Fantastic experience: Rachel at the yate branch went above and beyond to deal with my holiday. I popped into branch as parts of the website were a little confusing. I attended the branch to see what they could do for me. I was sat down and looking at holidays within minutes. Rachel accepted my challenge of an all inclusive holiday anywhere in europe, in the school holidays and on a budget. She managed to find us the perfect hotel with everything we needed great flights and all within budget in an area we didn't even think to look at. Amazing friendly and professional 5 star service.

Negative experience: Having read the rave reviews I thought we would give it a go and booked an appointment and...what a disappointment. Mentioned it was our first time travelling in 3 years, we now had a little one, oh and it's our 10yr wedding anniversary, all failed to produce any interest or engagement (heck, even a tea or coffee would have made us feel special). At the end of the day, they just run a basic webpage search for you which you can do from the comfort of your own home. There was nothing else. Maybe it's because we didn't want to spend more then £2k, sure when we left we were being laughed at behind our backs among the team. That was how it felt. Left feeling very crestfallen.

Fantastic experience: I recently went on a cruise from the 7th 14th Feb to the canary Islands. I was very dubious at booking as it was the first cruise on my own. I would like you to know the TUI Travel agents in Yate were very kind, especially Will, Anna, Bella and Emma! Tui looked after the singles people on board and no one felt alone. Anthony and matt from guest relations on board were amazing too. I shall definitely be booking again in Yate.

Fantastic experience: Me and my partner went into Tui Yate to book a holiday. We were not entirely sure of exactly where we should go but we had an idea of budget and the type of holiday. We had an appointment with Marcie Burke who was totally awesome, she listened and considered everything we said was essential and we ended up with a location that ticked all of the boxes. I was a little worried that it would be really difficult to find somewhere but it was super easy with Marcie giving recommendations and insight to what others experienced where she had not have personal knowledge. She was extremely professional, attentive, kind and I cannot think of a better experience booking a holiday. Fantastic experience: My husband and I went into the store today to book a holiday. We went in with no real ideal where to go and a few things we did want. Bella was brilliant she spent time going over our requirements and budget and then helped us narrow down our search until we found the perfect holiday for us. She also helped us to arrange our insurance and book an excursion for while we are away. Some of the details when booking the excursion were written in Portuguese, Bella and Emma translated all of this to ensure we were happy with what we were booking. Thank you guys you made the whole booking experience very easy.

All the staff were extremely smart and well turned out. The atmosphere within the store was friendly and inviting. Jess was extremely professional and friendly. I had a general idea of when I wanted to go, and where , she sat and listened, gave me helpful advice, and also drew in her own personal knowledge of some of the areas I was looking at. I have two older teenagers which she was able to relate to, and offer solutions to somewhere that might suit us all. Thank you Jess for such fantastic customer service.
