Fantastic experience: We stayed in a wonderful villa on Archfeld Boulevard. It was massive and we chose it because there were 3 bedrooms, all en suite on the ground floor, as I've mobility issues. Also two bedrooms upstairs. The couches were fabulous recliners, really comfortable. The pool was great, nice and warm, and the hot tub was even warmer!! There were plenty of towels for the pool as well as the bathrooms. The washer and dryer were a great plus, too. The kitchen had everything you'd need for a stay. Windsor Hills is a really well maintained gated community. Thanks Claire for letting us share your fabulous house.

Fantastic experience: Claire was nothing but amazing, friendly, professional and I wouldnt hesitate to use her services again. As an ex Owner of a Villa in the US i know sometimes villas arent what they seem however Claire gave me all the info i requested prior to booking, process and comms throughout were timely and informative and any questions answered. She ensured we were informed through both Hurricanes Helene and Milton and went beyond expectations. We will be using Claire from now on for bookings.

Fantastic experience: After 26 years of renting Villas in Florida, this is the first time we have used Claire at Villas In Florida 2 Rent. I have to say the service was great, the villa location, Windsor Hills, is probably the best we have ever stayed on. The community came recommended by Claire, so a big thank you for that. When our travel plans changed slightly we were able to add a few days to the beginning of the rental period with no fuss. We are currently planning our 2025 holiday and Villas In Florida 2 Rent will be our first port of call when choosing our villa.

Fantastic experience: We booked a two week vacation through Claire at Highlands Reserve. Right from the outset Claire has been superb responding quickly to any requests and also supplying information on the surrounding area. We arrived at the villa to find it spotlessly clean and with everything we could have wanted. The location was ideal for us, in a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to all the attractions and amenities. I would definitely book this villa again highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: We recently stayed at the property for our 2 week holiday to Orlando Florida, with 11 adults. We were very pleased to find that the accommodation had plenty of room for 11 adults to sleep, relax and live together. The villa opened up to a massive living space with sofas and single seats, a massive TV mounted to the wall ideal for a family gathering around in the evenings. Close by was a dinning table suitable for all adults to sit together, which we used quite a lot during our trip to dine and play board games (which were also provided at the villa). To the side was a the kitchen space, with everything a family would need to be able to self cater for the holiday. Downstairs there were too large rooms which had 2 sets of adults, and upstairs there were 4 rooms which had the rest of the party. The master bedroom, which we stayed in, was immaculate. This had an en-suite bathroom which was spacious with a shower and bathtub. The bed was massive and very comfortable to sleep in. There was plenty of storage space, probably enough storage space in the master bedroom alone for all 11 adults. Some nice features were the pool area which again had plenty of seating space. The pool itself being big enough to lounge around, with a small jacuzzi size pool to the side of it. The property also had a BBQ on site but we didn’t make use of this. The other nice feature was the games room which was fitted with a pool table, table tennis table and table top football table. Next to this was a very large utility room which had both a massive washer and dryer meaning we was able to wash and dry all our clothes before leaving for home (although the beautiful Florida sunshine took care of the drying!) The parking space was big enough to fit our 12 seater van on. The gated security was a simple process for us to get through each evening, with a barcode needed to scan each evening. On first arrival, we found that there were multiple entrances to the Champions Gate complex as it is so big. The first entrance we found was for residents only which meant that the helpful security team sent us to the correct gate less than a 2 minute drive around the corner. We assume that once you had the barcode you were able to enter at any entrance but we always used the same entrance for the rest of our trip. We found that the WIFI was useful, but when we identified that there was a 5G version of the WIFI available, this improved things even more. Overall the villa was everything we were looking for. We cannot speak highly enough of the cleanliness and tidiness of the villa. Everything you can expect to want to find in a villa like this was available. If we were to ever holiday in the Orlando area again, we would be keeping this property at the top of the list of choices. The complex was ideally situated for families looking to visit the theme parks. It was roughly a 10 minute drive to the I4 which once you are on it was within 30 minutes of every popular theme park in the Orlando area. Also as the complex was very big there was plenty of shops and restaurants close by. We eat out at the Chilis and the Italian restraints which were within 10 minutes drive of the villa and both were excellent. We also made use of Walmart and there were a handful of these around which were within a 10-15 minute drive of the villa. Prior to staying, we were in contact with the property owner Claire who was absolutely amazing throughout with her communication and was very quick to respond to any queries. We were planning the trip in advance and were able to secure our booking 2 years in advance. Thanks for everything Claire and team, the villa made the holiday 10x better.

Fantastic experience: We stayed here at the end of July start of August and it was great! Villa was in such a lovely quiet area. Felt very safe as it is also a gated community. Inside was very clean, we have had issues in the past where there has been problems with ants but most definitely not in this villa. Communication and customer service was excellent. Very quick responding to questions. Deposit was refunded the day we arrived home which was super quick. Will definitely be using this company again in 2026 when we have a big family holiday planned.

Fantastic experience: I recently had the pleasure of staying at a villa in Florida, and the experience was nothing short of amazing! From the moment I booked and even before with suggesting things like cheaper dates of travel Claire was incredibly responsive, providing all the information I needed well in advance including helpful tips for our visit. The villa itself was great, and whilst a couple of things needed fixng while we were there Claire was on hand to manage that for us which gave us no headaches. The location was perfect, giving us quick access to Disney and the resort area itself was very nice. We will definitely look to book again through Claire, we had a great holiday.

Fantastic experience: Claire was very informative, she gave us links to buy tickets for the parks. Her villa is stunning, our grandkids loved the pool area. There were 9 of us staying and we had our own space. The villa was immaculate inside and out. We had an issue with the washing machine but it was replaced within a day. We couldn’t fault anything with the service we received from claire and Linda both. The villa had everything we needed, claire and Linda also allowed us to check out a bit later due to our flight being late at night. I would recommend claire’s villa to anyone looking for either a quiet relaxing trip or you have all the parks nearby. Very easy to commute to and from the parks from the villa. We can’t thank claire enough for allowing us to book and stay on her home, my grandkids and family has the best time.

Fantastic experience: Booking was extremely easy. Communication was excellent. Claire was very prompt when we asked any questions. All the information we needed was in the welcome email which arrived in plenty of time before we were due to arrive in Orlando. We booked the villa as part of my 60th birthday celebrations. We flew my son and his wife over from Australia and my other son, his wife and my 3 grandchildren flew with us from the UK. We didn't give the family any information regarding the villa, so they could have the full impact on arrival. They were absolutely blown away! The villa was spacious, very clean and comfortable. There was everything we needed and more, for our stay. Plenty of towels available, beds were very comfortable. We had so much fun in the evenings in the games room, with high scores being beaten every day! Outside area was clean and well furnished. The pool was ideal, a great size and suitable for the children as well as the adults. I can highly recommend this property and if we ever get the chance to visit Orlando again we would definitely book with Claire. Thank you for a wonderful stay x

Very detailed arrival pack sent beforehand so had everything we needed to know about the resort and accommodation before we got there. The townhouse we stayed in on Windsor Hills was exactly as advertised, it was clean, comfortable, safe and had everything we needed. Although we have been to Orlando several times in the past this was the first time I had been responsible for the villa booking and I wouldn't hesitate to book a future trip through Claire, would definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: Excellent service and levels of detail . Claire has been brilliant through the entire process from selecting the villa, to moving the dates - if only all Property Managers were as proficient! I have been renting Villas in Orlando for 20 odd years and "stumbled" across Claire via VR360 - so glad I did, now have a new go to! We stayed at 155 Norfolk Drive - Shires at Westhaven, great location for all thing Universal and Mickey + everything else that central Orlando has to offer. Villa was immaculate on arrival, it is obvious that these guys care about the product!!

Fantastic experience: Lovely 4 bedroom villa with plenty of room. One couple plus 1 adult 2 older children. The extras in the garage are so thoughtful if you have kids, prams umbrellas, water wings etc. w/machine and t/dryer is a godsend. Villa was lovely and clean and a folder on hallway desk to explain how you use everything. Guest book to sign too. The pool area is good size for us all. Good outdoor seating. Disney is about 15 mins in a uber so super close and Uber's are cheaper than car hire. Its $30 to park in Disney is you use our car. About 15 min walk to resort pool, which is safe and secure . Good cafe with games room and gym. Nice clean toilets with showers . Claire is great at booking our villas, knows what we like, we have used her the last 3 visits and is always on hand bless her.

Fantastic experience: Stayed at Villa in Windsor Hills. Arranged by Claire and she kept us updated all the way through from our booking last year to our holiday in Windsor Hills Resort this month. Villa was perfect for a family of 6 (4 adults and 2 children). Great facilities in Villa with games available for the days we didn't go to the parks as well as the jacuzzi and pool. Windson Hills faclities are also great with the clubhouse and terrific pools and slides.. Really great prices for food/drinks/pool toys etc... 5 mins from Disney Land and all the magic of the parks. Really well organised and would recommend Claire and her company to anyone looking for a great holiday in Florida.

Fantastic experience: This was our first time booking a Villa with Claire and her company after being recommended by a friend. We had an amazing experience the Villa met all our needs, as a party of 12 there was plenty space, clean and comfort for us all. We spent most of our time in the pool and we really enjoyed the outdoor patio area. The boys liked the games room in the garage. Each bedroom has its own en-suite with a large bed, although a little squeaky than we’re used but very comfortable with lots of storage space. As a mum I got a lot of use from the washing machine and tumble dryer, coming home with no washing to be done was godsend. The Villa was within easy reach of the parks and restaurants…although the I4 could be busy at times. Security staff at the gates were friendly, we always got a smile and a wave. Because we constantly used the pool it was needing a wee clean up, we left a message with the management company and they were very prompt in coming out to us. We will definitely be a returning customer.

Fantastic experience: An easy 5 stars. If I could have given more, I would have. Before booking our villa through Claire, I read all the reviews and saw how positive they all were. I have to say Claire definitely lived up to these reviews. Every query, no matter how trivial, was dealt with promptly and professionally. We were a family party of 11, 7 adults and 4 children, and we booked a 6 bedroom villa in the gated community of Windsor Hills with Claire. The villa itself was perfect for a large party, and the location was excellent for the parks and the many restaurants on the 192. Walmart was also nearby. The villa was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. There was even an airfryer, which we used if we were eating in the villa. The two living areas gave us plenty of room to spread out, and the pool area also had space for us all, as well as a large table and chairs to relax in the shade. The kids loved the games room and the pool. We have been in Florida many times, and usually book directly with the owner, but I would definitely book a villa through Claire when we go back, as it seems she takes a genuine interest in you and the villas she rents out, so I would be quite confident that any villa that Claire endorses would be of a high standard. Fantastic experience: Very good service and communication all the way through from booking to end of holiday. Lovely villa, very clean and plenty of space. We loved the pool and the complex.

Negative experience: Feel very let down/cancelled 6 months after booking and paying a deposit for a villa for a big family holiday. Reason given were problems with the Villa and the ages of the guests which were known at the point of booking from the booking form. The owners advised the villa was having a hot water system change so would have been fine by the time we travelled. No facility for using credit card which is something everyone always say to do. Have had deposit back but very inconvenient and certainly won’t look at Villas here again will use Vrbo or somewhere with payment guarantees etc. Found the villa via vr360homes

Fantastic experience: Excellent service from Claire from start to finish. We were initially only looking for a villa for a couple of nights for 2 x couples which we were unsure could be obtained, however Claire was able to find one of her owners with a gap in their vacancies, which we subsequently extended to a 4 night stay. Also, Claire was able to resolve (from back in the UK) a very minor issue when we were in the villa that was sorted very promptly by the villa management team. All-in-all a 5 star service and would definitely use again & recommend to others !!!

Fantastic experience: We spent a week in November/early December this year at a villa in “The Shire at West Haven”. We have stayed in a few villas in this area over the years, but this was the best for cleanliness and interior decor and amenities. It was very nice indeed. Claire from Villas In Florida 2 Rent was very pleasant and efficient right from our initial enquiry and provided all the details that we needed in a timely manner. She also provided lots of additional information in relation to park tickets, rental cars, paying for gasoline using a UK credit card etc. We were very impressed by her attention to detail and certainly intend to book through Claire for future visits to Orlando. Fantastic experience: Claire has been superb all through the booking process, we originally booked in May 2020 for Sep 2021, but covid stopped that. Claire has been flexible throughout and efficiently assisted us with re booking. We received superb guidance about the locality, car hire, navigation of roads, airport experience and all this contributed to a great holiday. We stayed at Carey Palm Circle and the house was exactly as the website described, spacious, clean and perfect. Well situated for the parks/shops etc. Great location and would strongly recommend Claire & Villas In Florida.

Fantastic experience: Recently stayed at 1710 highlands reserve beautifully decorated villa, very clean, conftable sofas, the bed and bedding sheets were really nice. Management team came out promptly when we needed something. The only negative thing is the patio alarm we were not allowed to turn it off so we only had 15 seconds to carry items ie food, drinks in and out it was a bit stressful when we set the alarm off accidentally. Other than that, beautiful villa we had a great time

Fantastic experience: In 2022 we finally made it back to Florida! We originally booked for 2020 but, of course, Covid changed things somewhat! Throughout the whole period of uncertainly Claire was helpful and above all, flexible as we had to keep changing our booking dates. We returned from staying in Windsor Hills, which is a winner in terms of location for parks and restaurants along the 192. The house was clean and well equipped. We had a great time and wouldn't hesitate to use Claire (Villa2Rent) again having used them on a previous visit in 2011. We will no doubt return :-)

Fantastic experience: Been to villas many times. Claire villa’s was lovely with everything we needed. I found that we were able to use all the space in the villa and the pool area was great. We had 3 cranes visit us every morning. We like them but not sure they liked us! The villa is in a great area for us as we like Champions gate area and is only 20 minutes from the parks. I would not hesitate to recommend this villa to others

All the correspondence was straight forward to complete. We requested to make changes to our booking as the holiday had to be delayed due to covid, which they facilitated with hesitation. Facilaties at the villa was as discribed and had been maintained to a high standard. Will defiantly be booking with them again in the future and recommend them to others.

Fantastic experience: We booked this villa a trillion years ago, or so it felt, before Covid and thankfully got to stay last week. Claire has been incredibly wonderful at re booking for us and sorting our different dates each year. Everything was so organised and Claire incredibly efficient. The house was perfect for two families and Windsor Hills SO good for the Disney parks! Easiest drive ever.

Positive experience: Excellent booking process with total flexibility due to covid delaying for 2 years . On arrival few small issues resolved very quickly by emailing-thanks to Claire and owners . Excellent location for parks - pool , size villa perfect ! Absolutely everything you need in villa which is great !Would recommend Windsor hills - the community pool area good and resort kept extremely clean and security excellent so you very safe . Very small comment would only be cosmetic that villa quite dark and old fashioned in parts with pool area /windows could be given deep clean although must stress would not stop us visiting again

Fantastic experience: We booked 9 days in July 2022 in a villa in Solterra and the service we received was first class from start to finish. The booking process was clear and straightforward and Claire helped us with sound advice on the options to choose and things to do. Fantastic experience: A fantastic stay at Champions Gate. A lovely home, and Claire was extremely helpful to us throughout. Will definitely be using again. The Villa was well equipped and had everything we needed, with a lot of space inside which ensured you never felt cramped. Take Claire’s help and advice throughout, a car would make your stay way easier and cheaper. Hopefully the roadworks on I-4 are gone soon and the journey time to the parks will be very quick and easy, but the toll roads are cheap enough and a useful way to get rid of the loose change. The Oasis club is useful on the day you check out if you have a late flight. Thank you so much.

Fantastic experience: We have been staying in villas in Orlando for over 20 years and this was one of our favourites. Really homely with the most comfy master suite bed you can imagine. The pool and spa are perfect as they’re south facing so you can soak up the sun. Booking the villa was simple and Claire is fab at keeping in touch. If you need to contact anyone while there, Dee is lovely. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be back.

Fantastic experience: We have just returned from a five week holiday in Orlando staying in Stromboli Court. Booking the house was so simple , it was everything we were told it was and more. Being two old people our requirements are quite specific and we were not let down. All instructions were very clear through the payment process to the joining instructions. Fantastic experience: We should have been going to florida 3 years ago and this got cancelled and we lost a lot of money .We then decided to book with Claire and could not have made a better decision , she got us the best prices and location and always replied promptly to all questions and has a lot of knowledge of the best areas . Storey lake complex was so close to all the parks had a lazy river and kids pool as well as our own pool at the villa which was spacious,Clean and well looked after thanks again Claire will definitely be booking again with you in the future.

From the initial enquiry process with the wonderful Claire through to a seamless transaction, effortless check-in and an exceptionally relaxing and luxurious stay, this villa had everything that my family of 5 could have wished for. Fantastic experience: Villa was great for our needs and well situated at Champions gate. Liked the security gate to enter the gated community which added another layer of security. The pool and spa were great with a fab water temperature for March. It was a wrench to get out of the pool on the last day! There was an issue that Claire and management company resolved to our satisfaction (no big deal though). Security deposit returned promptly too. Claire was timely in her responses and answered any queries fully. Would definitely book with Claire again. A great stay!

Fantastic experience: My large family including my children and grandchildren had the pleasure of staying in this wonderful villa. The accommodation was amazing and provided everything we needed for a perfect holiday. It was very clean and the furnishings were new and tasteful. The pool was lovely and the family was able to wash and dry clothes which we feel is essential for young children. We felt secure in this gated community which was ideal for travelling to all of the Disney and universal parks. Claire provided great support and communication throughout. We look forward to using her service again and thoroughly recommend her and the villas she looks after.

Fantastic experience: Our holiday that was planned two years ago was put on hold due to Covid but December 2021 we finally managed to get to America. When we arrived at the villa we were blown away with the WOW factor. The villa was of an exceptionally high standard, comfortable beds, and a great layout for the family. The swimming pool was heated and enjoyed by all. Furniture was new and villa had just been freshly painted so all looking fabulous. The location of the villa was also very impressive with gated security in a well-maintained development. The setting of the villa allowed for long walks within the community area. We would certainly book again this villa - we have booked many villas in Florida in the past ten years but Claire's villa is definitely the number one! When the pandemic is over (hopefully) we intend to book again when travel restrictions become easier. Thank you Claire for making our holiday a special one to remember.

Fantastic experience: Communication has been excellent and helpful all the way through. We originally booked way back in late 2019 to secure our villa of choice for early 2021. Due to travel restrictions we have had to change accommodation on three occasions due to availability when we wanted to travel. Claire has been superb, very quick to respond and offer alternative accommodation to our required specification. We have been so happy with the service and attention to detail that we only consider villas within Claire’s portfolio.

Fantastic experience: Claire has been so helpful with advice etc, over these difficult times, having booked a villa for 2020 which we couldn't go to, moved and re-booked a different villa for 2021, which again we have had to cancel as US boarder is still closed to us, Claire has been understanding and very prompt with her replies and suggestions. Hopefully in the coming couple of years we will be able to travel USA and will look again to use Claire for our booking.

Fantastic experience: We had booked a villa for September, given the current circumstances with travel, Claire had been exceptionally helpful in pushing the payment date back and answering all our questions/concerns. We unfortunately have made the decision to cancel our holiday all together, just with the still uncertainty of the borders being open. Claire was extremely helpful with this. I have previously booked and stayed in one of these villas through villas in Florida 2 rent, back in 2018 - honestly could not fault the service at all. Fantastic experience: We originally booked a villa through Claire for July 2020, which obviously had to be rescheduled due to COVID. Fantastic experience: I have found Clare from Villas in Florida 2 Rent to be a 1st class communicator and administrator. Sadly our holiday villa was cancelled in late June 2020 due to Covid-19 clearly outwith the control of Clare and Villas 2 Rent. However Clare was extremely helpful in our discussions going forward for perhaps 2021/22. The Villas appeared excellent and well finished in a high spec area. I would have no hesitation in rebooking at some stage in the future with Clare for a Champions Gate Villa.
