Negative experience: Do not use this company. They start cheap, and charge for absolutely everything, including 95£ to change a name spelling!!!! Avoid

Negative experience: Absolutely useless travel company and recommend not to book with them! They do not reply to emails promptly and do not follow up well. Currently stranded in Male and they don’t have a 24 hour help number. DO NOT BOOK WITH TRAVELUP!!!

Negative experience: BE REALY CAREFUL with using this Agency. We book a hotel at Palma de Mallorca through this website . We couldn’t go due to Medical reasons and TravelUp stopped responding to us, so we lost our money. When I contacted the Hotel myself they were more than happy to reschedule but TRAVELUP didn’t want to do that. They send one email saying that they are chasing the hotel and the hotel is not responding which was complete bul$it, as I managed to contact the hotel within 30min. They just didn’t want to reschedule so that they can take our money. please be smarter than us and please do not use this agency for any bookings.
