Positive experience: Slept rough outside it for nearly month, the ladies in the cafe our good people sorted me out a morning coffee for free few times. I won't take there kindness for weakness though, make sure you buy coffee from there and keep independent places open. BCP geezers are just doing their job.

Positive experience: It's just a glorified line of bus stops and coach pick up points.

Positive experience: I don't know.. why do we review things like this. If you want a train, bus, coach hire a bike or even a car. If traveling is not your plan little point in going here.

Positive experience: The people who work at this standstill are very.helpfull.in every way they do have to put up with people who give them abuse which is disgusting when they are doing a good job

Fantastic experience: A lovely example of a modern travel interchange. I would probably say it is a titan of all interchanges, the OG.

Positive experience: Plenty of parking here for able bodied people. Disabled not really catered for and I was told by Transport Police I shouldn't / couldn't park outside the train station when collecting a frail elderly relative from the bus station. Toilets are better than expected. At night it is very dark and might feel unsafe for women / older people. During the day there a mix of students who live nearby, travellers and some vagrants who hang out in the Asda car park where there is a strong smell of urine. There was no litter when I visited . I have been to many worse travel interchanges.

Negative experience: Not the worst place I've been to for travel, but I would not feel safe if I were a female traveller. Not only is the place full of beggars and questionable characters but on my way into the men's loo, I saw TWO men leaving through the ladies' toilet door today. This was in the middle of the afternoon as well - 2pm.

Fantastic experience: Knowledgeable staff gave excellent advice on local buses around Bournemouth and ideas for days out. Also handy Left Luggage for both coach and train passengers.
