Fantastic experience: Charlotte is AMAZING, my mum and I went into the tui store to book a holiday. Only we didn't know where we wanted to go, or how to do anything, the only thing we knew was the dates we were available and a few things we wanted from our holiday!! Charlotte was very patient with us, and took time to listen to what we wanted from our break etc.. and found us a holiday within our budget with the specs we were after, and more!!! Charlotte was outstanding and went above and beyond to ensure I was able to book an alternative destination. Fantastic experience: I reached out to Charlotte because I knew I wanted our first family holiday on 6 years but had no idea where to start. I had started looking myself but honestly found it so overwhelming and stressful I'd given up hope of going away, everything seemed so expensive and complicated. I spoke to Charlotte and told her what I wanted and within the day she had found the perfect holiday at a brilliant price, she considered all aspects of the journey finding an airport close to us, took into account my children's ages, that I'dbe taking alone, she even found us a brilliant excursionto go on! I can't tell you how grateful I am and my children are so excited. I will never plan another holiday abroad - I'll be knocking on Charlotte's door everytime

Fantastic experience: Charlotte at TUI has been most helpful over the past couple of days in helping me arrange my holiday. Not only did she get me a good price but also offered assistance with parking and insurance. She also made me aware of a visa that is required and local taxes that will be due. If you want to make a holiday booking with ease, confident in the knowledge everything is in hand, ask for Charlotte. In an era when you mostly talk to bots and computers, it was a refreshing change to talk to a real and lovely lady who was more than happy to offer assistance.

Fantastic experience: We’ve just booked 2 weeks to Zante with Tina from the Exmouth store. She was very knowledgeable and was able to share all the good points of Zante from personal experiences. As I had already done some research on the types of hotels and location before hand the booking process was really easy, I like the thought of there was any issues as I’ve booked in store any issues I’ve got someone to chat to! The store was lovely, and the staff so helpful even when waiting a short time to speak to Tina the other agents made sure they came over to greet us and made sure we were all ok
