Fantastic experience: Fab , did everything i wanted, except they didn't give me my hols for free hehe Daisy was brilliant....

Fantastic experience: Found Daicy and the team very helpful. We love going to the five star hotel, The Rui Toureg in Boa Vista (in Cape Verde) and Daicy booked our holiday and added, for the accommodation, a sea view as requested and use of the Plaza Premium Lounge at Gatwick on the way out and an overnight stay at The Hilton on the way back. Have used Tui and it's predecessor Thomson for years and always got good deals thank to the team at Tui Winton. Well done and many thanks Daicy. J and C

Fantastic experience: I had a fantastic experience with TUI Winton from start to finish. A special mention has to go to Charlotte, who was absolutely brilliant. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient, taking the time to understand exactly what we wanted and making the whole process completely stress-free. Charlotte’s attention to detail and genuine care really stood out, and she made sure everything was perfectly organised. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend TUI Winton, especially if you’re lucky enough to be looked after by Charlotte – outstanding service all round!

Fantastic experience: As is expected from this great travel agency , everything is always 10 out of ten . Even if they are busy they never rush you and are quite happy to be with you however long it takes for you to make a decision. They also advice you on dates etc more appropriate for what your needs are . My only complaint is . Please wear name badges .it is awkward when you want to praise a member of staff but you do not know their name . The blonde lady from ( Eastern Europe ) )

I had a lovely experience with TUI in Winton today. I was greeted with big, warm smiles as soon as I walked in. I was enquiring about a trip somewhere in Europe, and Daicy assisted me. Positive experience: I dealt with Eden in Bournemouth. Very helpful, patient and tailored a holiday to suit us. I required some Euros, queued for a good 5 minutes , however , had to leave without purchasing as the agent in the bureau was looking up holidays for customers, despite there being agents that were free. I am afraid you missed out on a sale as my parking was due to end!!

Fantastic experience: Greetings, What can I say. I had attempted to book my holiday on line. The site failed me, so I rang my local TUI to remonstrate. I spoke to Egle. What a professional, helpful and lovely lady who dealt with everything extra efficiently. I then had to go to the store (wasn't happy) but I left there knowing I had had a 5 Star service. Egle made sure everything was taken care of. I had fallen foul to booking last minute, so non of it was her fault. She couldn't do enough and even took time to ensure I had the best deal. This lady is an asset to TUI. Roddy

Fantastic experience: Recently returned from an all-inclusive holiday, which was arranged by a wonderful lady called Egle. I have to say, she really listened to us and took all our needs into account. She accommodated all our preferences for flight times, dates, location, type of hotel, and most importantly, activities tailored for us as a couple and a teenage boy. It was all put together so nicely, that it made our entire experience amazing and enjoyable, so wanted to give a huge shout out to Egle for her outstanding help and in organising everything!

The whole experience has been a nightmare but, the staff at TUI Winton have supported us fully and have made every effort to resolve our queries and concerns. Although we still have issues to be resolved, Daicy, Josie and all the branch staff before them, have been fantastic! A great advert for keeping high street shops open! We are due to fly out on a replacement holiday soon and hope that everything is a little easier this time! Thank you to everybody at TUI Winton we feel very confident in using your branch for future bookings and cannot recommend you highly enough.

Fantastic experience: We were panicking to book a last minute holiday, with no idea where to go. Delighted with the wonderful service we got from Egle at the TUI Bournemouth W. She was super friendly, extremely patient, considering the amount of times we changed destinations and hotels. Negative experience: Just visited Tui store in Winton as advised by Tui on the phone, just to get reassurance that all my documents were in order for cruise in September. Wouldn't even glance at them! Not allowed to advise Company policy!! Made to feel like a numpty. Also states on website that you can book lateral flow test 45 days before your cruise. Would not let me. "Oh way too early try about 10 days before you go" If I had gone in to book a holiday would of been all over me like a rash! Not impressed having spent a fair bit don't want any last minute hiccups.

Fantastic experience: Cannot thank Chloe enough! Great service! She gave me numerous packages to look through and choose from, and we were really pleased! She was so helpful! Me and my husband were planning a delayed honeymoon and very undecisive, Chloe helped us massively and we have booked a package for 2024. I will definitely use TUI Bournemouth again in the future!

Fantastic experience: Always book with Chloe she is always super helpful and friendly she goes out of her way to make it personal and overall great experience. We do feel that the store is looking very run down and tired, some occasion we have missed when it’s been opened as it’s looks so dark from the outside in very different to Hays next door or the other TUI store we have been in before.

Victoria helped us book this, answered all our questions, went through all the details and things we could do over there. Fantastic experience: We unfortunately had to cancel our holiday due to illness.We booked online but phoned the Winton store and they were brilliant.Victoria was lovely.She printed off our documents and sent them to us so that we could claim off the insurance company. Fantastic experience: Went in to check what we need to do regarding visas, checking in etc for our holiday that we booked on line. Lorraine who dealt with us couldn't have been anymore helpful. Went through it all with us and wrote down everything that will need doing before and after flight. Very friendly and professional. Will go in here next time we want to book as now match on line price.

Negative experience: Went in to ask about booking a villa holiday for Christmas 2022 on January 13th 2022 We gave the lady l won’t give her name all what we would of like for our holiday But it seems like the computer system had crashed but the other ladies computer in the shop was working After waiting 20 minutes and the lady trying to get through to head office we were told it may be easier if we left our email address and my husbands mobile and she will get back to us in the next 24 hours. To this day we have never heard back from TUI. So don’t bother

Fantastic experience: Visited the Tui Holiday Store as flights for my original holiday to Italy had changed meaning the return flight was a day later along with changes to flight times which were with a third party easy Jet. Didn't really know what to do or even if my Holiday would go ahead was very worried. All the staff in the store were amazing using all their contacts to get answers quickly. despite it meaning the holiday would not go ahead all the staff and especially thanks to Gina who managed to find a suitable alternative in the same destination and slightly better accommodation albeit with a small surcharge to pay. most of all i was just so thankful to the staff for taking the stress out of what is a very difficult and stressful situation for us as customers/ travelers. To manage this myself without their knowledge, professionalism and teamwork would probably led me to have a melt-down. So very grateful....looking forward to my holiday very soon. Rohan and Paul

Negative experience: They couldn't be less helpful if they tried. Went in on Saturday to book a Holiday which we had chosen from the website. The lady we spoke to had no interest in helping us and were told to book online or it will cost you an extra £30. If it wasn't the for the fact holiday we wanted to book was only available with TUI we would of gone elsewhere!!
