Fantastic experience: Just liked to say a huge Thank you to all the staff in this store, especially Katie & Liz. Family have used this branch for quite a few trips the last few years and have always been well looked after. Recently and unfortunately my mother has just passed after buying a holiday just a few weeks earlier. Katie & Liz have been exceptional in all the help with assistance in cancelling the trip and charges, thus making a really difficult time for the family, that little bit easier. 10/10 and will continue to book all out future trip through this branch.

Fantastic experience: We have been into the store today to book our family holiday for next year 2025. We saw Katie who was absolutely amazing as always, she goes above and beyond to ensure she finds the correct holiday for your family. We were there for 2 hours but she never gave up and she ended up sorting us out with an amazing holiday. Katie has booked most of our holidays and she never fails to come up with finding an amazing holiday. Her customer service is 5*, she is always friendly and very helpful. Fantastic experience: I attended the edge lane branch to discuss a holiday on behalf of my dad who really struggles with the handling of holidays as he has some complex needs i felt a face to face interaction would be best.I was met with a member of the team, I believe her name was Georgia? She was really supportive and answered all my queries informatively and with ease. The lady was really nice, warm and welcoming. The team member made information very transparent and i was able to relay this to my father and we both felt confident in our decision to book with Tui and this is thanks to Georgia ( hope that is her name).

In spite of the fact that there was only 2 staff members in the shop which was Busy.Katie did her best to deal with the situation and serve me as soon as possible.Katie was friendly,polite and very very patient! Fantastic experience: Myself, my sister and friend visited the TU Edge Lane store on Saturday to seek advice on cruises. We where made to feel extremely welcome by the staff and introduced to Dane who was to help us with our enquiry regarding cruising. Dane was amazing, he went above and beyond to talk us through many cruises and he had the patience of a saint. There was nothing he didn’t do to find us a cruise that best suited our party of 3. We left the store extremely happy with our result. Danes customer service was second to none and I would definitely give him 5 stars from us ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic experience: I visited this store yesterday to book a holiday. We were welcomed in with two friendly faces, Rachel and Liz. We were taken to a desk and asked to take a seat and offered a tea or coffee. Rachel was our assistant she listened to what it was that we required then she talked us through each detail of our holiday step by step. Rachel along with the assistance from Liz answered all of our many queries, they were both extremely knowledgeable and informative. What a pleasure it was to be in this store with all the team, a very friendly relaxing environment. I am normally quite anxious when booking a holiday, not after visiting this store. The team reassured me of everything, Rachel was amazing and dealt with everything that I wanted. I would most definitely recommend visiting this store, the team are amazing. Fantastic experience: I called in to the shop on Tuesday evening 23/1/24 with the intention of booking a repositioning cruise. My daughter, son in law and myself were welcomed into the store and asked to be seated whist Holly finished dealing with some customers. When she’d finished we were sat down and she went out of her way for us. She looked at all sorts of ways to tailor our cruise to exactly what we wanted at an affordable price. Fantastic experience: Dane was more than helpful with booking mine and my boyfriends holiday to Tenerife. He gave us loads of different options and showed us what was really good for value for our money with it being our first time we was both still abit clueless and gave us a perfect hotel on the beach in Adeje with bars and restaurants close by just what we wanted. He was really helpful and suggested us with excursions that we should have a look at while we are there and what bars and restaurants to try out. I honestly can't wait to go now and thank Dane enough he was so polite and reassuring. Thankyou x

Fantastic experience: We went in on Thursday and spoke to a lovely lady Andrea regarding a cruise, she gave us all the information we needed and then she followed up with a courtesy call to see if we needed anymore information, we returned today and dealt with a lovely lady called Rachael who made sure all our booking was correct confirmed our prices and made sure we had a lovely cuppa whilst going through everything. Fantastic experience: Just booked not one but two holidays with TUI Edge Lane, a cruise and a Cape Verdi. It's the only place I would go to, staff are great. Katie sorted our cruise out, she is very knowledgeable and knows what she is talking about, she is happy and enthusiastic and is a credit to her TUI team. Rachel sorted out are Cape Verdi trip a few days later, She in turn, made us feel at ease and when we were undecided about the hotel choice, she did a 'TUI Team Vote,' with all the staff picking the same hotel so lets hope it's as good as they think lol. Edge Lane is a great TUI experience where all the staff are great and eager to help so if you want that reassurance and personal touch, it's the only place to go........seriously!

Fantastic experience: We booked a P&O Mediterranean cruise which we have just returned from. Aaron was a great help from start of the booking process to the finish eg choosing a cabin at the beginning to printing our ship's boarding passes just before we sailed. He was friendly and professional and a credit to Tui. We really enjoyed the cruise too.

Fantastic experience: Firstly, the staff at Edge Lane in Liverpool, I only dealt with Emma and Liz but was there for so long that I witnessed enough to show me that the service I received was the prevalent theme throughout the staff. All of them very open and welcoming to all that came through the doors and remembered most customers by name. They set a really high bar in this area. Now for Emma and Liz, both of them were patience in human form. I had a serious issue with my booking that they not only promised to sort out but actually kept apologising to me that it was taking so long! They had to put up with another department within TUI messing them around whilst ensuring that I was ok with waiting. Really? I had a problem, they were helping me, I felt like the worlds biggest nuisance and yet they were worried if I was ok. These two ladies were brilliant, so helpful and nothing was a problem to them. They kept me calm (no mean feat) and remained calm and professional throughout. Customer service 101, if this is a standard set by TUI, then bravo, if it’s down to the working ethic of Liz and her excellent staff then TUI take note, this is exactly what customer service should be. You can see there is a great rapport among the staff and that they all enjoy their work, great experience for me.
