10 months ago Negative experience: Initially the staff were extremely helpful but when we got home and contacted hays regarding issues we had with our homeward journey, ( cancelled transport ). No one got back to us and now they won’t answer their phones. They take no responsibility for the booking they made. Once they have your money that’s the last you hear from them.
