Fantastic experience: I have booked hollidays with other providers that have turned out bad or not ended up going at all for one reason or another in the past but have now just booked my second holliday with TUI in Poole as they have made it so easy for me and it has been a pleasure. They take care of everything for you and are always on the end of the phone to help and only down the road if I want to pop in store instead of some chat forum like I've had with other places. I bought all my euros this year from them as well as you get best rates with their discount you get with booking from them. Looking forward to our next holliday with them now. Great job guys

Positive experience: I needed to book a river cruise for myself and a friend and gave up on the website that was so glitchy, so I went to Poole branch to book. All booked and sorted in a matter of minutes and Matthew was very knowledgeable about the boat etc. He couldn't have been more helpful. So, I'm a happy customer so far. Lost a star because of website, not staff.

She helped me to book my Safari Holiday of Lifetime for next year, her knowledge is absolutely outstanding and was giving me ideas and suggestions on my holiday accommodation and types of excursions available, telling me of crucial tips and advice to follow. She was also looking at ways to reduce the cost so to benefit my pocket. She is very friendly, courteous and supportive ensuring that I was happy with what was put together to make my holiday a happy enjoyable experience. Any doubts I had she explained to me and put my mind at ease. I highly recommend TUI and will use them again. Cannot wait for my holiday now.

Fantastic experience: I have not used a travel agency for years, choosing to book any holidays myself but this holiday was to be a biggy, long haul cruise and stay so decided it was best to get some help. Originally popped into Poole branch after work in April and went to Niamh who was free at the time. I had already done my research and knew which hotel as it was the same one as our honeymoon many 'moons' ago! It was too early to book the cruise so my details were taken to be contacted when the next cruise dates and brochure were released. Sure enough, I was contacted in time to book an appointment with Niamh on the day of release so I returned in July and completed the booking. I looked forward to seeing Niamh again as she is a genuinely caring, friendly person who took pleasure in helping me with the booking, nothing was too much trouble. Very knowledgeable which was helpful when booking a cabin. I don't holiday abroad often but if ever I feel as if I need to use an agency again, I will have no hesitation about using this branch of TUI again and recommend it to others. In the meantime, I look forward to future meetings with Niamh to complete some of the documentation etc needed before departure. Thank you

I gave the female customer advisor my booking reference so she could check if there was any availability for me to seat with my cousins on the flight to Jamaica.
