Fantastic experience: I recently visited 2S Travel andd based on a recommendation for sending money abroad. I was impressed with their service and rates of this business premise. During Ramadan, I returned to use their services again and found their prices to be incredible, with high exchange rates and no commissions. Additionally, I've also used their services for purchasing tickets and cargo to Pakistan, and I'm equally satisfied with those experiences. Also there is one young boy work there, his service is so attractive and polite. The way he provides service is paced. He will have bright future.Highly recommend!

Negative experience: Please don’t go here, I came to this place on the weekend to send money to Pakistan as it for a family member operation, behind the counter was a young boy, I explained I haven’t sent money before he said it’s ok, anyways I gave him the money he didn’t even send the full amount I gave him I didn’t realise untill I checked the receipt he gave me, the full amount wasn’t sent he only sent 20 pounds to Pakistan which covered nothing my family member who is 2 years of age died today because he thought it was ok to take all my money and only send 20 pounds which included the fees. This man only sent 20 pounds out of all the money I handled over to him to send to pakistan he even knew it was for a child operation as I was really upset that day, I also have witness who saw him take the money, please don’t go here please, I want to add it’s the month of Ramadan Allah is my witness, also wanna add wasn’t this brother scared, he has to answer to Allah, he saw I didn’t know how to send money instead of helping he took my money sent 20 pounds this selfishness caused my cousin who is 2 years old to die, please please don’t go here please

Negative experience: On the 24th of January 2022 I went to this cargo despatcher, he explained 12 weeks and your cargo will be delivered to your family address, from the end of March I have chased these guys for updates on delivery, promised every time I will chase them and get back to you, not once did the owner return my calls. After 2 months of chasing the cargo was delivered to our family, on the 15th May four weeks late,upon opening the big bags it was noted the bags had all been opened and all new items had been stolen, out of 12 bags every bag had been ripped and checked. 2's travel and cargo had given guaranteed safe delivery. After ringing the owner again today, he stated there is nothing he can do and it was our mistake for putting new items in the bags. I strongly recommend not to use these guys as they lie and are dishonest, once you have paid your fee for sending cargo they are not interested.
