably smooth and without any hiccups. The transport, hotels and the meals provided were very good and more than satisfactory. Fantastic experience: One of the top Haj group in UK amongst a handful of 100% transparent and sincere organiser of Haj. They had never ever rated their hotels anywhere to a star status other than stating that the hotels are basic with creature comfort assured. They never state that meal forms a part of their package component. Rather, they say that half board meal are available as a compliment from them which clearly means food is available for those who may agree to eat or leave and avail their own supply. Full board meal is provided every year although only half board is offered at time of booking. Clear description of their package is laid out to enquirers phoning in or in person and never have a booking been taken with deposit on the very first contact. Potential hujjajs are advised to think over and consult others and seek divine guidance through Salah Istikhara. Top premium is paid to muallim services for the 5 days in camps despite the fact that we have no control on the end result or quality of service from them. Despite the government taking full "tanazzul" or haj draft which covers all internal logistics, we pay extra sum to secure private coaches to transfer our Hujjajs from Makkah to Madina and pay for the transport of their luggage on trucks to Madina so that pilgrims travel in comfort. Mina camps and in Arafat are special ones with extra air conditions and gypsum boarded to protect our hujjajs from the extreme heat. Adverse comments made by highly educated and professional people such as Dr Murtaza is not only un-helpful and unfair but can be considered as libel under UK law. As a surgeon who cuts open his patient and sews them back, Dr Murtaza has to forward plan his professional conduct. His review, therefore, cannot be dismissed as something akin to knee jerk reaction but, rather, well planned as malicious and intended to cause damage. Likewise for sister Shamim, who have also posted negative review here. Both lie about the star rating of our hotels when we have always rated them at 0. Both knew where to find us for information and only Dr Murtaza approached me twice. Hence, they also lie about lack of guidance and information.

The only thing which disappoint us, hotel room door was too small and hard to park our disabled electric wheelchair, but still this problem doesn't belong to them. I would recommend Sada e Madina to any one who wants to go to Umrah/Hajj Inshallah.

Fantastic experience: They are the best I used this groups twice . First time in 2013 and now in 2017. Team is always busy to take services beyond the 5 star. Alhamdolillah. They improved a lot . never feel I am away from my home in all occasions they were ready to help like own faimly members thanks Sada-e-Madina to give us that opportunity to perform hajj with relax , joyfull & informative journey. If life remain permit we going to booked for next year Again Insh Allah.

Negative experience: AsslaamuAlaikum They are Not even worth one star My advice is to never go with this group You are a business to them. I went to my first hajj in 2017 they ruined my experience. They say you will get five star service and they are miss leading you. When I booked my tickets I was told that I would be in a three and half star hotel but when all payment was made and few days to go they told us like a joke it's not it's zero star. Which was true it was zero star like their service. So many people were unhappy with them. Inshallah me and many others are going make our voice heard. I will be putting in a complaint Inshallah.

Negative experience: Sade Madina is a badly reputed Hajj and Umrah Organiser based in Huddersfield. Personally we had very bad experience with them during the Hajj of 2017. I ll categories every thing so that member of public can understand fully. Flights: it was good with Emirates , some people went with Turkish airline. Jeddah to Mekkah transfer: buses were good but they gave priority to their own family and looking after them rather than guiding their customers/ Hajjis. Mekkah: Hotel and accommodation was terrible. They mentioned before booking that it will be 4 star but actually accommodation was less than 2 stars. They provided us theee time meals but terrible cooking. Half cooked meat or chicken, watery thin lentils, terrible vegetables. Mostly we ate from outside, although brilliant food was served in their own family rooms. 2-4 hours for all ziyaraats. No proper trained person to tell us in depth of each but any how buses were good Hajj days: In Mina: they put all of their family members and beloved one under the air conditioners and rest of the people were quite away from the AC. It was their family members discretion to make the temperature up and down according to their own need . Their ladies had terrible behaviour with other ladies in the group. Mostly ordering other ladies to do their jobs even the young girls from their family never behave nicely with elders. In Arafat; only coriasant were provided whole day with a excuse that their van was broken down which was carrying the lunch and later even dinner was not provided. In Muzdalfah: they dropped us and left us on our own. The other provider made a group together for transportation but they left us and we managed to travel by our own. No guidance no leadership During Rami; most of the hajj providers made a group and went for rami together and arranged the transport from Shisha ( in Aziziya) for tafaf e ziyarat. But Sadeye madina left the people on their own and people suffered a lot. On last day of Hajj, the other providers picked the language and the hajjis and took them to shisha and after final rami took the hajjis back to Makkah. But this group took our language on the morning and asked us to do rami and then we took private transport on our own for Makkah. Very disappointing for old people and disabled or people with co morbidities. Makkah to madina: nice buses Madina: better hotel 3 star . Fortunately here hotel provided us their own food from restaurant 3 times a day and quality was much better. Ziyaraats: all ziyaraats in 2-3 hours. Inexperienced guides. Stressing more on selling their products. Overall; most of the hajjis (90% ) were unhappy about their mismanagement, lack of leadership, and communication. Also the quality of rooms and food at Makkah and during Hajj. We will never recommend sadae Madina to any hajji in future. Jazakallah
