I have accessible needs and I found that she covered each and every secton that was needed for our holiday! Recently I contacted the store about an online TUI booking I was having major issues with and all the staff in the store could not do enough for me! Negative experience: Tried to speak about an issue I had with a tui contracted third party flight provider Was quoted a script that in no way answered my question as the lady I spoke to was obviously not English I thought it was an understanding issue so asked to speak to a manager at which point I was placed on hold until the call cut off Poor customer services

Fantastic experience: We have nothing but praise for every single member of staff at the Burnley Store. We have just returned from the most amazing holiday in Corfu which we booked last year with the team. We booked another holiday for 2025, but whilst away in Corfu, decided to amend our future booking to a different hotel, so I emailed the Burnley Store, who actually replied within 3 hours of me sending it, saying it would not be a problem at all, and made an appointment to visit them upon our return to select an alternative hotel for dates we required. We attended for the appointment, where a lovely young lady called Megan dealt with our booking. She was so good, friendly, very quick, efficient and extremely knowledgeable

Fantastic experience: Our experience here could not have been better. We were welcomed in the store by Anna, who was very pleasant and sat us down, finding out exactly what it is we wanted. She seemed very knowledgable and could recommend different places, as well as being very capable at using the systems to show us different ideas for what we wanted. We were asked if we wanted refreshments and it was a low pressure environment, allowing us to relax and research at our own pace. Eventually, we settled on a trip and Anna took us through the booking process from start to finish, making it all very easy. I even had to leave in a hurry for work, but she arranged a call back appointment for the next day which was carried out on time. Fantastic experience: As a person that has always booked most of my holidays online, I just wanted to thank the TUI store in Burnley for the exceptional experience and knowledge they have. I found a Caribbean P & O cruise but wanted Manchester flights and was told by P & O that only London or Birmingham flights were left. Louise at the Burnley store was so helpful and found me the cruise I wanted with Manchester flights, which included a premium seat for not much extra. She booked and confirmed everything so quickly and efficiently, I will definitely be calling into store next time I am looking and can highly recommend them, thank you Louise!

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend if you are booking a holiday to book in store with Rhea, nothing is too much trouble , and has booked our amazing holidays in the past from the Blackburn branch , we had a slight issue no fault of Rhea’s as we stupidly booked this particular holiday online, we then ran into issues with the hotel , I was getting nowhere and getting stressed , I popped into Burnley and found a TUI Branch, I was met with a familiar face Rhea who is now based in Burnley , she managed to resolve the issue there and then now leaving us very excited for our holiday in Mexico next month , she also arranged our wedding in Jamaica 5 years ago , which was also amazing .. I will definitely be continuing to book all our future holidays in the Burnley store with Rhea , the rest of the team are friendly too

All the staff are always friendly and helpful. Always acknowledged by staff members if we are seen in town shopping. We always book in store and would never consider booking online as we know that if there is anything we need to ask there is always a friendly face to speak to.
