Fantastic experience: Had a great experience booking a multi-stop tour of Italy with Stephen - he read the brief and fully understood our needs, and had a great plan lined up for us in advance of our appointment with him. Also showed great flexibility with dates and changes - 5* service!

Fantastic experience: I recently booked the trip of a lifetime through Kuoni in John Lewis, Reading. It was a trip consisting of 3 stops so I decided to book through a travel agent. Kuoni were incredible throughout - before the holiday they listened to my requirements and were always available to talk to. The information before the trip was exceptional, all very clear. The holiday was amazing - all hotels, flights and luxury cars were perfect. Everything went according to plan. Their knowledge was so much better than mine so I booked excursions through them too, all of which were the best in the area. Also - I cannot quite believe the cost, I am pretty sure I couldn't have booked it cheaper doing it myself. As a solo traveler I expected to pay so much more. I would recommend their service to anyone!

Fantastic experience: We used Kuoni for our honeymoon in Dec 2022. Had a great experience and the customer service was exceptional which was one of reasons we went for Kuoni. We had face to face chats (with champagne) that helped us book and shaped the itinerary for our dream honeymoon. We even discussed and planned a backup trip (somewhere else) in case we couldn't go to our preferred destination due to issues in Sri Lanka (was fine in the end). The support didn't stop after we paid. We got a package before flying detailing everything and there were reps available whilst on holiday to make sure everything went smoothly. Would highly recommend Kuoni for booking any special trips because we got loads on additional things like a massages, meals, flowers, cakes all organised by Kuoni at each hotel we stayed.

Fantastic experience: We first used Kuoni at John Lewis, Reading for our honeymoon to various parts of Tanzania back in 2014, and we were so impressed with their attention to detail and quality of holiday, that we have used them for a number of holidays since. We have also used them for the Maldives and they were able to use their in house expertise to guide us as to which island seemed right for us. We have often made tweaks to bookings after the initial booking, and we had lots of shuffling around of dates to do throughout Covid, and we have always found them to be very friendly, helpful and obliging in making any changes. In October 2022, we visited Kuoni Reading again in order to book our 2023 holiday. This time we used Stephen, and felt he went above and beyond to ensure we went away happy. He has also followed the visit up with additional suggestions regarding flights having listened to our preferences and seen something more suitable had come up. We will definitely continue to use Kuoni at Reading, and would definitely recommend them.

Negative experience: Went there to see if we could get a honeymoon trip booked and constantly felt like we were being looked down on. Nothing they put forward to us was within budget and I really got the impression they felt we were below using Kuoni. On the flip side we used the Kuoni in Bluewater who gave us many options, all within budget and we had an amazing honeymoon. If you want quality service, go to the Bluewater branch and don't waste your time with snobby agents at the Reading store!

Negative experience: We booked our honeymoon to Australia with Kuoni and their service started off great but they seemed to have lost all their Australia experts after we booked and committed to the holiday. The team has little information on the country, they merely booked us hotels and flights but offered no expertise on anything else and any excursions we were told to book ourselves. No transfers, limited support in visas, they didn’t care to help it seems. What’s unfortunate is we are now on our honeymoon and it’s not what we wanted at all. We wanted an Australian adventure and we have a series of city breaks. Each city with a weirdly located hotel, we could be in any city in the world. No adventure to be had and little Australian culture. Really disappointed in Kuoni, they didn’t listen at all and having never been to the country before have not helped us in tailoring a honeymoon to what we wanted at all. Between the city breaks we hired a camper which was fantastic but this was very much led and booked by ourselves, after disappointments in the hotels we scrapped anything Kuoni suggested to us and we researched all locations, campsites, restaurants etc. This was great but Kuoni helped in no way on this part and I’m not actually sure what they did at all to be honest. Never again will I use Kuoni. They were just glorified admin for booking flights in the end!
