All of the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and supportive in making our trip as seamless and enjoyable as possible. The villa we stayed in was really spacious and clean. All 5 rooms came with an en-suite and were cleaned everyday. IThe clubs and restaurants that were recommended to us by Dhiren were really amazing, beyond any of our expectations and enhanced our stay in Morocco. Our driver, Abdul, ensured that we were safe and comfortable at all times and made sure that we reached our reservations and bookings on time. Dhiren sorted our villa with a chef, maid & drivers who were available the entire trip and also all our restaurant and club bookings. The bookings also included airport transfers. We prepaid for the clubs & pool party and everything was in order before we arrived at the venues. All we had to do was get there on time. Dhiren provides invoices and an itinerary once everything is booked and you’re good to go. We turned up to the venues and were in with minimal fuss. Dhiren was available when needed and always called back promptly when unable to take the call immediately. Highly recommend Marrakesh Concierge for a stress free trip.

Fantastic experience: I booked my last girls holiday with Dhiren at Marrakech Concierge, and from the start to the end of the trip, Dhiren had been nothing less then amazing. Everything little details I had requested was catered for. Nothing was too much of a problem for him to handle. From booking the airport transfers, getting the best villa, booking restaurants and even sorting the excursions was all done for me. Fantastic experience: Marrakech Concierge was recommended to me by a friend and I’m so glad I chose to book my trip with them. From the first time I reached out, Dhiren was very quick to respond and had all the information I required to hand. His response rate remained consistent in the weeks leading up to our trip and whilst we were out there. MC do everything within their power to go above and beyond, even helping us organise last minute accommodation when BA cancelled our flight 8 hours before departure. Our driver, Abdul, completely exceeded our expectations. Not only was he always prompt and professional, he would consistently go out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed and were comfortable at all times. The villa itself was incredible and looked like something out of a movie. All 8 bedrooms had their own ensuite and rooms were cleaned on a daily basis. The in-house chef made some of the best tasting food I’ve had and was willing to make whatever we wanted. Dhiren organised all of our club nights well in advance - no queuing or anything once we got to the venues. All we had to do was say what we wanted to drink and the rest was sorted for us. Overall, the entire experience was smooth and seamless. 10/10 from Dhiren and his team.

Fantastic experience: THE BEST!! Made everything so easy. Very accommodating, even when we wanted to change things at the last minute they did their best to accommodate. We had the best tables in all the restaurants and clubs as well. Villa was also organised by MC and it was luxurious, clean, spacious and above all, perfect for our group. Pool was a perfect temperature for swimming. Our maids were friendly and the chef cooked up some of the nicest food we have ever eaten which was totally unexpected. Driver Abdul was also key to our enjoyment! Would highly recommend and will be defo booking with these guys again!

From Fast track in Airport pickup to the high end villa with very friendly staff and best chef to make you anything you want to the best 4 nights. Everything was just perfect. All the booking for clubs/restaurant was pre-booked. On arrival to clubs/restaurants we were greeted and they all knew who's booking this was. Lets not forget about the driver. Every restaurant reservation they made had great views of the show. We faced an issue at Babouchka, where we were initially declined entry due to being a group of boys. However, the concierge intervened, called the venue, and managed to get us in. Without their assistance, we would not have been able to enjoy the evening there. The restaurants did their best to accommodate our various dietary requirements by adjusting dishes which was all acknowledged by Concierge before we booked with them and the club nights were quite an experience. Our drivers, Faisal and Mustapha were great from beginning to end, incredibly friendly and would go the distance, no pun intended, to ensure our trip was a good one. Fantastic experience: I just came back from my first trip to Marrakech. Dhiren & his team provided amazing service from the moment we landed & were in constant touch to ensure everything was okay. Abdul, our driver, made sure we get everything we wanted & was always available when we needed. The villa was much better than what it was in the pictures. Fantastic experience: I had my stag organaised by Marrakesh Concierge and I could not have wanted it any other way. Amazing, efficient and definitely a personal service. The clubs, activities, driver (Abdesamad) and villas were all pre-booked hassle free and everything ran smoothly while we were there. Sandy, Dhiren and the team made the whole booking process super easy, they had great recommendations for clubs, the best seating and restaurants and they were in constant communication with us when we were there. On top of that, the Villa they recommended (Villa Marco) and the drivers we had were so much more than we could’ve asked for. Huge should out to Marco and Hamza at Villa Marco, they welcomed us like we were family and treated us as so. They ensured we had everything we needed to have an insane stag! Everything was catered for from minute one, right up until we left. The villa we had booked was phenomenal, and we received some of the best service I’ve experienced. Fantastic experience: Amazing Service from Dhiren and the whole team.. We went to Marrakech for my best friends 40th Birthday and Dhiren helped me plan everything months in advance, he helped us plan the perfect celebration and his input was invaluable…. Fantastic experience: I just wanted to say a massive thank you to D and his team for helping me plan a hen for 19 people. D was on hand to answer the million questions i had during the planning process as well as providing a number of recommendations on restaurants and activities. The villa we stayed in was beautiful and we had no issues at all. All of the staff were amazing but a special shout out to Younes who went above and beyond on any request we had he also escorted us into all of the venues. Our drivers (abdul and the team) were also great and on hand to help with anything. D was calling regularly during the trip to check things were ok. Overall the experience with Marrakesh concierge was brilliant and i would book with them again. Thanks to all the team for making the weekend amazing!!!

Fantastic experience: Amazing holiday and great service by the MC team, from start to finish everything was dealt with professionally and in a timely manner. Villa was amazing, clean, and staff were welcoming courteous to us and our needs, clubs/restaurants booked far surpassed how good we thought they would be as recommended by the MC team. Fantastic experience: Amazing service from Marrakech Concierge and especially Dhiren who planned our day perfectly for us as visiting Marrakesh for the first time. Our driver Babar was very good and picked us up on time from our hotel in the morning. He spoke very well in English and asked us if we needed anything throughout the day and stopped whenever we required. Our day went perfectly well going to the Atlas Mountains. Thanks to Dhiren for choosing and booking our restaurant for the evening. We thoroughly enjoyed a fantastic show which was family friendly at night. Everything was just perfect.

Fantastic experience: Would give more than 5 stars if possible! Contacted Dhiren when trying to organise a stag in Marrakech for 22 people. From the beginning everything was effortless, any query we had was never met with a no, always yes its done! From organising the villa, transfers, dinners, activities and liaising with drivers everything was seamless. The tables Dhiren arranged for us in the clubs and at buddha bar were always the best and we were always looked after at the venues. Fantastic experience: The driver was amazing! Abdul was an absolute pleasure to be around and a true gentleman who made sure we had everything we wanted. He drove perfectly and looked after us all. When we arrived at the villa, we were all in shock. Normally pictures make places to stay a lot better than they are, however this was definitely a place where the pictures don’t do the accommodation any justice. We all became like little children and were fighting over rooms and giggling to ourselves as we could not believe what we had been given. Overall, an absolutely amazing trip and would definitely go with them again and again. Would recommend them to anyone and everyone I hear is going to Marrakech!!!
