Fantastic experience: Chloe was really helpful and friendly when she booked our holiday to Cape Verde and made the whole process really straightforward. We weren’t sure on what hotel we wanted to go with and she gave us lots of information and was very patient with us. She was professional throughout and explained everything in detail. Fantastic experience: Excellent Service As Usual I book the majority of my holidays through Alfreton Tui as I always find the staff to be helpful, honest, professional & efficient. I recently booked a holiday to Menorca & phoned ahead of completing the booking as I had a couple of questions to ask. I was happy with the responses & advised I would be in later in during that day to book the holiday. When I arrived at the shop I was pleasantly surprised to find that most of the details had already been prepared which made the experience very swift & professional. Well done Tui Alfreton!

Fantastic experience: Tui store at Alfreton is always a pleasure to visit. All the staff are lovely, helpful and pleasant. Lydia helped us with our latest booking and was very helpful at having time to explain things to me and have a friendly chat with a no rush attitude. The shop is always warm and welcoming and is a fantastic place to book an holiday.

Fantastic experience: Chloe was so helpful in booking our excursions for our holiday. We knew we wanted our trip to include excursions but we weren’t sure what we wanted to include. She gave us information about all the popular excursions in the area to help us come to a decision and then guided us through the booking process! She was patient whilst we decided and very friendly and professional - thank you so much! Would definitely recommend.

She has also arranged and sorted out suitable travel insurance and sent us information on day trips whilst there. Overall a very pleasant easy experience and a lovely member of staff. Fantastic experience: Booked Walt Disney World holiday with Rachel in the Alfreton store. Her knowledge was next level! Nothing was too much trouble. From on site hotel recommendations, restaurants, dining, how to use the My Disney Experience app - Genie the list goes on. She also went through a planning session of how to make dining reservations and booking Savi’s workshop. Nothing was too much trouble. 5* service and 10* knowledge. Will definitely recommend and book through Rachel again.

He was very responsive from my initial enquiry by email, through to coming into store to book with him in person. Nothing was too much trouble. Kyle got us a really good deal and answered all of our questions with ease and professionalism. The store itself has a nice vibe to it and feels welcoming. I have also recently started to follow the 'Tui Alfreton' Facebook page which I would recommend as they regularly post some amazing deals. Thank you Kyle and Tui Alfreton :-)
