Fantastic experience: Lucinda was amazing. She helped us find the perfect holiday to Thailand. Gave us options on places to stay, things to do and restaurants we should go to. Professional, organised and kept us up to date the whole time, which allowed us to sit back knowing everything was taken care of. And was always there to answer any questions we had. Fantastic experience: Lucinda organised a fantastic trip away for myself and my family. She completely understood our needs and chose the perfect hotel. As well as calling the hotel directly and booking spa sessions, dinner and parking for us, she also researched and recommended restaurants nearby that catered for our varied dietary needs.
