Fantastic experience: Absolutely fantastic service from Jolene at Barrhead Travel in Burnley. We have booked a holiday for next year and unfortunately received some horrible news which meant I went into a complete panic and was ready to cancel but she was so understanding and really helped alleviate my fears. We have a few options on the table thanks to Jolene which means our deposit is safe. Honestly I can’t recommend Barrhead travel enough, in fact all the staff there are nothing short of exceptional which is why I will continue using them for any future holidays:)

The staff are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble, I know this from first hand experience. Iv been seen by Jolene quite a lot and she has the loveliest disposition and I know I'm in very capable hands from entering shop to coming out with my holiday booked. All in all in my opinion the best place to book when you want the best holiday.
