She was so friendly and warm and nothing was too much trouble. She stayed on late with her colleague and at no point did she make us feel like we were imposing after the shop had shut. I gave the female customer advisor my booking reference so she could check if there was any availability for me to seat with my cousins on the flight to Jamaica. I was told yes, I was so excited, so l payed and booked it. Also l have travel assistance and extra leg room. The booking went very smoothly!

Fantastic experience: Arrived fairly early, was immediately greeted by Daisy. Explained we knew what we wanted, a place we had been to before, and she quickly produced the details on screen, going through any options available to us. Took details of our preferences on-site, (no stairs to room) and registered assistance required at airports. Very quick and efficient and the whole thing only took about 15 minutes. Professional, helpful and caring. Less stressful and more efficient than doing it on-line.

Fantastic experience: I have used TUI POOLE shop over past few years for all my travel arrangements, including cruises. I have dealt with many of the staff and Matthew has arranged my recent booking and nothing was too much trouble. They will also help you if you are not internet savvy and print anything off, so you have a hard copy of your booking, which is very helpful. I would highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Just to say brilliant service thanks to all at tui in poole

Negative experience: Holiday booked in January. 12 days before holiday I was advised via email that work was taking place at hotel and would have a choice of 2 hotels to change to. When asked about options no option was available. Offered to change hotel but all equivalent options were almost double original price. Decided to stick with original resort and take the chance that the work didn't disrupt the holiday too significantly. Then received another phone call 5 days before flying to say works now have been upgraded to major works and advised not to travel. Asked about the option to simply change the date of the holiday (same hotel, same airport, same room type) and was advised only option to change dates generated a doubling of the price. When I suggested TUI should bear the cost difference I was told that was not possible. I was left with no realistic option other to cancel on the advice TUI just 3 days before I was due to fly with no realistic alternative option offered. Thanks TUI for absolutely awful customer experience.

Fantastic experience: Rang the CS line for TUI to book as I always like to speak to someone just so that I can ask any little q's etc as I think of them and I went through to the Poole branch. Spoke to Niamh who was great. Friendly, approachable, knowledgeable and none of my silly little questions were to much bother. Left feeling quite comfortable with everything we have booked and committed too.

Fantastic experience: Matthew did a brilliant job yesterday when I went into the Poole branch with a complicated mini break plan. It involved 5 passengers, travelling from 3 airports, all to 1 destination, arriving at similar times. To make things more tricky, one of the packages had become unavailable since my initial online searches. However, Matthew solved the problem by booking the same package through Jetset, whom Tui are agents for. This would not have been possible for me to do online at home and so it would have been back to square one for me and my friends on our mini break search. Matthew also applied some discount codes and so the 3 packages still came in at the same price that I was hoping for. My friends and I are now really looking forward to our little holiday in May, all thanks to Matthew! Also thanks to Alesha who took my payments today over the phone, when I called to pay the balances, she was also really friendly and helpful. Big thumbs up for Tui's Poole branch!

Fantastic experience: Myself and my wife went into TUI in Poole today, dealt with a guy called Reece, gave them a task of a finding a holiday which was from another company, however we wanted to go through TUI as it would be easier for us. They pulled out all the stops to find the resort, they had 4 of their staff looking for us. They ultimately found and booked the hotel direct, booked the flights through themselves and then booked a private transfer.
