Fantastic experience: I have booked hollidays with other providers that have turned out bad or not ended up going at all for one reason or another in the past but have now just booked my second holliday with TUI in Poole as they have made it so easy for me and it has been a pleasure. They take care of everything for you and are always on the end of the phone to help and only down the road if I want to pop in store instead of some chat forum like I've had with other places. I bought all my euros this year from them as well as you get best rates with their discount you get with booking from them. Looking forward to our next holliday with them now. Great job guys

Positive experience: I needed to book a river cruise for myself and a friend and gave up on the website that was so glitchy, so I went to Poole branch to book. All booked and sorted in a matter of minutes and Matthew was very knowledgeable about the boat etc. He couldn't have been more helpful. So, I'm a happy customer so far. Lost a star because of website, not staff.

She helped me to book my Safari Holiday of Lifetime for next year, her knowledge is absolutely outstanding and was giving me ideas and suggestions on my holiday accommodation and types of excursions available, telling me of crucial tips and advice to follow. She was also looking at ways to reduce the cost so to benefit my pocket. She is very friendly, courteous and supportive ensuring that I was happy with what was put together to make my holiday a happy enjoyable experience. Fantastic experience: I have not used a travel agency for years, choosing to book any holidays myself but this holiday was to be a biggy, long haul cruise and stay so decided it was best to get some help. Originally popped into Poole branch after work in April and went to Niamh who was free at the time. I had already done my research and knew which hotel as it was the same one as our honeymoon many 'moons' ago! It was too early to book the cruise so my details were taken to be contacted when the next cruise dates and brochure were released. Sure enough, I was contacted in time to book an appointment with Niamh on the day of release so I returned in July and completed the booking. I looked forward to seeing Niamh again as she is a genuinely caring, friendly person who took pleasure in helping me with the booking, nothing was too much trouble. Very knowledgeable which was helpful when booking a cabin. I don't holiday abroad often but if ever I feel as if I need to use an agency again, I will have no hesitation about using this branch of TUI again and recommend it to others. In the meantime, I look forward to future meetings with Niamh to complete some of the documentation etc needed before departure. Thank you

Fantastic experience: Arrived fairly early, was immediately greeted by Daisy. Explained we knew what we wanted, a place we had been to before, and she quickly produced the details on screen, going through any options available to us. Took details of our preferences on-site, (no stairs to room) and registered assistance required at airports. Very quick and efficient and the whole thing only took about 15 minutes. Professional, helpful and caring. Less stressful and more efficient than doing it on-line.

Fantastic experience: I have used TUI POOLE shop over past few years for all my travel arrangements, including cruises. I have dealt with many of the staff and Matthew has arranged my recent booking and nothing was too much trouble. They will also help you if you are not internet savvy and print anything off, so you have a hard copy of your booking, which is very helpful. I would highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Just to say brilliant service thanks to all at tui in poole

Negative experience: Holiday booked in January. 12 days before holiday I was advised via email that work was taking place at hotel and would have a choice of 2 hotels to change to. When asked about options no option was available. Offered to change hotel but all equivalent options were almost double original price. Decided to stick with original resort and take the chance that the work didn't disrupt the holiday too significantly. Then received another phone call 5 days before flying to say works now have been upgraded to major works and advised not to travel. Asked about the option to simply change the date of the holiday (same hotel, same airport, same room type) and was advised only option to change dates generated a doubling of the price. When I suggested TUI should bear the cost difference I was told that was not possible. I was left with no realistic option other to cancel on the advice TUI just 3 days before I was due to fly with no realistic alternative option offered. Thanks TUI for absolutely awful customer experience.

Fantastic experience: Rang the CS line for TUI to book as I always like to speak to someone just so that I can ask any little q's etc as I think of them and I went through to the Poole branch. Spoke to Niamh who was great. Friendly, approachable, knowledgeable and none of my silly little questions were to much bother.
