Fantastic experience: Fatal? Browsing Cruise Circle for a deal! Pure chance previously researched cruise showed £ promise? 75nts circle S America, to Falklands, Glaciers, Antarctica, Panama. Next- saver to select difference is £300pp after OBS £ deducted, so cabin & dining choice, port transfers all in. Clincher- 3rd cabin available on website was favourite previously vetted. Started to book online. Lost form so ‘my’ cabin now unavailable as ‘in sky’ to me! Phoned Nicola, she took 10 min- she found cabin, panic over job done. Just 18 month to find Balance. Well done!

More than £400 cheaper than another cruise site, balcony grade for the same price p&o quote for an outside cabin PLUS onboard spending. No pushy sales, just here is the price and here are the details - perfect! Plus Helen Booth was just lovely to deal with. Query sent late last night, was phoned first thing this morning, booked by the afternoon! Positive experience: Dealing with the travel agent face of this is good - tho once your booking passes to the admin team - mid counties coop - the customer service aspect here goes down hill ! After having my flight canceled I had to resort to asking for my money back to resolve the issue -the feedback I got from the customer service director was a lot more about why this could not happen first rather than resolution of the issue ! I found the emails rather blunt also which is a pity as this will be in my mind for further bookings ! Ps thanks for the reply but perhaps a bit more empathy with people who are spending alot of money with you would be helpful. Regards
