We thoroughly enjoyed everything, Poland is such a clean wonderful country, the salt mines, Auschwitz- Birkenaur Tour organised by Tony. The Columbus Hotel was the best location, tram outside the door, your pickup just round the corner for tours and so central to everywhere, walking distance to the Jewish quarter, old town and the Ghetto. The hotel has to be one of the cleanest hotels we've stayed in. Staff were friendly and helpful. We just can't fault anything. So thank you to Tony and Travel Goals UK and will definitely be using yourselves again.

Fantastic experience: Bangkok, Phuket & Kuala Lumper (15th Jan 25 to 30th Jan 25) We had an incredible stress free holiday for two weeks to three amazing different places. Everything from start to finish went very smoothly. We had excellent customer service from Steve who arranged our bespoke holiday for us. The communication was excellent throughout and he responded very swifly to emails and any requested changes. The bonus for us was not having to worry about sorting anything ourselves particularly all the flights and hotels. The value we paid for the holiday was outstanding and definately cheaper than any prices we were obtaining ourselves. Fantastic experience: Dubai, Singapore and Bali -14th to 24 October 2024 Feedback collectively from travelling ladies. From the time we booked, up to the end of this holiday, Kara, Steve, Simon and the rest of the travegoals team were there to support you every step of the way. The hotels we stayed were spot on, central location to everything. We did have hiccups with our transfer pick ups in Singapore but this was resolved when we returned home. Travelgoals team customer service go above and beyond which is a rare experience nowadays. No wonder they won best travel awards 2024. Definitely recommend them and will be using them again for holiday plans in future.

Richard was so patient as I was tied by the dates that I could travel, but he offered 3 different packages that suited my needs. Dubai, Singapore and Bali, dream destinations, so it's important to get it right.The price was better than I expected, with the offer of adding extras/upgrades later. A full detailed itinerary was emailed so I paid the deposit with a monthly payment plan. I will definitely be looking at Travel Goals for future holidays.

Fantastic experience: After searching for some time with various companies supplying quotes etc.... I came across Travel goals UK on Facebook. The gentleman Charles from the very start was great, He was very attentive to my family's needs as me and my wife are travelling with four young children aged between 7 and 14. Our trip will be starting off in Phuket Thailand then on a ferry ride to Krabi with an excursion included for the family to tiger cave temple, emerald pool and hot springs tour which was a very nice gesture to include for us then our final part of the trip will take us to Bangkok before we travel home. Positive experience: The location is a relatively short distance from the airport and is clean and safe for families. The Hotel was very nice good selection on food and beverages, plenty of pool options and a children's programme. The staff are very attentive and helpful and polite, my score of 4 stars is only because I believe one can stride for improvement but I cannot think what exactly in this case !
