Fantastic experience: We have been holidaying with TUI for years. It used to be so convenient for me when the branch was in Asda Pilsworth: Being a long term wheelchair user, I worry constantly about access and I was devaststed when it closed. We've been having staycations since Covid, but it's time to start going abroad again. I needn't have worried though. I quite often went to Nicola Brady ( in the ASDA branch) and there she is in the Bury store. Nicola goes above and beyond to help, for which I am eternally grateful. You definitely get the 5 star treatment. So if you are disabled or able bodied you can rest assured that your every need is taken into consideration. You are very safe in her hands. Thank you

They all have a wide range of knowledge regarding resorts and hotels. Willing to spend time looking through numerous hotels whilst also having a chat. We go back time and time again. I find the shop more helpful and easy rather than booking on line. If there are any issue they will help

Fantastic experience: Just booked a week holiday in Crete with Andrea in Bury, we didn't really know were we wanted to go but with a lot of patience and laughter we found the ideal holiday for us. Andrea was so helpful and knowledgeable about the travel sector and nothing was too much trouble. She explained everything that we needed to know and even accommodated us by checking up on a single traveller so my sister could join us on the holiday, explaining and sorting airport assistance. Just come back from cape Verde which was also booked through TUI and would recommend them for all your holiday needs

Special thanks to Nicola who has had some strange requests from us over the years regarding our travels and has always able to sort them. We especially have special memories from South Africa and China.

Fantastic experience: Called in to the Bury branch yesterday and was greeted my Molly, what a credit she is to the company, asked for some advice on currency as we are travelling to Jamaica in April she gave us all the info we needed and also went through some excursions with us and gave us lots of advice. Booked a few excursions while we were there, came away really happy with the service and will be going back to sort our currency out.

Fantastic experience: I visited for face to face help to book a special holiday for my wife’s 60th birthday. Danielle at the Bury shop was so helpful and we had found the exact hotel and package that I wanted within 10 minutes. No waiting around. I was going to wait before booking but it was all there and perfect so it was booked immediately. A really nice touch is holding the door for me when leaving and thanks for the business. The small things matter. Would I book there again? Most definitely! I will be booking all my holidays here now for sure.

Fantastic experience: After booking a TUI/Marella cruise online, one of our party advised that they couldn't make the date. We couldn't alter the cruise online so called into our local branch where we explained our dilemma to one of the agents, Laura Sheridan. Despite our booking being online, Laura couldn't have been more helpful. Phoning the head office on our behalf, Laura's tenacity won through on the third call when she managed to get hold of someone who could transfer the booking to an earlier cruise. I've had a number of TUI holidays in the past, usually booked online, but if TUI shops are staffed by people with the helpfulness of Laura, I'll probably book my next holiday through the Bury branch.

Fantastic experience: Just booked my second holiday with Andrea. Usually book online. Last November booked online and couldn't get details sorted. Called TUI and got through to Bury. Andrea! To the rescue! Andrea sorted out the problem and we had a good laugh, she is a star! I said I would use Bury in future. Yesterday I booked another holiday, with Andrea. Fantastic experience: My husband and I visited this branch yesterday, just to get some information about cruising. After a chat with Molly we decided to book one for December. Molly was very pleasant and helpful, she ran through all of the things that we needed to know about the cruises we were interested in so we could make an informed decision. The premises were clean and tidy but the heating was full on blast, but they turned it off/ when Molly saw I was to hot.
