Fantastic experience: I went in today just to get travel money and I made an error the effort the manager and the young man on duty made to get me the best euros for my money was amazing I'd say good old fashioned customer service and I'll book my next holiday there just because of the act of kindness

Negative experience: First told to call rather than email. Then No replies on emails afterwards. Wouldn't recommend at all just based on poor communication. Imagine being stranded somewhere and they just don't reply.
