Fantastic experience: MashaAllah, MashaAllah, words can't explain the experience that I have had on my visit to Umrah. The hotels at Makkah and Madina were excellent and the journey was made as easy as possible, the tour guide brother was always helpful and available for any questions or advice. There were lots of ziyarats in Makkah and Madina we went to. With information about the places we visited. We visited mount noor, Cave Hera. We did 3 Umrah's altogether. We went to the city Taif. The other people travelling with us, were very friendly, making it feel like one whole family. There was me and my 4 children and we have enjoyed every minute and my heart desires to visit again, InshaAllah soon. Thankyou so much brother Sajid, may Allah bless you with happiness.

Fantastic experience: I had an incredible experience with Madani Tours and Travel on my recent Umrah trip from 26th October to 6th November 2023. From start to finish, their service was impeccable. The entire trip was well-organized, and Brother Sajid was friendly and knowledgeable. Accommodations were top-notch, and the spiritual guidance provided throughout the journey was inspiring. I highly recommend Madani Tours and Travel to anyone considering a Umrah pilgrimage; they truly exceeded my expectations.

Fantastic experience: Alhamdulillah We went to perform umrah in August 2022with my family. Masha Allah brother Asif amazing tour guides. In fact they were like family,due to the way they treated us. We were educated from the start of our holy journey until the end, they made it a memorable one for us. A very organised and professional company. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to everyone. Negative experience: Avoid. Day light robbery. Hotels are cheap as they get in exchange for the money you give, I can only imagine is to line their own pockets. The tour guide for the umrah trip was non existent and quintessentially absent throughout the whole trip. A Diabolical service. Money grabbers, avoid like the plague. Just for reference I paid £400 less for my first umrah trip with a different tour provider and received a 5 star hotel with all inclusive buffet breakfast, you will not only PAY MORE with madani tours but are guaranteed to be a recipient of a grossly underestimated experience. The hotel is undesirable and distasteful, no buffet and we paid extra £350 for a quad which was basically a double room crammed with 4 dingey beds. I strongly advise to fish around before you settle for madani tours!!! There is no tour, you pay and make do with what you've been given, a poor, inadequate unsatisfactory service with dire conditions.

Fantastic experience: Very good service

Negative experience: Poor service. Untrustworthy as was promised 5 starts Hotels and received 3-4 starts hotels. Transport was promised, however we were asked to ‘chip in’ for transport. Unfair package prices as some were charged very low prices. Overall misleading information was provided !

Fantastic experience: I have travelled with Madani Tours & Travel quite a few times, have to say i'm always impressed by the professional service provided. My last visit with them was to Al Aqsa and it was very well organised, everything was taken care of, so that we could reap the benefits of Al Aqsa .
